They are always very nice. They all remember names and faces. The drinks are made very well and have top notch service.

Had a Mobile order that I ordered about 7 minutes prior to getting there. (I know cause I had my gps on) Parked in the mobile order spot (which many Starbucks don't have) and was in and out. I got the Mango Dragonfruit refresher with extra dragonfruit inclusion. Delicious! Made perfect. The spot is new and clean and the interior is very nice. I see a lot of negative feedback on the reviews, I am a Patterson native and this Starbucks is but a few weeks old. They're staff is too so I think they're still trying to figure it out. I just want to say that today was crazy. My brother and I went in for some coffee and my brother payed using his debit card. The crazy thing was I had the charge on my card. He has bank of the west and I have Wells Fargo. My card was in my wallet and the charge went through my account and his. So to showed the teller at Starbucks who was awesome to to talk to and very helpful. So long story short. My bank is investigating this transaction. But this why I gave the five star review. Horrible customer service provided by Nathan at drive thru. Ordered three Iced Caramel Macchiatos. One of them no ice and asked for the ice on the side but Nathan refused to provide the ice on the side. When I asked him why he couldn't give me the Ice he said he was short on ice and could not provide it on the side. Did Not make any sense as my other drink came with Ice and he didn't say anything about being short on ice until I asked for the ice on the side. Wasn't like I wad asking for free ice, I'm clearly paying for it and just want it separately. I was not going to argue with the kid and make a big deal over ice, even though maybe I should've taught him a lesson in customer service. Hardly ever use this location due to the bad customer service experienced frequently in the past and I can see things have not changed. Different people same bad customer service. The other day I went into this Starbucks and I had the best barista, her name was Sonia. She was the kindest person ever and not to mention she made an amazing latte. We were having the best conversation and it didn't feel forced, she just made my day feel so much better. She deserves a raise, such great manners and brightens up a room. Everyone there was super sweet but she was just so kind hearted. Love this Starbucks and the staff. read more

This is a heads up for the one in Town for Patterson, Feb 26th 257pm. I just went w my granddaughters and ordered 5 different drinks and Food items. The Vanilla Beans were watered down so check your drinks before you leave. I had a hot Cho and that was fine. For the price of things these days be careful so you are not cheated. read more

their employees are complete slobs!!! look at the nasty countertops covered in milk and ingredients while they continue to work in the area placing your cups in the mess and passing it on to the next person. they are ridiculously slow. they have 6 plus employees working and they take 15 plus minutes to get a drink order out. busy or not that's not an excuse!! i guess they must have hired all the employees from the burger king next door!! they brought their work ethic with them. my orders were completely forgotten and i had to ask where my order was. i had to tell them to clean their work area before making my drinks. other locations i have had to have them make them over or provide an additional clean cup so i can insert the dirty one into it so i dont get crap all over my cup holder, etc... both starbucks in patterson, ca are the exact same. same personal experiences at both locations-fiflth, extremely slow and 6+ employees working. seriously pathetic read more

I went here a few times when this first opened, and it was a clusterf*ck. Chalked it up to being a new store. Decided today to give it another shot and I can see nothing has changed. 45 min for a mobile order. One drink came out... then they had to "find" the other. After I asked for it. Both fraps were watery - like chocolate milk. This site needs a complete training overhaul. I'm over it. read more

This is the second day in a row that I MOBILE ordered .. drove across town and upon arrival none of my items were available. Today after giving it a second chance I ultimately had my food refunded due to it not only coming out late but being handed to another customer right in front of me. I went through the drive thru this afternoon and was drawing a complete blank on what I wanted to drink. The Barista that took my order was so nice about it and suggested the perfect drink. It was a Nitro Cold Brew with cinnamon dulce and sweet cream foam. His name was Jeremy and told me told me to taste it to make sure I liked it before I left. Worst Starbucks ever. I've been here 4 times hoping that the next time will be better, but so far they've managed to fuck up everytime. Either they're out of things like cup sizes or lids or ingredients, or their customer service is terrible. I went in today politely to ask about a double charge and they were rude about it. Then somehow the sticker machine got jammed for my order and two others after me. So every single person for 15 minutes got there's drinks except us. Fuck you guys. Going to the other Starbucks from now on until these guys manage to get their shit together. read more

I recommend just to use your mobile app to order from this starbucks. Its way faster rather than ordering inside. Just my opinion.

Had such a great experience here this last weekend. I came in to drink some coffee and edit some photos. This new store has such a big area to work at and the options of where to sit and work are endless. It's also not like most Starbucks that are dark and stuff this one has lots of windows and great lighting so you don't feel like you are locked up while working. The staff was great and very sweet. Someone who stood out was Cheyenne. She made great suggestions for new drinks to try and delicious food. I was pleasantly surprised with my new drink order and sweet treat. Everything was made perfect. Will be coming back again for sure! read more

I believe the lady heard me wrong, but anyways they remade my drink in about a minute and gave me a refund for having to wait! I was so excited that they finally put a Starbucks in town because of how bad the one by I-5 is, only I didn't realize how HORRIBLE they would also be. I'd rather make the 20 minute drive to Turlock to get my drink. They take for ever and can never get a single drink right. Even when it's slow, you would think they were busy with how long they take. Walked in at this store today with my dog to get my favorite drink as i was paying at the cashier this manager iterrupt and told me they have a new pet policy and that i have to wait outside. he wasnt even polite! Decided to indulge & get a peppermint mocha for myself and a family member. Drive through was surprisingly short and the wait time for the mochas was also short. Employee at the window was very nice and helpful. Total time in line probably 5 mins. My mocha didn't have as much peppermint flavor as I was expecting but was still good. It is very SLOW! Every time I come by the line for the drive-thru is long and is very slow to move forward - whereas the other Starbucks in Patterson may have a long line, but it moves at a good speed. Can't blame it on the establishment being new anymore as it has been a while since they opened. I ordered online and went to pick up my drinks, couldn't even park as the entrance is blocked by the long line at the drive-thru. When I finally made it in I noticed the Employees weren't really working as efficiently as they could. Additionally, they talked amongst themselves and laughed (which is good for a good working environment as long as your job performance isn't suffering) and in this case, their work was suffering. read more

I come to this Starbucks every morning and being able to see and feel the great energy and happy faces of all the staff is such a wonderful feeling. One staff member in particular(Stephanie) is always going above and beyond. Being a mom of 3 and having a special needs teen is not an easy task but I tell you what when the world feels like it's weighing on me and I feel like people are just so terrible I know I can count on Stephanie's bright smile and kind words to boost me up. read more
