This is our favorite weekend stop. I order the matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla syrup, keep the simple syrup. When I'm feeling fancy I add vanilla sweet cold foam. For my kids, they order kids milk add chocolate syrup, no ice, and whipped cream and caramel or chocolate syrup. My experience today at this Starbucks location not only involved my favorite cup of coffee (and pastry) but also some friendly banter...most welcomed after a long flight to the area. I should also note that while this location had several tables...they were all full of people chill'en like a proper cafe. Very disturbed by how rude the drive thru staff was on my visit today. The screen is not working and I could barely hear the drive through attendant so I asked them to repeat themselves very NICELY to ensure she heard me correctly. She responded very rudely with an attitude and rushed me through my order. Her name was Mariah. I asked for her name from another staff member. My drink was made incorrectly but I didn't bother with asking for it to be remade. Please fix your drive through window and train your employees to properly interact with customers at high times of stress and volume. People have bad days, we all do. Call in or work another position that day. Don't interact with paying customers if you can't keep your emotions in check. Typically Starbucks is usually consistent but one morning last week they were probably feeling the effects of a mad line at their drive-thru. I ordered my typical Grande Coffee Frappuccino with Whip Cream but decided I'd try a breakfast sandwich since I was hungry. Apparently they forgot to start toasting my sandwich when it was ordered so I sat at the window for a bit. Sadly my Bacon, Egg and Gouda sandwich was quite cold in the middle. This place has gone backwards. Most staff here are slow. And I do mean slow. Some are in a social coma. Disorganized, lacking energy and enthusiasm. Limited communication skills. Only Genesis and Harriet seem to be present. Promote those two. Always Long lines. Weekends you cant just park and walk in. Daft! Takes ages just to get a simple drink. I order a tall blonde and hot butter croissant. Isn't that what we all want? The recent remodel does not make this place conducive to work or just sit down. This is such an awesome Starbucks to get work done at! :) The lobby is always clean, quiet and uncrowded. Plenty of outlets too, incase you need to charge your laptop or phone. My impression is that this place is definitely well managed. Some Starbucks are very noisy, but the workers here are not loud or disturbing at all. They are super nice & efficient. They always make a genuine effort to ask how I'm doing! Additionally, they have a good selection of refreshers right now. A lot of other places are out of many due to national shortages! I love Starbuck coffee .. I meeting up with my clients - friends etc at Starbuck for business Nationwide . I'm from Minnesota.. and today is new year day . I have a nice spot for zoom meeting and I found this place open until 8pm perfect. I'm Super excited to get there. When I arrived . I order my drink then I pay with my app. Then I realized I need a cup of water. I ask for a water and the cashier say " next time if you want something make you sure you ask me all at one " I don't like the attitude but it's new year so I just smile and walking aways . I never experience this kind of service in any Starbuck before. Very disappointed with the service of the white lady cashier. Btw they need to clean up the store. Wow. These folks are on TOP of their game. As someone who was up and about throughout the holiday season, I was beyond thankful for this Starbucks and their amazing staff! I'm up and on the road by 5am to love on and take care of other folks' pets. I also am out and about until well after 2 or 3 in the morning, most of the time during the holidays - there are a lot of travelers and a lot of them want their pets well cared for. :) I stopped in at this Starbucks every morning when I stopped in on some pets in a home nearby and was met EVERY morning, bright and early, with a smile, a greeting and some great wake up juice. There wasn't a single person in there that didn't at least smile at me, if not speak. That was so nice! To be exhausted and cold and not feel so awesome, then, walk into that, truly made me morning so much better. I could be wrong but I believe the manager has short super hair blonde-ish/silverish/maybe some blue or purple highlights..? Anyway, she's always there when I go in, on the line, helping out. I do not recommend coming to this location. Customer service has gone down. They can not multitask. Stop putting new people at the window. If they can't take orders and process them at the same time. I had to ask for my change and she seemed confused. I got pissed off and left. I will not be coming back. You should have some one take the orders. And have someone process them if they are not up to speed. Go to the star-bucks on Pflugerville parkway . They are usually crowded. But the line moves and you won't have this issue. This location is one of the most disorganized and dirty inside that I've seen. Trash everywhere and tables look like they haven't been wiped down in weeks. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO INSIDE to get your drink because they seem to service the drive through customers at a 5:1 ratio... meaning, I watched 5 cars drive by for every customer inside to get their order (on several occasions). The parking lot is sometimes a cluster-eff and people aren't always courteous so just pray you go at the "right" time. The line moves a little faster than a snail's pace, but I'm okay with that. It's easy enough to get to, see from the road, and surrounded by a bunch of other places of interest to many people (Lone Star Kolaches anyone?) Yesterday 3/17/23 went through the drive thru where I placed my order. Got to the window and go my order. Everyone at the window were pleasant and greeted me. Received my order and drove off which I had checked it before leaving the location. I arrived to the office which is in Central Austin so I was about 20 minutes away from Starbucks and noticed that my blueberry oatmeal was missing which was what I was going to have for breakfast. So, I contacted the location and spoke with Brittney and informed me it would be ok to stop by for it without charge. My request was honored when I arrived at the location on 3/18/23 and was greet by a wonderful staff member that greets her regulars. I wish I could remember her name I know she is a veteran in the military. I was grateful for the assistance I received and made things right because an item was missing in my order yesterday. My mobile orders are always delayed but this morning was just ridiculous. The expected time for my coffee to be ready was "3-8 minutes" and of course that was not accurate. I'm in the service so I understand delays happen but this seems to be a consistent issue with this location. It's not the barrasista's fault. It seems like they're understaffed. As far as the expected time for a simple coffee (dark roast with 3 equals and a dash of cinnamon) to be ready, either they need to hire to the demand or they need to change the expected time. It was so delayed this morning that I had to cancel my order which made it a terrible morning. Today was the day that I needed coffee the most as I Stayed up late watching an eagles game. Great service in the morning however do NOT go in the afternoon! My order was incorrect. My husband and I both informed the barista. He tried to say it was accurate. I explained that we ordered the dragon drink which includes coconut milk(I get often). We were handed a Pink drink which has the coconut milk but with strawberries. The barista said ok took the drink then we waited for our drinks which once again was not correct. My husband had to be in a meeting so he was like just take it.
