They offer something for everyone including dairy free options (including vegan options), as well as classic flavors, fruity flavors, and their own concoctions! In addition, they offer unlimited toppings to be added at NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!!! Still stuffed from dinner, I got a "single" cup, which they actually allow you to put up to (2) favors in. I decided to to go with (2) of their original creations, getting the Peanut Butter Cookies & Cream, and the Salty Caramel Brownie, to top it off, i got a chocolate drizzle, sprinkles and whipped cream. WOW! Don't let the size of the cup fool you, they pack it, full, and have overflowing. They don't skimp. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, so rich and full of flavor. The space is very relaxed with plenty of seating, as well as games for people to enjoy while visiting. Another nice touch, the cashier gave us a bottle of water on the house. I was pretty taken aback by how many dessert options they had. Not only did they have a plethora of types of desserts, but they had sooo many flavors/varieties of each one. A dozen different variations of cheesecakes, several cupcake varieties, a dozen different kinds of macarons, several different cakes, tiramisu, tres leches, banana pudding, edible cookie dough, more cookies than I could name, brownies, eclairs, and more that I'm sure I have forgotten. If you can name it, I'm sure they have it. I've been looking for somewhere nearby to get a proper macaron (as opposed to a hard, macaron shaped cookie without the traditional texture) at a reasonable price point. This definitely met those criteria, so of course we tried a flower shaped macaron. It had the perfect, delicate cookie and that classic, light almondy flavor. We also had a brownie batter cookie, which was delicious and reminds me of something I would have saved on Pinterest a decade ago but never gotten around to making, much less as well as they do. Though there was a line inside, we were served super quickly by friendly staff, and found a nice seat outside in the sun. They also had abundant indoor seating. With a combination of large and small tables, they are good for groups of all sizes. They even have covered outdoor seating when the weather is suitable for sitting outside. They seem to always have at least four people working, and even though they can get a big rush sometimes, their staff is able to get it handled quickly. Our crew settled for a peach milkshake, two kids scoops in a cup, and a kids scoop in a cone. I was impressed by how much ice cream they put in the kids cone for my youngest little. Their eyes lit up as they were handed their cone, and by the time we left, only half had been eaten. I got the mint chip in a cup, which was plenty for me after the large meal I had just eaten. This is a solid scoop shop and loved by people near and far. I'm glad to have them close by for a weekend treat but not so close that I'm there every day.

What really makes these guys stand out as a pop up is that all of their cinnamon rolls are made fresh on site. You heard that right, they bring their oven with them and bake/glaze these babies right in front of you. They also have the tastiest seasonal flavors. I especially love the biscoff and any pumpkin cinnamon roll they have They just recently starting baking NY style cookies that are also super fresh, fluffy, and huge. These guys don't do anything small! The flavors of these are also unique in that some include matcha and ube which you don't typically see in a cookie. Can't get enough of spinnamons or the extremely kind owners behind the rolls? They're opening up a bottle shop in Gibsonville that will have tasty drinks so don't forget to give them a visit once they open!
