Filthiest Starbucks ever! We stopped to get drinks and use the restroom. Trash on the floor. Trash overflowing the only trash can. The restroom was the worst. What can I say it's Starbucks! They have made the White Chocolate Mocha 2 perfection!!

Drinks are always made on point but it's super slow. Drive through takes about 10 minutes to get to the screen to order and then it's another 15-20minutes to pay. And once you get to the window wait about another 3 minutes until someone comes to the window so you can pay. read more

I am a local and have been going to this store, since day one. The last year or so, it has really gone DOWN HILL:((( the Baristas (most of them) are great, but the store, especially on the weekends is SLOW AND DIRTY! If a large party comes in, you can be sure you will wait. One Saturday I waited 17 minutes JUST to get my drink. I don't enjoy going up there anymore to mingle. I make my own Lattes at home now. This Starbucks is ridiculous!! They told me they had no whip for my frapp. That they ran out. The car in front of me had 6 drinks with whip and then my boyfriends mocha came with whip but not me! I mobile ordered 3 chai lattes with whip got to my work and i realize their was no whip cuz i took a sip and the flavor was not the same like all the other times i get it this way. I call "supervisor " Isaac answers and argues with me that the whip cram melts with the heat which yes its true but u would see residue of the whip in the cup and the taste is just so different. When i ask for whip the liquid is not all the way to the top because they leave space for the whip cream. When you are an everyday customer here you get too familiar with flavor combinations. I went in and ordered a tall hot coffee and i waited where you normally wait by counter. and i was standing there for over ten minutes and a man came out of the break room and asked me if i was waiting on any drinks and i said "yes a tall hot coffee" and he asked this rude women with short hair that took my order. Do not go through the drive thru , you will be there for a minimum of 15 min! With a max of 30 minutes and no apology what so ever. I go to Starbucks for my husband's coffee addiction. I actually don't like any sort of coffee. So I can't comment on the coffee itself..... But the service is terrible! I waited for 15 minutes in the drive through w/ only 2- TWO cars in front of us, but that wasn't the worst; the next week my husband waited 25 minutes in the drive through. Going inside doesn't save any time either. Ugh! Very frustrating. I can see if the line is unusually long but almost a half an hour for an over priced coffee is frustrating! Once your in line you are stuck, so it's not like we could have left. The manager needs to step up customer service. read more

most of the time the service and drinks/food are excellent. but sometimes service is kinda sucky. i have called a few times to complain about this starbucks, once because there was a piece of plastic in my drink, another because i got a mouth full of coffee grounds, etc. sometimes if your drink doesnt taste right and you ask if they can remake it they will give you attitude. but as i said, there are a few great starbucks employees there that know what theyre doing. i just think they need to train their staff a little better. read more
