I'm in shock as to how hard the cookie even was!!! Usually no matter what the cookie can be okay at most, but not here. Solid like a brick. And on top of it all, the area is sketchy looking af. Hole in the wall spot but not in a good way.

That said, as a local resident, the experience has been frustrating more often than not. Their posted hours say they're open until 2 PM, but in reality, they're usually sold out by around 10 AM. It makes it really difficult to plan a visit unless you go very early, which isn't always realistic for everyone. If the shop consistently sells out that early, it would be helpful to either adjust the hours or increase production so more people actually have a chance to buy something. Because this is the only donut option in town, it would be nice to have a more reliable experience--or even some competition to give residents a bit more choice. Again, I respect that it's a small, family-owned spot, but as it stands, it's hard to depend on them if you're not there first thing in the morning. Please try to work on this sunshine. I would hate for a chain donut store to come to this town, but at the end of the day i would take consistent service over anything.

He prepared and served our bagels in a timely manner. My sister got herself a lox bagel and I got myself a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. Their bagels were so good. The Sweet Iced Latte was my favorite with the perfect amount of sweetness. I tried the cupcakes which are soo cute but I did think they were a little dry. Inside is cute and I was pleasantly surprised to see the shelf of chip selection, Flamin everything - my favorite haha. The service was great as well. The semi sweet chocolate chucks topped with sea salt was a delightful combination which uplifted my energy levels during that dreaded afternoon crash. The layout of the bakery let's the customers see the bakers crafting the delicious pastries.
