We were intrigued by the coffee choices this cute cafe had as we searched on Google maps on our way to Gustine. I'm glad we gave it a shot!! The coffee was delicious and the food was really good as well. Prices are decent and they have good customer service. What we liked most was the decorations and ambiance. Definitely a nice spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. read more

I love their coffee. I always order El Beso y El Guero. They are a little bit on the sweater side, but you can always order it less sweat and it is always good. Service can be a little bit more friendly, but I don't really mind. The ambiance is very nice and they have a couch now, which is very comfortable. read more

A quick stop on my drive from LA to San Fran. Needed a pick me up cup of caffeine and this place did the trick. Great location with easy parking. It was pretty big inside and there were a lot of tables and chairs for lounging or working while you enjoy your drink. The only thing I would change would be that I felt like there was a bit too much cinnamon in my drink. read more

I have been coming to this place ever since they've been open. I tend to come in here for either breakfast or to study. Even when they are busy they always greet me with a smile and give me a delicious coffee. As a barista at Dutch Bros, I love coming to see them because they always want to know how my day is. I have gone to this place so often that sometimes when my funds are low and I cannot pay for my coffee they still make it for me and tell me to pay them later. Which obviously I do. If you really want to have the true coffee shop cozy experience crema y nata is the place to go. Highly recommend to anyone of any age. read more

Great Service. And w/all the people around & in back, you know the ambiance is great as well

I want to start by saying that the pros outweigh the cons! So delighted to see this lovely place pop up in Newman. Pros: -Beautiful atmosphere and decor -Delicious beverages -Yummy foods Cons: -This shop ALWAYS smells like cleaner! And not just a faint aroma - it's so strong that it overpowers the taste of the coffee, and I'm not exaggerating. Other people I've talked to have experienced the same thing, and because of this we all typically take our coffee to go. A shame, since it's so nice inside the shop! I really hope they take this feedback to heart and lay off on the cleaning sprays so that we can enjoy our coffee in the beautiful surroundings. read more

Though this cafe is in Newman, I love coming here. Ive already been here twice and have not been disappointed. The lavender latte and el güero have been what ive ordered personally and they both were delicious. The sip if the mazapan ive had was really good too. They also have maracuya refreshers which is always a nice treat if you dont want caffeine AND they even have the maracuya seeds in the refresher which is a plus! The baristas were friendly and polite and the wait is short even when its a cafe full of people. We came over the weekend because Santa came to visit and we were able to get a photo with Santa. Fun times. read more

One tries to support local businesses, but this place in particular needs to learn how to greet customers. No smile, no "how are you", "hows your day going". The guy who took our order has had a sour look on his face all 3 times we have gone. Plus the tip. I really don't like the fact that option is there especially when there is no friendly approach. Wont be going back. read more

The drinks are delicious and the vibe is nice ! Wish they were open later but they close at 4pm I always feel bad for being the last one there with friends. Great customer service! You receive what you give out. This is not Starbucks, it's better. Remember this is a small business locally owed and operated. A great place to enjoy a coffee and draw in a sketchbook or catch up on work read more

I've tried almost every drink on the menu. The store is huge and set up perfect for hanging out or getting some work done and the folks that work there deliver great coffee every time. I've also tried their baked goods and the muffins are bomb. I try to come every weekend to pick up my afternoon coffee read more

Very nice place, clean and nice atmosphere, coffee was good, but customer service is not there, was not greeted upon walking in, I was called up for my coffee. I said thank you, no response from the man or lady working. Mind u there was only 4 people in the shop it's not like it was a busy day, you would think the customer service would be better since they are in a small town read more

Coffee was great, customer service was horrible. Small towns are suppose to have more of a personal approach. I was the only customer in the shop and never did I get a hello. I felt like I was bothering the barristas with my presence. My third time going and all three times customer service was lacking. Will no longer be visiting this spot. read more

I thought it was extremely bizarre when other people were ordering she didn't tell them there was a wait, but when my children got to the counter before they even order she was sure to tell them that there was a 20 minute wait. I feel like they're bias and discriminating on children. They don't want children in their "adult coffee shop" I defiantly won't go back. It would be a completely different story if she was telling everyone in line up there was a 20 minute wait and that there was 10 coffees to be made ahead of theirs but no, she didn't tell anyone else but me and my children I felt like it was lots of discrimination going on in there. read more

I was visiting Los Banos and looked up coffee spots. I found Crema y Nata located in Newman about 30 min from Los Banos. I tried their dulce de leche and it was perfectly sweet and delicious. My husband tried their hazelnut pastry (not pictured) but he loved it. It was flaky and really tasty. The inside is very spacious with a lot of room to sit and plenty of tables to come in and do work or talk. I didn't get the name of the lady who took our order but she was very friendly and happy to give recommendations based on our preferences! Will gladly come again next time I am in the area. read more

Truly a special place in our town! Customer service is on point, always treating us with a smile! Coffee and food are delish!

I'm very impressed with the new coffee shop in our small town. Not only was my oatmilk latte delicious, the added touch of artwork on top was very nice as well! It's quite noticeable they are using top notch coffee beans. This was my third visit and happy with all three. Plenty of room inside, very clean with a pleasant ambiance. I've heard several great comments with many customers hoping they'll add a light lunch menu down the road. read more
