We had a car with two wheels with no hope of ever getting its front wheels attached again. Both AAA and the junkyard refuse to pick it up. 20 min after calling my insurance, Hamse(spelling?) with Speedee scooped up the clunker without complaint and was headed to the junkyard. What took the junkyard over a week to ultimately fail to accomplish, these guys did in a mere minutes. Plus, the junkyard forced me and Hamse to wait for 10 min before accepting the car. No complaint or request for additional $$ from these guys. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat!

But all the driver had were a few short partially broken 2x4's and one 4x4 piece of wood. The tow itself was good and the driver was courteous. I followed the tow truck to the destination repair shop. Along the way, we made a stop at a gas station but the truck didn't fill up. Maybe the price was too high for their liking. We later stopped at a 2nd gas station where the truck filled up. My feedback for improvement is to be more prompt and to come fueled. Also, get some real ramps, or at least some longer 2x10 planks of wood. Cars will come in all shapes, sizes and heights and lowered cars are nothing new. To ensure proper service for all customers, ramps seem like a simple addition that will make things easier and safer for all sorts of vehicles.

I noticed a transmission leak on my vehicle and decided to look for an expert transmission service…read moreprovider near me, and came across Leale's as I always look into reviews to see what people are saying i noticed honesty and to me that is key, so I've decided to contact them. And they told me bring the vehicle in for inspection. I arrived about 15 minutes before they open and surprisingly the gentlemen instead of pushing me away by telling me we are still not open asked me to come in and I was able to leave my car that is above and beyond especially because I expected a please wait. We're not open yet. So they contacted me that day. Giving me a price range. And they kept their word. My vehicle was there over the weekend, the next day, I noticed a check engine light on. So I decided to drive back To Leale's they put it in the scanner. And they noticed that it had a code related to the cadillac converter one of the gentleman there told the one that was scanning for codes. Raise up the vehicle, make sure that all the sensors are connected. They could have missed not connecting one. And that can be the cause of the check engine light. They did remove that check engine light. And also they had the person that was working on my car. The day before, and he mentioned that one of the gaskets in the exhaust before the Cadillac converter was a little deteriorated, and they recommended that I change that. So I do appreciate the honesty. My car is Running even better than before, as they did not just fix the leak but actually serviced the transmission. I would definitely recommend this place. It is hard to find Honest mechanics And Quality service also customer service was great clean shop respect you guys.

Jim and Tyler are awesome, super easy to work with and genuinely good people. I vouch for them fully and will continue to trust them with my cars.

If I could give the negative stars, I would. I want to share my experience so no one else would…read moremake the mistake of trusting this "auto shop" Unless you're just looking for a quick tire change, I would not go to these people with any of your car issues. Even if you are in need of roadside assistance, I would look for a more honest place of work. Long story short is that I was taken advantage of as a young woman who doesn't know much about cars. They took my money after supposedly "fixing" my car and sent me back on the road to only break down stranded on the I-5. They wasted my time and stole my money. I just wished if they knew they couldn't do the fix, that they had stopped instead of proceeding forward with this dangerous fix. Full story below. I was desperate on a Sunday looking for a shop that had parts to fix my car when I got stranded on the I-5 heading South. Luckily, I was able to pull off to a nearby gas station. Out of all the roadside assistance places that were open nearby, Nixons was the inly one that picked up. They sent some people out to help me ( Aaron Avila and Chris something). My issue was pretty simple to fix if they had the part because it was in an easy access location at the front of my car (oil cooler return line bursted and needed to be replaced). They said they could fix it, went off to get the part, and came back with "parts". I was skeptical (but I'm not a car expert), but they had hoses that said would work for the replacement and proceeded for the next 3 hours trying to finagle the hose into the right place. I asked them a few times if it was the right part, if it was a quick fix, if I'd be able to continue driving the rest of my 4 hour trip down to LA, or if i needed to still take it to another auto shop after to get it checked, and Aaron (the guy in charge) kept presenting that this fix would be no problem and their hose would be able to handle the pressure and temperature for engine oil. I should've called their bluff. At the end, when they finally were able to get their makeshift hose onto my car without the oil leaking out, they asked for payment and went off their merry way. They started working on my car at 4:20ish and finished around 7 (after sunset). I pulled out of the gas station parking lot and got back onto the interstate only to break down 1.5 down the road. I ended up getting towed and having to abandon my car at another autoshop for it to get fixed. Nixon's is negligent about their work, endangered me by sending me off with a defective car, were dishonest about their work, and (after some research out of anger) ARE NOT A LICENSED BUSINESS OR REGISTERED WITH THE BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR. I tried calling them to find a compromise for their crappy job, and they are unresponsive. I know I have grounds to sue and am going to report them to the city for illegal operation. I have photos of those who worked on my car and recording of my conversation with Aaron.
