If I could rate this hunk of manure of a BK a zero I absolutely would, I rarely ever get BK just because of this one particular spot in Newman. The staff all though friendly apparently never heard of picking up the bun and not letting it burn, they never heard of swapping the CO2 tank on schedule, and apparently they've never heard of food shelf life because this family meal that I got is absolutely atrocious. This Burger King has got to shut down in total. The burgers were old, lukewarm, and burnt... how do you burn something then make it cold??? Your whole team has to get replaced at this point, we need an internal review of everything that goes on in that store. At least Taco Bell when they'd mess up would answer the phone to help me out with getting a refund but it seems Like this specific Burger King knows what the phone calls are about so they just purposely avoid it, AND don't give us the excuse of oh it's busy...BUSY OF WHAT STANDING AROUND AND LAUGHING AND JOKING AROUND INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY DOING WHAT YOURE SUPPOSED TO DO. I like their Jr Burgers. They are a perfect size for me and I've always gotten mine hot and delicious. Besides their Jr Burger, Burger King serves the best chicken nuggets and chocolate shakes in these areas. Whether it's the service inside or at the window the employees have always been smiling and pleasant to deal with. read more

The mozzarella sticks are garbage, how hard is it to make mozzarella sticks that's aren't hard and disgusting. The whole point is to pull them apart and the cheese melts out. This place is horrible. If you plan on at least 20 minutes if not more if they have 3 cars ahead of you. They are either incompetent or don't care or a combination of the 2. They have 2 windows but only use one. Something needs to be done. One time I went all the way to Gustine to McDonald's and came back and the line had not moved. A long, long time ago in a far away land , Burger King used to the most expensive fast food joint known for its quality and flame grilled burgers....Fast forward to dollar menus and frozen, processed burgers prepared by this shit hole location in Newman. How do you put a hockey puck a.k.a "meat" in a bun with cheese and give it someone?! IT LITERALLY WAS OVERCOOKED AND ROCK HARD, I could have chipped a tooth. Usually do not give one star however the filth in this Burger King is unpalatable. Every table in the restaurant was dirty and in need of deep cleaning, the floors also. Should have took off when I first entered and used the restroom and the urine smell punched me in the face at the first door to enter the restroom. If I could give 0 stars I would. First time I've been here I had a coupon and gave it to them before cashing out and they told me I should have given it to them at the beginning of the order. I've gone to different burger kings and they let you use coupons as long as you give it to them before cashing out. Not only that but the cashier was extremely rude about it. Second time I thought I'd give it another chance so I let them know I had a coupon beforehand. I had a child with me so I ordered a kids meal with chicken nuggets with a side of bbq sauce. They didn't give me any sauce and was rude about the sauce and charged for an additional sauce even though I didn't receive my first one. This third time is during covid19 and I ordered for two separate payments and she wouldn't accept it. We ordered nuggets and salads. Once again no sauce and I had to drive back to ask for the sauce and dressing but instead was greeted by disrespect and rudeness. I asked if they could accommodate me for all of my trouble (most fast food restaurants value customer service so they usually accommodate a free drink or small snack) after I waited in line for an extra 20 minutes. Instead of giving me excellent customer service she slammed the window saying, "We don't do that here." I'm extremely shocked. We recently went to Burger King to buy the chicken fries meal and this time that we went The manager help me I think his name was Tristan , he was super nice and helpful and even let me use my coupons, which at some locations they are picky about coupons . We waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes before even getting a chance to order. After we ordered we still waited about 10 minutes for the cars in front of us. If we were not stuck there we would have left immediately. I'm not sure if this is an issue with staffing but this issue needs to be fixed if they want business to last for them. read more

This place is so bad its funny, like 80's sitcom kind of funny. I only ever drive through so bear that in mind. The person on the speaker can never seem to hear me and half the time they sound high. They never get the order right the first time and rarely the second time, so it takes forever to give them the order. They NEVER tell you what window to go to. So I always have to stop at the first window and then try to figure out if I need to stay there or move up. "Please pull forward and then back up." What did you just ask me to do? Seems that they are so slow that they are getting in trouble. The drive up has a timer built into it. So they are constantly asking me to pull forward and then back up to reset the timer and cheat their own QA systems. I can't ever remember getting an order that was 100% right. And that is just the food. They are always leaving stuff out, straws, napkins, sauce, sometimes all three. Anymore I just say screw it and drive to Patterson. read more
