I came tonight to get a Dubai Sunday and I've never had an issue at this place but I was attended poorly by one of the employees aikili something like that was her name tag she rolled her eyes as soon as I orders my Dubai Sundays as if she was irritated of making them. I know Baskin Robins is a franchise that everyone knows. But they have stepped up their game in recent years with the ice cream cakes, ice cream pops and smoothies etc. I normally don't give 5 stars for a franchise but the simple fact that I'm always extremely happy when I visit warrants the 5 star review. I just love their ice cream, always satisfied. Banana split is my go to. Love the rocky road and jamoca almond fudge two of my favorite flavors. In season I have to have the pumkin pie flavor ice cream, so good. If you need a little pick me up in your mood, stop by for a scoop or two don't be rude haha read more

Not really impressed with this location. Shop is very small. Seating area is also the ordering area . And I was disappointed in their selection of ice creams. Seriously there was nothing good. Had a bunch of weird flavors. I didn't see many classics like mint chip , regular chocolate , strawberry. Ice cream that they had looked like it has been sitting in freezer for a while. Had a bunch of ice on top . And most ice creams were like the bottom of the barrel. I gave 2 stars because the girl helping me was friendly. read more

Very un happy. Just ordered ice cream. Bought 3 different kinds. One happen to be a brownie sundae. I guess they ran out of hot fudge i got a drop of it. Slow service, stood there for about ten minutes waiting for someone to come help us, after they got done ringing the other group of people up but instead they made us wait for another person that didn't even know what they were ordering, to place their order which was a list of things. This is the BEST baskin robins!!!! Not only are they always friendly, but also super fast!! Even on the hot days with a line out he door! They offer samples of a few flavors with no problem and always give you your money's worth! This is the only baskin robins that can successfully make the original chocolate blast!!! Thank you!!! You all are amazing and I seriously have gone once a week for the last four weeks because I'm so happy they can make the original chocolate blast the right way!!! You all are great at your jobs!!!! Went in for a scoop of ice cream and notice the employees I'm not wearing gloves nor are they washing their hands in between kenneling money and food after asking if they are required to wear gloves they said no so I left. I made a complaint to the company and I will also contact a public health department as I am a nurse. Apparently these employees need training on covid transmission. This is the store on Carpenter Road Modesto. I have never had a problem in the past but now it is important to recognize the need for safety. read more

Went in a couple hours ago with my man to get the kids and i ice cream & the guy with dreads helped us was extremely rude. He looked high first off and rolled his eyes when i asked for a spoon. The ice cream was terrible to top it off. Definitely won't be returning to this location. read more

I would give 0 if I could. First, the short white guy with glasses working there tonight march 1, 2019, you have terrible logic and are disrespectful (best description I can give without knowing his name). How are you going to turn 4 customers away at the door telling us you're closed at 9pm when your door, your website, and everywhere else your hours are posted say 10pm. Second, as you turn us away you let 5 customers in who pulled up with us, to join the other 15 customers in the store already because 'they knew some of the people inside.' Put out signs with real hours and change the hours on all the apps and websites you use if thats the case but dont lie to my face telling me you are closed with a crowd of people still ordering inside and letting people you deem worthy in while turning other customers away. And dont ignore a customer who is asking you legitimate questions about your hours and have attitude when your business is clearly in the wrong. 10/10 will file complaints about the customer service of this establishment. read more

I was a frequent flyer there. I was buying pint size ice cream. Not the alreafy made stuff. Told the supevisor the topping was stale. She tasted then jus left it up. Did not throwaway.
