Tried charging me 5 times i paid inside with card --not good for business. And from Patterson, you have to change the location manually."

So I ordered this breakfast burrito on Friday. I was expecting more for the price of $3.19. I did not get my bang for my buck. Very disappointed read more

If I could rate this hunk of manure of a BK a zero I absolutely would, I rarely ever get BK just because of this one particular spot in Newman. The staff all though friendly apparently never heard of picking up the bun and not letting it burn, they never heard of swapping the CO2 tank on schedule, and apparently they've never heard of food shelf life because this family meal that I got is absolutely atrocious. This Burger King has got to shut down in total. The burgers were old, lukewarm, and burnt... how do you burn something then make it cold??? Your whole team has to get replaced at this point, we need an internal review of everything that goes on in that store. At least Taco Bell when they'd mess up would answer the phone to help me out with getting a refund but it seems Like this specific Burger King knows what the phone calls are about so they just purposely avoid it, AND don't give us the excuse of oh it's busy...BUSY OF WHAT STANDING AROUND AND LAUGHING AND JOKING AROUND INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY DOING WHAT YOURE SUPPOSED TO DO. I am really passionate about my coke not having any carbonation at all because at one point I defended this spot for always having crispy Coke and boy yall faltered. Don't act like the job is hard because guess what, I WORK IN FAST FOOD, FOLLOW YOUR LIST AND DO YOUR DAMN JOBS read more

The service was excellent. The place is clean and inviting. Christine, the manager, was very pleasant and courteous. An excellent experience. read more

I just got my order..... not only did I have to repeat my order 3 times... (not complicated.. one whopper w cheese and one without. Substitute one fry for onion rings) .... BOTH BURGERS HAVE CHEESE AND THERE ARE NO ONION RINGS BUT FRIES. What the actual fuck. read more

They forgot something in my order which is normal because we all make mistake, and they with no trouble replaced my missing idem. They are always with a positive attitude. The food is the best around town. Always happy to come back. read more

The terrible service, the cashier who served me badly took more than 20 minutes to give me my order, the worst burger king I've ever eaten

Not recommended, they disrespected me and my brother accusing us of opening a window while we were riding our bikes when the lady disrespected us and told us to get out of her drive threw. I have a recording of the whole thing and they refused service to us. read more

I downloaded yelp just to tell how rude one of the employes they tell us not touch their windows, even though I haven't touched the window it was one thing to tell us we cant be on bike. It's another even though we didn't do anything read more

It's Burger King. Exactly what you would expect. The drive thru is usually quick and simple to get you your whopper asap. The food is always solid. Service is whatever. Staff isn't very friendly. It's Burger King, what do you expect. I'd recommend for a quick drive thru lunch every once in a while. read more

I like their Jr Burgers. They are a perfect size for me and I've always gotten mine hot and delicious. Besides their Jr Burger, Burger King serves the best chicken nuggets and chocolate shakes in these areas. Whether it's the service inside or at the window the employees have always been smiling and pleasant to deal with. read more

15 minutes for wait time on getting my order....15 minutes with one car ahead of me....what are you all doing up in there

Driveway. I ask the lady if they put ketchup she said yes . Sorpise no ketchup no napkins wtf . It's to go

Been sitting in the drive through for 22 minutes now and decided to leave review while I wait. 23 minutes and only one car has passed the window. There's still one car and then we will be at the final window. A car came in behind us 15 minutes ago so we're stuck read more

Ok not the best. I really don't remember the date and time. But I remember the food was not hot

The mozzarella sticks are garbage, how hard is it to make mozzarella sticks that's aren't hard and disgusting. The whole point is to pull them apart and the cheese melts out. Not here they gave me some hard bricks of cheese. It was not soft at all, frozen and disgusting. You literally have one job. Do better. Never again. read more

Update: nothing new about this place. It's still the worst place in Newman. If fast food and a drive thru is what you're looking for, go to Taco Bell where the service is 1 1/2 stars instead of 1star. Newman is basically hopeless. Got to drive to Patterson if you want something edible. read more

Food was fresh and warm. Employees were hospital and friendly in the drive thru... but no ketchup nor napkins ... come on ‍ At least it was yummy read more

Walked in around 8pm. Place was empty. All employees were back in kitchen, in a circle, gossiping. Finally, after about a minute, one of them saw me. Everyone went different directions and the place got dead silent. The one that came my direction, to take my order, had a infected wrist piercing wound. Didn't look to appetizing, but at least she wasn't making my food. Place seemed clean. Food was decent. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I sat in the drive thru line for over 30 min when there was only 4 cars ahead of me. This is definitely not fast food if you are in a hurry. I won't be wasting my time here again. read more

