The inside of the shop is relatively spacious, but also with limited seating, only two tables out front and then stools lining the wall towards the back. The interior is overall newer and cleaner than the Tempe location. I ordered my usual drink -- the Ceylon milk tea with Boba, less ice, 100% sugar -- using the kiosk. I didn't see any sweet or cheese foam options on the menu or as an option on the kiosk, which was disappointing, as I love paying extra for this topping to complement my drink. This option was available at the Tempe location, so I was looking forward to it. Overall, I enjoyed my drink, though! It was a little bit less sweet than I wanted it to be, but that's OK! I sipped off of my friend's wintermelon milk tea with Boba at 70% sugar, which was sweeter than my drink. Next time I'll order that, as it was sweet and refreshing and light!

Morning staff is usually quite friendly, however, soon as the afternoon and night shift staff take over, the service gets terrible. Staff seemed to not give a crap about customers that were not "regulars". They'd rather chat with each other than give you quality service even when it's not busy. If I did that at my job, I'd get fired. Even a lady barista that may have been the manager ignored me when I asked a question and continued to talk to the person behind me. It's simple, they are rude and very slow to make drinks. I'd advise people to go to another location! I hope they get their act together. read more

This is the closest Dutch Bros to me, so I visit this location pretty often. I've ordered the same drink for about four years at multiple Dutch Bros locations, and more often than not, my drink is made incorrectly here. Mistakes happen, and having worked as a barista myself for years, I have a lot of grace for people working in a fast-paced environment. I want to be clear that I have not had this issue with the male baristas at this location. Unfortunately, on multiple occasions, I've been met with attitude from some of the female baristas when I've mentioned that my drink doesn't taste right. Last night was by far the worst experience I've had. When I received my drink, it was a completely different color than it normally is. I tried it, and it tasted bitter, so I politely let them know that I didn't think it was correct. The dark-haired barista turned to the blonde barista and said, "Just stir it, all the flavor is just at the bottom." I explained that I didn't think that was the issue. The blonde barista then handed the drink back to me. I'm not sure whether it had actually been remade because it looked exactly the same. When I said it still didn't look right, she responded, "Did you try it? Can you just tell me what's wrong with it?" I explained that I order this exact drink almost every day, that it is normally a completely different color, and that this one tasted unusually bitter. Her response was, "Well, I just put even MORE syrup in it and made it extra sweet, so it should be fine." At that point, I asked her to tell me exactly what was being put into the drink because I wanted to make sure we were talking about the same recipe. We went through the ingredients and were saying the same things, so I'm still not sure what went wrong. Instead of trying to troubleshoot it with me, she continued insisting that the drink was correct and seemed increasingly irritated that I was questioning it. After trying the "new" drink, it still tasted the same and had the exact same appearance. Again, I completely understand that drinks get made incorrectly. I've been on the other side of the counter and know how stressful and exhausting food service can be. I would never leave a negative review over someone simply making a mistake. What bothered me was being treated like I was being difficult for politely pointing out that something I order regularly clearly wasn't right. I wasn't rude, I wasn't demanding, and I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I just wanted the drink I paid for to be made correctly. I really hope this is something management can address, because I genuinely believe there are inconsistencies in training at this particular location.

My order is normally a large shaken espresso with sugar-free hazelnut and sugar-free vanilla and unsweetened cold foam. The last few times I have ordered from them whether is through my app or my significant others app. The order is always wrong and contains sugar! Thankfully, I don't have anything medically wrong but if I do consume a drink such as sugary coffee, I will be super sick for the rest of the day, but it makes me wonder for people who are type one diabetics or type two diabetics that this could actually harm them... I could technically turn around and ask them for a new coffee but the environment there does not seem very up beat therefore I just avoided and we toss the coffee! I ordered there today and got sweetened cold foam and had to spit out my drink to avoid me getting sick and today was the last time I will order from that that location. I truly don't think anybody wants to go through the drive-through and be annoying and constantly ask if it's sugar-free nor does anyone wanna have to purchase glucose test strips to confirm that there order is safe.
