I'm not a coffee fan (which drives my wife crazy) but do like green tea...but that's the extent of my hot drink knowledge. I learned more in the 10 minutes I spent there from William than I ever knew before. William knew how tea was made American-style, as well as Japanese and British versions. I opted for a chai (with almond milk) and it was delicious. Now I'm a fan of chai tea! William was knowledgeable, friendly, and offered incredible service. They seem very community-focused, with date night and social events all throughout the week. I'm a big fan of supporting local business and plan on continuing to support this one! (and that was the sound of my kids cheering because that means more hot chocolate for them!) Thanks for the service, William, this place rocks!
