So today is my daughter's birthday. Instead of getting an ice cream cake, I decided to get her a large cookie and cream milkshake. I got a medium banana smoothie and one scoop of vanilla in a cup for my dog. The young lady took my order and rung up my order before she made my order. I put 2.00 in the tip jar and waited for my order by the cash register. This is when I noticed that everyone else paid after their order was made. Why was I charged before my order was done? This is a great little ice cream shop in the Save Mart parking lot. The service and of course the ice cream is always good. They have plenty of flavors to choose from, with new flavors every month and time of year. They also have a freezer area where they keep some ice cream cakes. You can choose from ice cream sundaes to waffle cones to even drinks like a delicious cappuccino blast. If you come on a Tuesday it's a dollar a scoop. It's a great deal but the line gets very long. They will let you sample any ice cream flavor before you buy it. They have a couple of very small tables inside and about five tables outdoors. I am from Santa Clara, ca and was in town visiting my sister. After the long drive I wanted to stretch my legs and regroup. Spoted this Baskin-Robbins in the shopping center. This brought back childhood memories of the 70's when i was a kid of the one in San Jose, Of course you walk in the have the cheerful ice cream service smiling and saying hi ! They have such a wide variety to choose from it was hard top make a choice. The great this about Baskin-Robbins they have little pink spoons that you can request to try a taste of any of their ice cream so you can pick the one you like. Now that is awesome service. With all the bright colors and trendy fun names of thier ice creams it was so hard to choose. But I choose CARAMEL TURTLE TRUFFLE with a 200 calories (labelled) for the calorie concious people.. This was the most deliscious, delectable scope of sweets. I just took my sweet time eating this all up. Just taking in the atmopher at the little table with my dad. You know it was just like I was a little kid again sitting with my dad having an ice cream. Other than ice cream they have cakes that are mixed with both cake and ice cream ! Ice cream is good but their signs say close at 10pm as well as online also and I pull up at 9:30 and their closed , lights off employees walking out . Did hours change or is lazy employees ? Also they need to work on keeping it clean in there because it's filthy with dirty floors all the time even when it's not raining and nasty everything even the tables and chairs are filthy , their white so you would think they would clean them every now and then also there's and awful smell in there as well . read more

The lack of consistency is horrible. Will not be going back to this particular shop, no curtesy to honor a card almost fully stamped because they they decide last minute they no longer take them. Manager standing next to the girl and doesn't even make an effort to offer any explanation. Not very happy with this evenings experience. The young lady that helped us was Gisselle and we asked for a big cup of soft serve. When she came back with the smallest cup they had I explained to her that we wanted the biggest size and her response was, "well I'm not taking that back". I understand the covid restrictions and why she couldn't take it back but she still made us pay for the Ice-cream that we didn't ask for. Stopped in for a small shake. When I ordered she double checked what ice cream I wanted. She still made it wrong. I can't have nuts at all. First she told me there were no nuts. Then when the second one came out the drink. She then decide to tell I said I wanted nuts. 6 bucks plus it's now extra for whip cream. read more

I really like the two scoop sundaes here. The no sugar added caramel turtle ice cream is very good. The limited time peanut butter and jelly ice cream is super yummy. The new pumpkin cheesecake ice cream for the fall is a great choice. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. Good store to go to. This Baskin-Robbins location has the best cake decorator ever! She always is able to do whatever we request and does it especially well, too. We have gotten cakes from here twice before: one with a logo of my daughters favorite show RWBY and one decorated with a succulent garden on top made completely out of icing! She always goes above and beyond! When she made the RWBY logo cake, she had no idea what the logo was but was able to freehand it as a special request. When I ordered the succulent garden cake, all I said was that my daughter liked succulents and continued to ask if she could do something with succulents on top. I did not expect this! The cake was phenomenal with an entire succulent garden complete with "dirt" (edible and tasty), and she even went out of her way to buy edible rocks to incorporate into the succulent garden. Their cake decorator always does an amazing job with any requests we have for her. I am definitely coming back in the future to ask for more of her cakes the next time we have a celebration! read more
