Lol When you pull up, there's a small drive-through. You order your coffee at the menu speaker, pull up to the window, and then they hand you your drink. When I went, I had fast quick and friendly service. They have an extensive menu to choose from, but I chose to get an "Aloha" chocolate macadamia nut iced latte w/ oatmilk. A large coffee is 32oz here, which is more than enough to get you through the day, cause Lord knows it got me through mine. The lattes here are on the sweeter side, so be wary of that if you are looking for drinks where you can taste the coffee. All in all, I enjoyed my morning pick me up in Greensboro. read more

They had someone outside coming to cars and getting orders. Everyone there was very nice, even had good conversation with the people at the window as they were finishing our drinks. They'll always ask you about your plans or your day and they listen with follow up questions..... I came to Clutch to try their ice coffee. I am unsure of the price since I had a free coupon so I cannot compare prices to another coffee shop I ordered the caramel vanilla ice latte. I have a simple statement to make, and I think this will say all you need to know about how good Clutch Coffee Bar is. I didn't really like coffee before Clutch. Wow am I glad I finally ventured over to Clutch! I enjoyed my trip so much yesterday, I went today too! First off, I was able to drive right up and give my order. The vibes were immaculate each time. The staff is incredibly friendly and you can tell they enjoy working there and are eager to help you choose your drink. I have had their smoothies, lattes and muscle milk and all have been delicious. I really like how none have been overly sweet which and have had great flavor. The location is right off Lawndale Drive in an old bank building. When you pull up to the menu a staff member comes out to take your order and payment. They offer a point system that doesn't require you to keep a card which I consider a nice bonus. It is a drive-thru only location that is fast and efficient. By the time you get to the window your drink is waiting on you making it the perfect quick stop before work, on a lunch break or even post workout. Since this placed opened 2 weeks ago, I have been here 6 times. Now that may not seem like much to many coffee lovers, but it is considering I live in High Point across town 20 minutes away. It's that good. The coffee is balanced, the serve is fast and friendly. The prices and selections are competitive with other coffee bars. Why 4 stars and not 5? Minus 1 for originality. After discovering this hidden gem about a month ago through a Yelp Elite perk, I have quickly added Clutch into heavy rotation. I've also spread the word to anyone who will listen about how great this place is. You really can't argue when they give first timers their beverage for free!! I've been slowly working my way through their menu, and my favorite thus far is the Avalanche Latte. As I prefer white chocolate, it's really a no-brainer. I've also had the Dream Bar and Base Jumper mochas and most recently tried the White Russian amped drink. Having options with extra espresso is nice especially if you're a generally sleepy person like me. Whenever I need a snack to tide me over their almond bar is quite tasty! They're not made in house or anything fancy, but I still enjoy them. The staff is always quick to take your order. They meet you in the drive thru lane with tablet in hand to take your order, and it's usually ready by the time you pull up to the window! The baristas are always in a good mood and down for a quick chat. On my most recent visit I learned they also serve puppiccinos so be sure to take your dog (or steal a friend's dog like I'm tempted to do) to enjoy a treat together! When you pull in you can stop at the menu, but know that you will NOT order here. Pull up to the window (left lane, you won't be able to use the other lanes) and you'll be able to place your order (unless they have someone outside helping to take orders). It looks like it might have been a bank in its past life. Perfect way to reuse a building! The employees are very kind and helpful. They have a few selections for food as well, including Seattles Favorite Muffin tops (trust me try them). I personally love iced lattes. Long overdue review since I've been going here for the past year since they opened! Love this little coffee shop and is so convenient with the drive thru only service right off battleground/lawndale/sunset! The staff are always extremely friendly and greet you right in the drive thru to take your order with their iPad.
