The good, the bad and the missing cold foam! This location is one of my go to's. I drove through this morning with my Bestie, who is here from California for our morning coffees. I decided to try the new Ube coconut macchiato, as I'm Filipina and love anything Ube! I did only do one pump of the coconut sweetener, and it was perfect! My besties drink, however was disappointing. She said that it did feel a little light when they handed it to her, but did not look until we pulled off. It was missing about 2 inches from the top. Besides that this review would've been five stars but since there was so much coffee missing from an over $6 drink, I had to only give three today. read more

Stopped by the Starbucks at Ellsworth and Rittenhouse in Queen Creek and had a great experience. I ordered a Coconut Cream Cold Brew and it was spot on, smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. What really stood out though was the service. Morgen helped me and she was fantastic. Super upbeat, great energy, and you could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. That kind of vibe really makes a difference in the morning. Great drink, great attitude, and an overall really positive experience. I'll definitely be back. read more

We went to the drive through and got nonfat ice chai latte. Drove away then tasted it. It was coffee. Drove back handed it to them and asked for a chai tea. She appologized. She said taste it. Have been to this Starbucks a handful of times. It's located in the busy Queen Creek (QC) District, a +120,000 SF shopping center anchored by Sprouts and HomeGoods in Queen Creek. I usually go through the drive-thru, but I've dined inside once. I really like the floor to ceiling windows which allows plenty of natural light. The staff is pleasant and friendly; my interactions with them have been enjoyable. The wait is never long. I'm usually in and out of the drive-thru in under 10 minutes. My go-to drink at Starbucks is an oat milk latte with 3 packets of real honey (not the blend syrup) and cinnamon powder, but lately I've been getting the cinnamon caramel cream cold brew. Just left this Starbucks...FILTHY!!! My drip coffee was just warm, but then sat in chairs and there was so much food between the cushion, I could have puked. I'm sad. I have been a faithful long time Starbucks truther. When I decided to leave a review I was not shocked at the 2.5 star rating. Firstly, service has disappeared. I pulled in at 615 am, went inside and was only one picking up mobile order, and 5 people failed to greet me... there's no sleeve and no topper now and since I order my drink extra hot, it is not extra hot when I pick it up. It is now almost $14 for two basic lattes with no extra shots. I'm willing to pay premium if the service is top notch. It's not. I will be drastically reducing my Starbucks spending, especially at this location. read more

I went to get a mango dragon fruit refresher drink and she got the order wrong at the drive thru somehow she got strawberry acai refresher out of that and then I proceeded to correct her when I saw the drink i asked if this was what I ordered and it wasn't. I was very nice I just asked her to make me the correct drink. She gave me attitude and looked annoyed and remade it and gave it to me I drove away and tasted it and it was not the right drink still. I placed a mobile order for a venti iced drink without ice because I wanted it for a little later and didn't want it to get watery. When I show up I get a very small amount of coffee in a venti cup and asked what this was as it was clearly not the same amount even if I would have ice in my cup. I'm attaching pictures of what I got and then I put ice in when I got home to see how much I actually got and it's clearly not the same amount. I should've just asked for my money back but I was just stunned I guess. I'm not trying to rip off Starbucks by getting free product, I spend enough of my money there. For today's order - where I was quoted by the app 7 minute wait time - I waited 22 minutes for my simple drink order ( skinny vanilla latte ordered at 10:49) ... now - that would be fine if everyone in the store waited 22 minutes - but while I stood at the counter waiting for my drink - customers that walked in the door 5 minutes after I walked In (8 minutes into my order ) - got their drinks a full 5-10 minutes before me . - negative 2 - there's NEVER A recognition that you ( the mobile customer who is likely also a LOYAL Starbucks customer ) were inconvenienced- the order is dumped with the rest - and you're left holding the bag ( not literally of course ) and wondering why the drive through customer that came 10 minutes after you, got their order almost 7 minutes before you - along with everyone else on planet earth ... I love my local Starbucks. Of all the coffee spots in my area I love being able to have my coffee ready with the mobile app. The people are always pleasant and helpful. The 1 Star comes from my coffee seldom being ready when it says it will be. AND the biggie is the haphazardness of the COVID safety. Today as I waited for my mobile order that I was actually late picking up, a young couple stood at the pick up counter waiting for theirs. They took off their masks and ate and drank the part of the order they did have. They enjoyed talking with the staff while they ate their food and left their trash sitting on the counter. When my order came up, the trash still sat there, the counter was not sanitized and the couple proceeded to eat their food a few steps away. Wildly understaffed. It can take up to 25 minutes to get a drink here in the morning (any day of the week.) Unless you have plenty of extra time, go find a new coffee spot. I work nearby this location, so I come here a lot. Overall, I've had good experiences. I've found that walking into the shop and ordering is MUCH FASTER than the drive thru. Sometimes, I've spent 10 minutes in the drive thru whereas I never spend more than 5 minutes walking in. When I come into the store with my work uniform on, the staff are super friendly and make an effort to start a conversation with me. The most recent time I went in, a male staff member offered to give me a "little something extra" in my iced soy chai latte... it was espresso.
