I discover this place walking around with no destination with my baby while she was taking a nap, and what a good surprise! Good vibe, amazing playlist, kindness customer service and quickly I got my coffee. The quality of the coffee surprise me! I super recommend the turtle mocha! Love it! The most cool thing is that they have a lot of options that you can choose for cup holder, with some cool and funny phrases.

I worked from a coffee shop for the first time! I'm glad I chose this one. This coffee shop attracts the best vibes and the sweetest patrons. I truly enjoyed my time spent here and will certainly come back. It was a last minute idea after I've already had coffee and lunch so I'll have to come back to try both next time.

First I will comment on the lack of walking space, I felt like it was REALLY tight in there and I felt like I was in the way no matter where I was. I don't like being in super crowded places so this was a -1 star for me BUT the coffee was pretty good. I will say it was more bitter than I would have liked it to be, but it had the sweetness to counteract it. The chocolate croissant was AMAZING! I got it warmed. All of the baristas were very friendly and I liked how they had tiny clipboards on the wall with their hobbies and info so you could know them better.

I love love love Caribou. Always my go-to coffee spot when I'm in the area. Only my second time ordering food from here, and I haven't been disappointed. The bagels were ready quickly and piping hot. The only thing I could complain about would be the done-ness of the bacon. It was just a little chewy/underdone. I decided to try something new for coffee and this time I went for the Lavender Honey Iced Latte. I've been sipping it for a couple hours now and still haven't totally decided how I feel about it. It's not bad... but I don't think I'd ever pair coffee and lavender again. The honey is nice though. My favorite thing about this place is that it feels personal. The baristas each have a little clipboard hung up with facts about them and decorated however they want. Everyone working here is always beyond friendly and whatever you order will be on point.

We're lucky to have so many coffee shops in the area so it's hard to choose a favorite but I really love caribou coffee! There's plenty of parking and it's a nice place to get work done. Their prices are comparable to other coffee chains and they have a ton of options. I love how many non-coffee drinks they have. One of my favorite things is also their hours. They're open until 9pm. As a night owl it's hard to find coffee places to get work done in the evening so I really appreciate that. They also do a question of the day for 10 cents off which is fun. All of the employees have always been really friendly. Last time I was there, the employee taking my order was great and helped me choose something that wasn't too sweet and had a lot of caffeine so I settled on the caramel shaken espresso. I think the area is great for studying. It is a little small but they've done a good job of maximizing space and seating. I haven't tried food there but I will update if I do!

If you are in Friendly Shopping Center and need your coffee fix, this is the place! Great variety of drinks, snacks and breakfast sandwiches. Seating inside and canopy covered tables outside. It's located on the corner from Chucky Cheese. I ordered the Pumpkin White chocolate Mocha. It's delicious and rich. I also got a sandwich with egg, provolone, spinach and artichoke. It was ooey gooey and amazing!

A rainy day with busy traffic at Friendly Center was quickly forgotten once my daughter and I stepped into the familiar-themed Caribou decor, a reminder of Caribou Coffee's home state of MN. We traveled from Winston-Salem to visit this Caribou since it was the closest one to her. It was worth the visit since I was able to redeem my free birthday drink that was loaded in my Caribou app. We ordered our iced coffee drinks - crafted presses- and waited a fair time due to the steady stream of customers and orders. The drinks tasted good as expected, and were quickly finished as we sat in the store. For my to-go beverage, I decided to try a blackberry-lemon carbonated Bou-sted drink with caffeine. Caribou Coffee shops, I think, provide a large array of beverage choices and with nearly each one, customization. Coolers, lattes, crafted press, cold press, hot chocolate (best chain), tea, and more. They also carry food items like the egg sandwiches and bagels, now very common in coffee chains. If you're looking for a coffee chain with something for everyone and a different experience (than that other famous chain), take a step inside and enjoy. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The interior was well-worn, but with the "up North" cabin feel, it was acceptable.

Spicy mocha latte with oat milk and latte

Coffee at Caribou is better than decent, the flavor is fresh, pleasant, consistent. Not one of our frequent faves because it is very busy and boisterous, sometimes hard to find a table if you want to sit and chill as you sip their brew. That is a good problem for Caribou to have However, this time of year I will be dropping in regularly, because of their spicy mocha latte! I prefer dark chocolate, half-sweet with oat milk. The chili flavor is subtle and gives the perfect sweet to spicy blend. Must give a shout-out to the upbeat, friendly staff working their buns off on any given day! See you soon!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this coffee shop. The baristas were super nice! It was my first time there and I am not a coffee drinker. I like frappe but with no coffee. So I really didn't know how to explain what I wanted. But the barista took her time and explained it to me and this place was busy. I loved that because whenever places are busy, customer service goes out the window and attitudes show up. Not here! I had the Caramel Cooler and a chorizo burrito. The burrito was EVERYTHING! Sorry, no picture because I was enjoying the view of the place and talking to my friend who frequents this shop. Ok, enough of how amazing this place is, go check it out!!

I can honestly say I'm a big fan of Caribou coffee. It's a unique blend that tends to be less bitter than Starbucks coffee IMO. I can see why it got so popular. As for this location, it's a great spot with a lot of character and charm. We stop in here regularly when we are at this mall, and the atmosphere always impresses. It's way better when you get to show up in the warmer months and enjoy this spot's outdoor vibe. It has a great view of the neighboring shops and people coming and going. While it may not be a lush garden view, the connected vibe is very appealing. But maybe that's my pandemic mind speaking, enjoying the company of others around at a reasonable distance. The variety of drinks here doesn't feel as big as other chains (like Starbucks that of course every coffee shop gets compared to), but they pretty much hit everything important. Really it feels more like they just didn't invent a fancy name for every variety.