Usually do not give one star however the filth in this Burger King is unpalatable. Every table in the restaurant was dirty and in need of deep cleaning, the floors also. Should have took off when I first entered and used the restroom and the urine smell punched me in the face at the first door to enter the restroom. Took my food and left after not finding a clean table however could not get through my meal thinking of how dirty the prep area must be if they don't even keep the dining room clean. Will never return just can't endure the dirt. read more

I just have to give a big thanls to thw young man in the drive thru. Didnt catch his name but i am not a fan of BK they always get my order wrong amd the attitude is horrible in the mornings but this young man 2/3/2021 helped me around 8ish is the best gets all my complicated orders and you can just hear his enthusiasm thru the speaker he gets everything right without making me feel bad. Even my young daughter said today "he is always so sweet mom i like when he works" so thank you we greatly appreciate your great customer service read more

A long, long time ago in a far away land , Burger King used to the most expensive fast food joint known for its quality and flame grilled burgers....Fast forward to dollar menus and frozen, processed burgers prepared by this shit hole location in Newman. How do you put a hockey puck a.k.a "meat" in a bun with cheese and give it someone?! IT LITERALLY WAS OVERCOOKED AND ROCK HARD, I could have chipped a tooth. Fries were cold like they had been sitting in my backseat for a couple days. The best part was when they told my kid he wasn't getting new food or a refund. They politely gave him the ole okie dok...the owners of this dump should really consider selling it. The lack of caring and customer service fails starts at the top!! (It's been this way for years) read more

This place is horrible. If you plan on at least 20 minutes if not more if they have 3 cars ahead of you. They are either incompetent or don't care or a combination of the 2. They have 2 windows but only use one. Something needs to be done. One time I went all the way to Gustine to McDonald's and came back and the line had not moved. They need to fire all and get people in there that will hustle and get people in and out in a timely fashion! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. First time I've been here I had a coupon and gave it to them before cashing out and they told me I should have given it to them at the beginning of the order. I've gone to different burger kings and they let you use coupons as long as you give it to them before cashing out. Not only that but the cashier was extremely rude about it. Second time I thought I'd give it another chance so I let them know I had a coupon beforehand. I had a child with me so I ordered a kids meal with chicken nuggets with a side of bbq sauce. They didn't give me any sauce and was rude about the sauce and charged for an additional sauce even though I didn't receive my first one. This third time is during covid19 and I ordered for two separate payments and she wouldn't accept it. We ordered nuggets and salads. Once again no sauce and I had to drive back to ask for the sauce and dressing but instead was greeted by disrespect and rudeness. I asked if they could accommodate me for all of my trouble (most fast food restaurants value customer service so they usually accommodate a free drink or small snack) after I waited in line for an extra 20 minutes. Instead of giving me excellent customer service she slammed the window saying, "We don't do that here." I'm extremely shocked. I understand it's fast food but service here is literally the worst. read more

We recently went to Burger King to buy the chicken fries meal and this time that we went The manager help me I think his name was Tristan , he was super nice and helpful and even let me use my coupons, which at some locations they are picky about coupons . When we got the food , it was very warm and not even hard like other times I had come. The fries had just came out of the stove and were so good. I think I will visit again soon. read more

If I was able to put 0 stars, I would. Every time I go to this location my food is cold and they always forget items. I shouldn't have to go back to Burger King twice after placing a mobile order because they forgot my sons food and other miscellaneous items. So over it. read more

I dont know her name but the sweet lady with the hello kitty tattoo deserves a raise.

Don't go at 7am for breakfast. Food is stale. Not expecting 5 star restraunt quality, but they could have at least warmed it longer to make it seem fresher. Customer service at first window was friendly. That's what got the 2 stars. read more

Service is bad they take super long even when we were the only car in the drive-thru. Food was horribly cold they got my order completely wrong and burgers were cold meat was salty and fries were cold and hard. this place should be with shut down or get rid of the current employees and manager. read more

This place is so bad its funny, like 80's sitcom kind of funny. I only ever drive through so bear that in mind. The person on the speaker can never seem to hear me and half the time they sound high. They never get the order right the first time and rarely the second time, so it takes forever to give them the order. They NEVER tell you what window to go to. So I always have to stop at the first window and then try to figure out if I need to stay there or move up. "Please pull forward and then back up." What did you just ask me to do? Seems that they are so slow that they are getting in trouble. The drive up has a timer built into it. So they are constantly asking me to pull forward and then back up to reset the timer and cheat their own QA systems. I can't ever remember getting an order that was 100% right. And that is just the food. They are always leaving stuff out, straws, napkins, sauce, sometimes all three. Anymore I just say screw it and drive to Patterson. read more
