I ordered four drinks total, when the order came. We noticed sons honeydew drink with crystal boba wasn't in there, instead it was a jasmine tea. No boba. Which is odd, I saw him add it to the order. I noticed the drink I got for my husband had boba which I don't add. They showed me the order and sure enough it said what they gave. I told them there must have been an error but okay. My son was clearly upset, not hysterical but trying not to cry (he was really looking forward to it). The guy who made the drinks just walked away didn't try to help. Remaking the drink would have been easy. The girl at the front just stared at him while I explained that we must have made a mistake, I saw him add his drink but I should have double checked. It wasn't creamy (it was actually pretty watery), the honey boba didn't taste at all like honey and was not uniform texture - they were gritty in the center, and the herbal jelly was also lacking flavor. A large size cost over $10. I am happy to pay top dollar for top quality but this was really not worth it in my opinion and I think it was at least double the cost it should have been. The only redeeming quality is the service - all the young employees there are very polite and knowledgeable about the menu.
