The service at this Starbucks was really good. I had a free drink offer on my app that was going to expire. I was in the area and stopped in to use my offer. I walked in to place the order. The barista was helpful when placing the order. The drink was ready within a couple of minutes and tasted really good. I just didn't care for the location. The parking lot was pretty dirty and it was confusing to navigate the strip mall area where it is located.

Same ice coffee as I've been accustomed to these days $5.xx. Don't forget to collect your stars

Stopped here on Fry-yah before work and there was a "Karen" behind me in the drive-thru who was going to town on her horn. Smh Rather than react I paid for her order and told the barista to tell her verbatim, "Enjoy your order and have a great day Karen" and I asked him to say it exactly like that!(Verbatim) He asked me if I were serious and I told him that I knew her. I drove off and went around quickly to watch her reaction I'm sure she was flabbergasted because of her hand movement. She was lucky that I didn't pay for her order and take it. Be kind to others! Overall, the guy at the window had no sense of humor even before I paid for Karen's order... he wasn't very cheerful and had no personality at all. He didn't even speak when I approached the window... maybe he thought it was me going to town on my horn. Who knows but they need to put a bubbly personality at the drive-thru. My drink was yummy. I had a Venti ice coffee, classic, Caramel drip, and whip. Yummm

Walked over here while we waited for replacement tires. Barista was friendly, got our order correct and we were on our way. Atmosphere was quiet and clean.

Stopped by to try the new Kiwi Starfruit Lemonade Refresher and it was sooooo delicious. Very tart but yet refreshing. Reminded me of a green apply jolly rancher. This will definitely be my new go to drink. Fingers crossed that they keep it on the menu for good. The staff was so warm and welcoming. I ordered through the app and my drinks were ready upon my arrival. I was super impressed because I ordered less than 10 minutes before arrival. Not to mention, the drive thru was packed.

Throwback Thursday when we could enjoy a drink in a Starbucks. The good old days.

Roll the dice, spin a wheel. It's a 50/50 chance this location is fully closed in the middle of a Sunday. It's probably a staffing issue but we are seriously headed to buy a coffee maker. Second Starbucks in our neighborhood that we waste time and effort driving to these locations to be disappointed repeatedly. We our Starbucks fans but we loved toys r us also so maybe we aren't the best business savvy people. Lol Where art thou Starbucks. Why have you forsaken us on Sunday?

Came here around 9 AM and the lady at the drive-through seemed very annoyed that I asked for Sriracha with my sandwich. This is how my sandwich came out. Very disappointed.

    Now am ready!

We got morning bun and banana bread and they were so good, not too sweet, the morning bun was so flaky and good amount of cinnamon, my husband didn't like banana at all but he turned out really liked the banana bread. I tried their pistachio cold foam latte with half sweet, and it was so good, the cold foam was light and airy, the syrup didn't overpower the taste of coffee. I usually don't drink sweet coffee, just like original hot latte, but I love pistachio so had to tried this, and it was really good. My husband got the hot latte and it was even better. They have for here cups which is something I've noticed not a lot of coffee shops around the area carry anymore so that was awesome. The Moroccan latte was a HIT. Everyone was obsessed with this one, we also added pistachio cold foam on top. For the Moroccan we asked for it to be half sweet and it was still pretty sweet so be aware that this one is for the sweet tooth. The pistachio latte was delicious as well. The lemon poppy seed matcha was really good as a matcha, meaning the matcha was delcious and easy to ddrink. Not a lot of lemon flavor in it tho but the quality was good so no complaints. Their pastry selection is lacking however, this might be because we came a little later in the day but there was not a lot of options. The lemon scone was delicous but the raspberry key lime cupcake was far too sweet. However, this was an awesome shop and I would highly recommend it.

I ordered the brown sugar coconut latte and it was sooooooo good. I would say it was my ideal cup of coffee! Service was not terrible, but wasn't notable. Be sure to stick around inside to get your coffee. They only bring your order to you if it's a pastry (at least that's what it seemed). It was pretty busy inside when my friend and I went, so we chose some chairs outside. They gave her a number for her pastry and brought it out, but we had to go up to the counter to find our drinks after waiting several minutes and wondering. That all would have been great info to know when ordering initially. Definitely will be returning! Side note: If you're familiar with downtown Chandler, this won't come as a surprise, but since I'm not a Chandler-regular, I was a little surprised at the lack of parking aside from parallel parking just in front of the actual coffee shop. Ended up parking in a free parking garage, but it was a little bit of a walk to the coffee shop from the parking garage.

Not only do they offer a crazy variety of delicious fresh pastries, drinks, sandwiches, breads, etc....they have beautifully decorated cakes that honestly are so good. I have to point out that they have one of the best tasting green tea, and they literally have the best service anyone can ask for. I don't know how she does it, but Ashley brews this green tea perfectly. While most other Paris Baguette locations have the same green tea, they honestly do not taste exactly the same (Phoenix location on Baseline/32nd St is a totally different tea). When Ashley, Kailey, Dania. Richard and Daniel work together, they emit such high, positive and fun energy. They clearly look like they have fun while dealing with so many customers (and some customers are plain mean). Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the coffee is smooth and enjoyable. My biggest concern is the pricing. Only the regular-size drink prices are displayed, so ordering a larger size can come as an unpleasant surprise. Paying over $8.50 for a 20 oz pour-over coffee feels excessive. Another issue is the limited restroom capacity. There is only one bathroom, and wait times can sometimes be quite long, especially during busy periods. The shop also struggles during the summer months. The air conditioning doesn't seem capable of keeping the space comfortable, and it can become uncomfortably hot inside. I appreciate supporting local businesses and enjoy the coffee and customer service, but the high prices, lack of transparent sizing costs, restroom limitations, and uncomfortable indoor temperatures make it difficult to justify visiting as often as I'd like.
