The cookies were all supposedly different flavors but I couldn't tell them apart. They were a basic shortbread dyed different colors, had gummy, flavorless fillings and tasted old. There was 1 biscotti in the box and I'm sorry to say that my not at all Italian mom has made better biscotti. Definitely very pricey considering the quality. It makes me sad that there is still nowhere to get good Italian pastries here.

A dozen different variations of cheesecakes, several cupcake varieties, a dozen different kinds of macarons, several different cakes, tiramisu, tres leches, banana pudding, edible cookie dough, more cookies than I could name, brownies, eclairs, and more that I'm sure I have forgotten. If you can name it, I'm sure they have it. I've been looking for somewhere nearby to get a proper macaron (as opposed to a hard, macaron shaped cookie without the traditional texture) at a reasonable price point. This definitely met those criteria, so of course we tried a flower shaped macaron. It had the perfect, delicate cookie and that classic, light almondy flavor. We also had a brownie batter cookie, which was delicious and reminds me of something I would have saved on Pinterest a decade ago but never gotten around to making, much less as well as they do. Our crew settled for a peach milkshake, two kids scoops in a cup, and a kids scoop in a cone. I was impressed by how much ice cream they put in the kids cone for my youngest little. Their eyes lit up as they were handed their cone, and by the time we left, only half had been eaten. I got the mint chip in a cup, which was plenty for me after the large meal I had just eaten. This is a solid scoop shop and loved by people near and far. I'm glad to have them close by for a weekend treat but not so close that I'm there every day.

What really makes these guys stand out as a pop up is that all of their cinnamon rolls are made fresh on site. You heard that right, they bring their oven with them and bake/glaze these babies right in front of you. They also have the tastiest seasonal flavors. I especially love the biscoff and any pumpkin cinnamon roll they have They just recently starting baking NY style cookies that are also super fresh, fluffy, and huge. These guys don't do anything small! The flavors of these are also unique in that some include matcha and ube which you don't typically see in a cookie. Can't get enough of spinnamons or the extremely kind owners behind the rolls? They're opening up a bottle shop in Gibsonville that will have tasty drinks so don't forget to give them a visit once they open!
