Never order a cake from this place! I just came to pick up a cake for Father's Day and as I'm putting it in my car, I notice there's a fly in my cake! I immediately go back in the store to show them the cake and the fly. The woman at the counter says, in the most rude tone, there's nothing they can do I can take the cake as is or leave it- unbelievable! No consideration whatsoever, that this was our Father's Day cake. No apology or attempt to make it right. After telling her those are not very good customer service skills, then she proceeds to offer to give me my money back. Still no apology. I've ordered many cakes from them in the past, despite it being a 30 minute drive for me. I've been from this neighborhood for a long time and I enjoy this shops service and food. But, I notice that some of the employees are not quite safe, especially in the shockwave of this pandemic. I was disappointed to see the service clerk not using gloves and not washing their hands between touching money and handling our food. Although she used wax paper to place donuts in the cardboard, In my opinion it wasn't very mindful. As I was leaving and more customers came in I did not see the employee washing their hands before starting to serve the next donuts. Overall the shop is clean, well put together and has always been cozy. I will continue getting my donut dose from here, I just feel the lack of mindfulness was enough to note. read more

The glaze was hard, the glaze cake sprinkle the glaze had blueberry in it and it's not a blueberry donut, the breads were hard, the cannoli they should not make cuz the shell is not crunchy and the filling is not that good, cheesecake was ok but had coconut. It beats having to wait until Mr. T's making theirs at 2am I can never wait that long, the customer service at donut deli is always amazing, I've never had anyone be rude to me. Plus I go in there so often the night crew already knows me. If you don't like donuts they also have Mexican bread to the left as you walk in, there's also a refrigerator full of goodness like milk, Starbucks cold coffee, juice and more, and right by the donut section they have a variety of ice cream :) I recommend to pay with cash I believe they charge a few extra cents to pay with a card. They dont sell 24 hours a day anymore. Last 4 sundays in a row there shelves are empty. Donuts come out at 10:30. Pan dulce at 5am. This place used to have pan dulce and donuts 24/7. But since the fire they have no one working the bakery except 2 girls that arw stuck up and rude. And stand around doin nothing.
