First, Starbucks needs to vastly improve the quality of their pastries. They look dull, pale, and disgustingly industrial. So awful-looking in the case that I decided not to even order one. The rest of this review is for this specific location. The sign on the door posted its Thanksgiving holiday hours. The sign said open until 4pm. At 1pm, employees immediately began kicking customers out and denying those walking in. They claimed the store was closing due to a strike and that their POS system auto-shuts down. This sounded to me like a fabricated story. I haven't heard of stores closing at 1pm due to a strike. Totally unprofessional. read more

I came into this location on the 1st and staff was super friendly! Bathroom was clean as well.

Clean and semi-empty on July 4 during their limited opening hours. Got the $3 frap promo of Double Fudge Bar for me and Caramel Waffle Cone for the friend. The Caramel waffle Cone was too sweet for my liking and same with the Double Fudge Bar. Such have stuck with my usual Green Tea Frap, but this is the point of these $3-Frap promo=for you to try something out of your comfort zone. Anyway, the milks were empty and I placed them at the Starbucks counter and notified the staff to replaced them. After 30 minutes, they did no such thing. At least they have nice tables where you can do your laptop work, but no plugs near the tables. read more

I love this branch a lot because its the definition of what a "Starbucks Experience" truly is. Walking into the store you are greeted by genuine staff members who are filled with good energy, professionalism and cooperation. My favorite staff member is Megan. She is always there working so hard and ensuring that every customer is more than a 100% satisfied. I always order the Strawberry Acai and majority of the times I get lucky enough to have her prepare the drink for me. I have tried other branches but no one else prepares better refreshers than Megan. She makes it really fast, double checks to make sure you are satisfied and she is super kind and professional. I really hope staff members especially Megan are really catered and cared for by the management at Starbucks. I hope they are properly compensated and appreciated for the fantastic experience they provide us. They got me hooked and I have never been a Starbucks person! read more

This Starbucks location is usually crowded and the crowds usually mean you're in for a long wait, unfortunately. The drinks come out a little bit more slowly here, and it's tough to get a table. The layout works well, but the place is small, so there's not a lot of seating. What I can say, though, is that I am usually waited on with a smile and a nice "how are you today" which makes the waiting suck a little less.
