I will never understand why this McD's gets such a bad wrap. I have been here twice and have had not a single issue. The first time I got a spicy chicken sandwich and fries and everything was hot and fresh and the staff warm and polite. Tonight, I was nervous. How many McD's never have their shake machine up? We ordered the double bacon quarter pounder with cheese but I only received a quarter pounder with cheese, it did have bacon on it but but only one hamburger patty with cheese, it also had the wax paper that the burgers are stuck to when they stick them on the grill in the sandwich, I have pictures I dont see anywhere here to upload them, also the french fries were cold and stale. Websites like Yelp, should make it so consumers can place no stars for horrific places like this mcdonald's, and all McDonald's really. What's with the website not having prices? Sounds pretty shady. Then they tell you you have to download the app in order to see prices, I don't want your app McDonald's. Why don't you just list the prices? I see they don't discriminate. About messing up orders. My husband would go there on our way to work. Every morning we would check to see what was missing or not prepared correctly. I felt as though I was an Alien from Outer space. I would ask for something substituted i.e an egg white instead of an egg round. They would not complete the order. Simple I thought. I was informed it is McDonalds policy NOT to substitute anything on the menu. My personal favorite was constantly being overcharged by 2 to 3 dollars. This would happen at least twice a week. My husband and I ,finally had enough. We have NOT been back in months. Let's talk about the wait, two cars in the drive through. It would take them 10 to15 minutes per car. It's fast food so what can you expect. My review is for the drive thru. Most of the time they ask you to park in the stall even if nobody is behind you. If you tell them that nobody is in line behind you and you would rather wait in the drive thru they get angry. I believe they have some kind of scoring system for how long someone waits in the drive thru. Late Night Run... I order a Double Quarter Pounder meal through Drive Thru.. Open it up when I get in my car and Take a Bite and Realize it's a Single Quarter Pounder.. Walk inside and Tell the Drive Thru Lady that helped me and She Takes it says with an attitude "Well I didn't charge you for a Double"! Manager walks up and asks can she help me.. Explain and she says sorry we will fix that for you.. Manager then walks to drive thru and they say something to each other in Spanish.. So I finally get my burger and Halfway to my car I look down and see the Box still says QUARTER Pounder.. Open it to see my same burger with a Bite missing!
