The bakery is part of a store that you can buy an assortment of other things in. This was very interesting. I ordered a slice of the chocolate & lemon pound cake & several oatmeal raisin cookies. The cookie was just okay. The chocolate cake was moist & delicious. The lemon cake was yummy too. I left very happy.

The Market aka Dot & Pearls is my go to bakery for sweet treats in the Triad! I had to share the German Chocolate Cake I picked up for my hubby's birthday. It was absolutely amazing--moist, rich, and perfect coconut-pecan goodness. Beyond the cake, their selection is incredible! I'm obsessed with their cookies, red velvet cake, and coconut pie. Whether you're grabbing a treat for yourself or something special for a celebration, you'll find it all here. They also have fresh brewed coffee and a gift shop area of artisanal crafts and various keepsakes. The staff is always friendly, and you can tell everything is made with love. So many delicious options to choose from--it's a treat for a sweet tooth!

This is a great little eclectic bakery. Was in the areas and looking for a sweet treat and this place didn't disappoint! If you're in the area give it a shot, you won't regret it!

Bakery & gift shop. This place does both well! You could spend an hour in this store easily going through the variety of gift offerings. When I went, I ended up purchasing some Aaron's Thinking Putty. The price was the same as it was online, so I was pleasantly surprised that I was getting a good deal. I also browsed through the large collection of Christmas goods, but didn't get anything. I didn't end up trying the deserts, but they looked absolutely delicious. They are on display right by the cashier stand, so an impulse buy was hard to resist. The biggest drawback to this store is that it has a lot of items in stock and it is difficult to navigate without risking knocking things down. Granted, I did go on a busy weekend and it might have a more relaxed feel when it is less packed. If you want an eclectic offering of gifts and a nice place to browse, I would definitely recommend this shop. It does a lot more than your typical gift shop!

Amazing store with desserts, home decor, and gifts! If you're in High Point you need to stop by.

Adorable little shop / bakery that smells of heaven when you walk in. I have been to a lot of bakeries / dessert shops and not been hit with an overwhelming smell of deliciousness. I definitely wanted one of each but ended up with selecting the cinnamon pecan crunch and it was devineeeeee. I will for sure be stopping by when in high point to try 1 of the other 20+ deserts they have on display daily.

The cakes are the absolutely the best. The lemon velvet is to die for, as well as the Apple dapple, and the Hershey bar cake.

Some what of a musty smell. There was a cashier at the counter as I walked in, but there was no greetings. I walked through, I believe all, or almost all of it. It is a large sort of warehouse area. It was very cold inside. I thought their prices were waaaaay too high. Yes, somethings maybe vintage, a lot isn't, yet they want more than if you bought the items new. I would recommend walking through as you might find a unique item you haven't seen elsewhere, however, I would not go back myself.

This place is MASSIVE, so much bigger than I was expecting with all kinds of treasures to find in every corner. The staff greeted us in as we arrived, but left us on our own to explore. Set up as individual vendor booths, some are amazing some not so much, but everywhere you look, you're sure to see something fun, unique, or full nostalgia. I saw many items I remember either having as a child or seeing and my grandparents houses, but also some truly cool items. We've got a short list of items we're debating over, just trying to find the space for them. Pricing varies greatly from space to space and item to item, but overall, I think it was reasonable. You're bound to find something for anyone's taste here. Because of the size we didn't even get through it all, so will be going back again soon to see what more we can find.

My biggest pet peeve with this place is almost half of their items are not priced. This is a huge waste of time to the lay people who want to spend their money for a unique item but don't want to go to the hassle of asking a busy clerk how much everything cost. So I found this experience mostly a waste of time since most of the items I liked were not priced. It's literally business 101. I also found many of the spaces overwhelming with too much merchandise. This place is not accessible to some people due to their narrow claustrophobic aisle ways. You could probably move more product if things were labeled with prices. Otherwise it seems like you are catering only to the rich who don't need to care about the price. Also the parking for this place is abysmal. They have a parking lot that is being taken up with rusty bulk items. While they are neat to look at the seem better places in metal scrapyard. Most parking for this place is street parking and it's a very small street. This place could be so much better with a few tweaks to their business.

Vintage, antique, collectibles, memorabilia, glass wear, even some clothes. Yes there were crafted and up-cycled items. And several booths were more like yard sales. But there were many antiques to find, though the large majority really fell more into the category of vintage. If you are looking for jewelry (especially higher end) or furniture this probably isn't the place as there wasn't much of these items. The curious thing is that the prices were all over the place. In many booths the prices were extremely fair if not down right cheap. But in others the prices were above high. Very few people were charging what you would expect for most items. They were either over charging or you were getting a bargain. In addition a large number of booths were running discounts (this may be because it was January I'm not sure). Most booths were packed. So between the price variations and the large volume of merchandise take your time and keep a keen eye peeled. In the end I walked out with 5 Christmas village houses for 17$ AT AN ANTIQUE STORE!!!! They were as cheap or cheaper then you find them at goodwill! In addition I found a hazel atlas glass, which in 10 years of search in the south I have not found a single one! This place has definitely become my go to antique store in the area!
