I didn't see any sweet or cheese foam options on the menu or as an option on the kiosk, which was disappointing, as I love paying extra for this topping to complement my drink. This option was available at the Tempe location, so I was looking forward to it. Overall, I enjoyed my drink, though! It was a little bit less sweet than I wanted it to be, but that's OK! Morning staff is usually quite friendly, however, soon as the afternoon and night shift staff take over, the service gets terrible. Staff seemed to not give a crap about customers that were not "regulars". They'd rather chat with each other than give you quality service even when it's not busy. If I did that at my job, I'd get fired. Even a lady barista that may have been the manager ignored me when I asked a question and continued to talk to the person behind me. It's simple, they are rude and very slow to make drinks. I'd advise people to go to another location! I hope they get their act together. read more

I always say thank you when receiving my order and SHE USED TO SAY NOTHING, NOTHING!!! Now it's "thank you", and most recently "thanks". Who says thank you as a response to thank you?