If it wasn't for my partner being a coffee junkie, I'd never would of step foot in here. But I'm glad we did. Ambiance was great and so were the drinks! We met up with some friends for coffee and enjoyed our time there. They have this fun trivia board up by the cashiers and if you answer correctly you get small discount! So I really liked that! Besides having a great time, service was quick. And I could definitely tell there was some good coffee in the drinks, my legs wouldn't stop shaking hahah. Glad I got a smoothie with no caffeine. Otherwise, I'd be up all night. 10/10 check it out!

Like many of us, I grew up as a child loving the smell of coffee but hating the taste of it. I could never understand why people drank that nasty black water. And then when I was 16 I went to Israel for the first time and worked as a volunteer on a kibbutz. For those of you who don't know what a kibbutz is, in the early years of Israel a large percentage of the country was comprised of kibbutzim where people would pool their resources and talents and develop a communal farm/agricultural type of living so to speak where everybody shared equally in the work force and the results of their hard work. The kibbutz provided you with a home, education and food and shelter and medicine and you in turn provided a good work ethic and a commitment to the betterment of the kibbutz. One might say it was a form of socialism whereby everybody had the same. It worked beautifully in Israel for many, many years until the last years when people from the kibbutz started leaving and going into the cities where there was unlimited potential for income and assets. One of the popular things in the kibbutz was "aruchat arbah" which means a meal at 4:00 p.m. Sort of like English tea at 4PM! Every day families would get together for tea or coffee and some snacks and visiting. I was "adopted" by the Yaffe family and came to aruchat arbah religiously every afternoon. My friend Amir was determined to have me like coffee, so one day he handed me this cup filled with sugar and milk and coffee and I loved it. It was sweet and creamy and delicious and I was hooked. To this day I cannot drink a cup of coffee without all the trimmings. I do not understand how people can drink it black. And yet, the first thing I do in the morning is grind my beans get out my French press, my fake creamer and fake sweetener and go at it So yesterday, my daughter and I met with a donor of Community Theatre of Greensboro in hopes that he and his wife would support our 2021 production of The Wizard of Oz. We met at Caribou Coffee at Friendly shopping center. Since it was not too crowded and we had all been vaccinated, we decided to meet inside. Parking is easy since it's at Friendly Shopping Center and there is ample seating inside and outside. I broke out of my box and joined my prospective donor for a cup of ice cold green tea. The atmosphere is laid back and conducive for conversation or relaxation. Nice wood paneling throughout. Caribou Coffee has been one of my go-to places when asking for donations for the theater and it continues to come through for me. Our donor enjoyed the green tea and the conversation so much that they made a $5K contribution to our theater. How could I not like Caribou Coffee after that? LOL Just for the record, I think all of these coffee houses are outrageously overpriced. We had two cups of tea and my daughter had a little biscuit sandwich and the bill came close to $20. That's crazy! I won't even go to a Starbucks because I know it would probably be double so Caribou or the Green Bean downtown seem to be my go to these days when I'm needing to meet someplace central. So the next time you want to fundraise for your favorite charity or organization think of me and Caribou Coffee and go for it! It has always brought me luck. And in the meantime, I will continue to drown my bitter coffee with fake cream and sugar. It has served me well for 52 years! Why stop now???

The ambiance is pretty normal for greensboro, I feel like almost every establishment you walk in, there will be cracked floors but I just remember the staff was pretty awesome and as far as pastries, they had a pretty good variety and gluten free options and other food sensitivity options. I believe a few years ago, I recall an episode of "Catfish" where Nev and Max also visited this place so that was pretty interesting to experience that but honestly a pretty decent place.

But today was the day! As soon as you show up, you know this isn't your typical coffee shop. The outside of the place looks like it could be an Inn in the neighborhood (which who knows maybe it was at one point.) The vibe inside gives off quiet workspace/library, and definitely gives off the lobby of an Inn (think Gilmore Girls.) There was some people scattered around but I didn't take a deep look inside since I was just passing by. I ordered my ice vanilla latte. The first thing I remember realizing was that it wasn't very sweet. Which is not a bad thing, sometimes they can be made really sweet other times they can be not so sweet. I would even like to stay in and work inside and see more of the environment inside.

Though most seats were filled when I visited, it was super quiet, like a library. I felt a little uncomfortable having a conversation, afraid of bothering others. I'm not sure if it's always that quiet or not. Street parking is somewhat limited, but there is a church with a parking lot just across the street. That said, I visited on Easter, so the church lot was full, but we were still able to find a spot to parallel park at the end of the street. They serve a decent variety of coffee and other drinks, but have a limited food/pastry menu. I got an iced lavender vanilla latte with oat milk, which is something I order at a lot of places. Sometimes, the lavender tastes so artificial it reminds me of eating soap -- I think certain brands of syrup taste better than others. That was not the case here. I don't know what brand they use, but it must be one of the better ones, because it tasted mild and delicious. Both lavender and vanilla came through. The espresso was smooth and not bitter. The ratios of everything were great as well -- not too much oat milk but not too little -- the perfect latte.
