Had another wonderful, still-warm scone (today: lemon blueberry) at the Victorian this morning! With a delicious seasonal latte. Plus warm, friendly service in quaint, cozy surroundings makes for a great start to the day! Pro tip: tips are cash-only, so if you can bring some, do, to say thank-you the old fashioned way. : )

My new Yelp friend, Caitlyn, wrote a recent review of this place and since were were going to Mebane I wanted to stop and try it out. I truly love it when properties like this are repurposed rather than left to fade away. The Victorian home was an inviting place to have tea or coffee and sit down in the parlor to enjoy some quiet time with a pastry. We only had coffee on this visit, but the coffee was great the staff was all super friendly. If you are in the area or live in the area you should stop in and spend some time here. It was cute and an excellent place to pass some time with a good hot beverage.

Beautiful old Victorian home in Haw River. Saw the pictures and had to come in. It was a cool day so I got some hot chocolate that was very good. The place was clean and they had cute rooms with tables and chairs. Husband got the Cortado and he was fine with it. Very basic menu with some baked goods. Staff was super friendly and the place was adorable.

If you don't put cream cheese on all your breakfat breads, think again, and I'm glad The Victorian agrees. Enjoyed a buttery, flakey house made crossiant this morning with a shmere of cream cheese. To drink I paired it with a delicious hot vanilla Matcha latte! This coffee shop is just the cutest! The owners bought and turned an old Victorian style house into a coffee shop and brought the gorgeous world of vintage to the modern world of coffee! Exploring this house, there is a handicap accessible ramp, wrap around porch with seating and in addition, two leveled house with rooms galore to dine in! You can see right into the kitchen where everything is made in house! Enjoy one of the many living rooms with authentic furniture and fire places. The staff was extremely polite and started conversation with every patron. Perfect place to work remotely.

Wonderful coffee shop that represents Haw river so well. Many stories have been told by customers coming into this coffee shop about this location before being what it is now. Their coffee is great! And they have delicious pastries. Their menu also offers breakfast sandwiches and other lunch options, plus non coffee items such as refreshers & Tea. If you're in the area definitely check this place out!

The casual but polished ambiance fits perfectly into the charming, throwback small-town feel of downtown Graham.. which feels like something out of an earlier era with its historic courthouse, independent movie theater, and locally-owned boutiques and casual restaurants. The menu offers a wide variety of made-to-order savory and sweet crepes, as well as several toasts and waffle dishes. On my last visit to PRESS, I had the seasonal Blue Ridge crepe ($16.50), which was excellent -- a savory, blue-tinged shell filled with a great combination of sweet maple syrup-glazed ham and tangy granny smith apples and topped by a scrambled "hurricane-style" egg and a spicy maple mustard drizzle. YUM! The beverage menu at PRESS is equally impressive, featuring everything from made-to-order hot and cold coffees and tea-based beverages to a carefully curated cocktail list. I really enjoyed the soy maple pecan latte.

The Halo Halo here cost $10+, the most expensive Halo Halo we ever purchased. For a mediocre blend, it's quite a joke to set this kind of dessert at that price. We would happily pay $10+ more if this Halo Halo was made extra special with more loaded ingredients or a taller serving, but there's nothing special in Tea-Rex's version. The Halo Halo was served to our table in front of the Pork & Spoon concession instead of us having to pick it up from the concession, so we appreciate Tea-Rex's customer service. Burlington Food Hall seemed to have a nice casual dining space to enjoy food but its layout of the shops is questionable. We had to go to the back area of the building to find Tea-Rex and the few other spots while Pork & Spoon is very visible in the front area of the hall. We haven't tried any of Tea-Rex's milk teas & other desserts but from what we've seen in its concession, the milk teas look quite generic. Pork & Spoon referred us to them when we asked if they offered Halo Halo, which I thought was a good teamwork between the two shops in Burlington Food Hall. Sadly, neither shops gave us a good reason to revisit this new food hall. I will publish my review of Pork & Spoon soon. As for Tea-Rex NC, their Halo Halo was just disappointing. We rather get the $8+ Halo Halo in the Oriental Store in Raleigh, but that's another story. | Overall Score: 2.0/5

The shop has the display cases right when you walk in the door and there is a little cafe area off to the right which seemed cute. We were greeted when we walked in and the girl who helped us gave us plenty of time while we decided what to order. I asked what her favorite thing was that they had and she told me the danishes or the cheesecakes. I ended up ordering several things to try: a glazed donut, glazed raspberry filled donut, powdered raspberry filled donut, cheese danish, chocolate chip cookie, and cinnamon roll. The donuts and cinnamon roll were given to family who already knew how good the donuts were and we tried the chocolate chip cookie and cheese danish. The chocolate chip cookie was huge, chewy, and had a great flavor. I think my favorite thing I tried was the cheese danish. The dough was buttery and the filling wasn't too sweet. It was a great suggestion from the girl working there. Also, all of this was under $18 which is crazy. Will definitely be coming back.
