I ordered from my mobile device before going into the store. My coffee order was ready immediately and the staff was friendly and appeared to be in good spirits. My order was correct and the store looked decent. The drive through looks convenient but I can only imagine waiting behind a minivan ordering 6 custom Frappachinos. 2 last times i was on drive thru they took they're sweet time 20+min, got to window no whipped cream with caramel on top.

This Starbucks was out of napkins and drink carriers, and the bathroom was disgusting, but the cherry on top is how gross the drinks are. The coffee served here tastes like it was brewed 5 years ago, and it's like they don't even try to make the drinks. I ordered a Salted Caramel Mocha Frappe and it literally tastes like ice and generic coffee. I know this Starbucks off the highway may seem like godsend after a long trip, but it ain't. read more

I used to come here all the time last year and they were really fast never got a drink wrong but they almost always mess up my drink which is very simple .. also the last five times coming I waited in line for over 25 minutes and the line wasn't even long maybe four cars. I have two kids and for me that's not do able. Won't be coming to this Starbucks anymore! read more

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Too bad it's the only one in this town. Really slow, and when the drink is finally done it usually tastes horrible. I have had countless iced coffees not made correctly or I order it with milk and I get it black. The customer service is usually bad someone needs to come in and retrain this store. Its a Starbucks so expect the usual variety of coffee and refreshment but where this one fails is in customer service and getting your order in a timely manner. I work next to this place and there is no other place to get a coffee so I do go there a few times a week. I ve been stuck in the drive thru ordering only one drink taking over 25minutes. All the associates who work there look at customers like we are in the way of them socializing. Im a firm believer if I m paying 5bucks for a latte I shouldn't have to hear the barista complain about me having them put 5 equals in my cup. A solid Starbucks experience overall but this location is always slammed!!! I feel that it could be expanded as it is normally very busy and takes longer than most Starbucks for you to get your order. The team members at this location are always nice and helpful though. It was my first time stopping by here on my way to Berkeley (it has a drive thru). The staff is very friendly but I felt so bad for them! There was this rude lady that was in front of me picking something out from the pastry area. She was complaining about something and asked the guy barista if the manager was working. The girl barista comes over to talk to her and the lady had the nerve to say, "my husband and I really want two chocolate chip cookies, but since those look like they would take two bites to finish, can I have a discount?" That girl was good...she was on top of her game and said, "well, I do have some more here (a cabinet/storage behind her). I know those look smaller but it's because they're really soft and sometimes they break off." The lady then proceeds to pay for her purchase and as that same girl barista was helping, she asked if the lady needed a receipt, and the lady said no, and then changed her mind 30 seconds later and said, "oh you know what? Yeah, just give me the receipt." So of course the barista printed out a copied one for her. When it was my turn at the register, she was still super professional and shook off what had happened to still give me that customer service. Great job! By the way, I had to use the restroom after ordering and ran into that rude lady in line while needing to use the restroom. I wasn't sure if she was waiting in line to use the restroom or if she was waiting for her husband, so I politely asked her if she's in line for the restroom and she yawned while nodding her head yes. This place is terrible! Their customer service is always RUDE RUDE RUDE. On Christmas morning, in fact, the barista joked about being a QUOTE "f -ing grinch"! Unacceptable. I have lived in Patterson for almost a year and frequent this location only because of its convenient location. I'd rather drive out of town to get my coffee and plenty of times i do. There is never a friendly "good morning" and manners in general have escaped this place - rarely do I get a "thanks for stopping by" or "sorry for the long wait" (because drive thru times with less than 4 cars still manage to run about 10 minutes. I think like most people here we were just passing by on our way down to socal. Although my green tea frapp came out just fine, my boyfriend's iced chile mocha was terrible. I've been coming here for three years. The last six months this place has gone down. More often than not, I find myself at Jack in the Box across the street for a cup of their coffee. The drive thru is terrible. There's a 50-50 shot your order is correct. I was just in this morning and waited 10 or so minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a cup. There was no one in the place at the time but the three orders that came after I ordered got served before me. Kids who work there dont know how to make certain coffees. Nice staff but coffee is suppose to taste like coffee. This place lacks variety like other starbucks coffee places else where. I'd avoid this Starbuck's at all cost, I usually get my coffee when I commute to my university. However, during the weekend I don't have much of a choice. Every time I come to this location there is always numerous things wrong at this location. First, as some people mention the drive thru is a joke, 30+ min just to get your order in.One time I was sitting in the drive thru order window waiting to put in my order (15+ min), odd thing is no one else was in the drive thru...I was the only car. Second, the place is filthy! Especially during the summer there isn't supposed to be that many flies swarming on the counter. Third, the drinks made always taste awful; I have yet to have had a good drink from this location. I've given this location enough chances and each time has been more disappointing. Seem like the drive thru could NEVER get it right!! They always have new people. I went from going everyday in the AM for coffee to once in a blue moon. Out of 5 days a week they would mess up my drink atleast 90% of the time. I would get the samething everytime. Probably some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. At 630 in the morning on a Saturday I was the ONLY one in there. I ordered one thing. The barista was slower than molasses on a cold day. She made my drink maybe 2 minutes after I ordered it. But instead of pouring it & sending it on my way it sat in the blender for probably another 5-6 minutes while she slowly made other drinks for the drive thru all the while another employee chit chatting & standing around doing nothing. I've been to a lot of Starbucks, and I have to say that I like this one (and not just because it's the only one in town). But let me clarify, this is a great place on a weekday when they have their "A" staff that makes everything quick and gets it right. On the weekends, you get the kids that only work 1 or 2 days a week and thus are less focused on what they are doing. On a weekday they always get my order right, on a weekend it's about 50/50.
