Ice Strawberry Matcha Latte

This is such a cute coffee shop! The strawberry matcha was 10/10 and the baristas were welcoming. There's not too much seating but it didn't feel cramped, just cozy. I came in for a purpose (to try the strawberry matcha), but this would be a great cafe to catch up on some work or just hang out

This place has a wide variety of drinks and food from boba to macarons. Came for a hot lemon ginger tea which was way too boiling hot. I like their cafe logo but their coffee sleeve was very thin in terms of insulation. There is plenty of seating inside too, and I like their wall of local flyers.

Butterfly pea lemonade

Such a cute little cafe with so many options! I often see people working on laptops inside while enjoying a drink. I'm drawn to keep going back to try all the different specialty drinks.

Came in while I was waiting for a show at Theatre Exile. Staff didn't seem particularly friendly, but, they had some nice cheesecake. It was a nice place to sit and wait though.

The place did not seem very busy but they clearly do a booming door dash business as their pick up shelf was full. We got a ice caramel macchiato and a regular coffee. Both were fine. The ambiance is quiet, but the staff was not very friendly. Took a few minutes to be acknowledged, but our drinks came out quickly.

Pic of the very *untoasted* bun after two soggy bites - didn't think to take a pic until after picking the Brie off to eat plain

I've been really excited to try this spot for a while since their menu promotes having both gluten free bagels and rolls. I assumed (should have checked but still) that the gf roll would be baguette style since they were listed together and ordered the Brie honey on one... I got a soggy gluten free hamburger bun with a few slices of lukewarm Brie and honey slapped in the middle. When I asked to have it toasted in hopes of making it more palatable I was told it had been, which I'm still confused by. Giving 2 stars because the strawberry green tea was still good.

This was a match frappe

The service w as s fine they were really nice but I just didn't like the drinks or the sweets they were really cute but they were lacking in flavor

Everything bagel with avocado, tofutti, and sun-dried tomato.

It's AWESOME that they have diary-free cream cheese here! so nice to have the option not to resort to hummus, lol. The person who took my order was lovely. I think some parts of the ambience could use a revamp, but the mural is great. A lot of smoothie and juice options that I did not get the chance to try, but I'll be back. The outdoor seating also looked nice.

I like the Iced coffee sandwiches! Feel free to bring your dog in here too while you're ordering- dog friendly! Quaint little cafe. I got the avocado, tomato, cream cheese (I think this is #3) on a toasted white sandwich. The sandwiches are made to order so it takes like 20-30 minutes especially if they get busy just fyi. Slow Service. Iced coffee is average but I think the sandwiches are good quality and they give a decent amount of toppings. Sandwiches are about ~7. The bread makes it pretty filling. Cute spot to grab a bite to eat for lunch. It get kind of crowded inside but I saw some people with laptops doing work/studying. I think this is a good place if you're vegan.

B2 has plenty of sunlight and lots of drinks on the menu!

I visited B2 the other day for the first time, and tried an interesting chai tea and yogurt smoothie. It was actually really delicious and filled my need for something spicy and a bit filling. The menu of food options looked really good, too, with many healthy / vegan choices, but I will have to return again in the future and get something to eat there! This place was very crowded around 5pm on a weeknight - most people taking up a table to read or use their laptop alone. The tables were a bit crammed together - so my conversation with my friend wasn't too "private" but I do think that the single people at the tables on either side of us were listening to their headphones while we were chatting! It's at a very convenient intersection of East Passyunk near the Acme and POPE, so they definitely get good business here... and it's easy to see why! The staff were overall very friendly, the warm atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, and the options were all that you'd expect from a coffee shop like this! I'll be back.

People were nice, had a pineapple banana smoothie which was quite decent for the price. Probably the most affordable in the area.

The vibe is horror movie chic, if ya know what I mean. We were greeted and seated promptly and immediately checked out the menu to see what we should try. We asked for the macaroni balls as an app, but they were sold out. A few minutes later, we were told we could order them bc the chef had made a new batch. Yay!! So, we started with the Mac balls and seitan Korean wings. Our apps arrived and I must admit. I enjoyed the seitan wings more than I did the Mac balls. The Korean BBQ (seitan) wings had an amazing sauce that truly made me forget I was at a vegan restaurant. They were crispy, savory, and just delicious. I decided to go with the gyro and my partner went with the cheese steak for his entree. My gyro was yummy! The impossible beef, lettuce and tomato were reminiscent of a regular gyro. I truly couldn't tell the difference. My partner loved his cheese steak too. Monster vegan is a HIT!! Would we try it again? Absolutely!!

One of the best meals I've had in Philly, which is a bold statement for a city with a phenomenal…read morefood scene. A server at a restaurant in another part of town recommended Pietramala. "Even if you're not vegan, go," she advised. Making a day-of reservation for 9:15pm on a Saturday in June, I walked in and was seated right away by a kind staff member. Within minutes, my glass of water was full and my equally kind server was walking me through the menu. The menu elevates vegetables and they source their ingredients from 16 farms nearby. (Most are in Pennsylvania.) Not overly hungry, I ordered two mid dishes and a dessert. (The menu is organized by small, mid, large, and dessert.) Each dish was masterfully executed and full of flavor. Suzuki Farm Kyuri Cucumbers were perfect. They come out as four large cucumber halves with all the fixings. Don't be shy. It's easier to eat them with your fingers per recommended by my server. The next dish was the Urban Roots Farm Sugar Snap Peas. The crunch of the peas with the wasabina oil complimented each other well. For desert, I ordered the Bomboloni with pistachio cream. The warm texture of the dough and creaminess of the pistachio cream was divine. I ordered another. It may be my favorite dessert I've ever had at any restaurant anywhere. If you love creative and quality food, go here. You won't regret it!

My boyfriend and I walked in on a Saturday night for a celebration dinner. They were very busy and…read morethey didn't have any open reservations but when we called and told them we would arrive in 30 mins, they saved two of the bar seats for us. For drinks, we ordered the elderflower shrub and sanguinello to drink. I liked the elderflower shrub since it was sweet and refreshing (slightly carbonated) but the sanguinello tasted bitter and medicinal. Since my bf really didn't like his drink, the server was nice enough to let us change our amaro drink to another elderflower shrub. For food, we ordered sourdough focaccia with tomato xo sauce (similar to chili crisp oil) and the potatoes dish. The sourdough was fluffy and delicious and the xo sauce gave it a nice flavor but it did make the bread greasy. The potatoes dish tasted good because of the creamy sauce that was drizzled on top. We also ordered the kyuri cucumbers and durum ravioli. The kyuri cucumbers had a fermented ramp ranch that gave the cucumbers a nice creaminess and the garnishes (spring onion and giardiniera) gave the cucumbers a nice texture. The durum ravioli had a cheesy taste due to the cultured cashew ricotta but I wasn't a fan. Overall, we would order the potatoes and cucumbers again, maybe we would order the sourdough focaccia (if you don't mind the greasiness), but we wouldn't order the durum ravioli again. For dessert, we ordered the macadamia ice cream with strawberries, shaved ice with rhubarb, and basil. Even though the ice cream was unique, we also wouldn't order it again. The basil flavor was a bit strong and the dessert tasted mostly like macadamia nuts and strawberries rather than ice cream. The ambience was nice though and even though we were not able to get a table, we had a nice view of the chefs' cooking. We would come here again since the menu changes based on what's in season. It was my second time at Pietramala and it was my boyfriend's first time and it won't be our last. :)
