I wanted this to be my regular coffee shop as it is close to home, but the store is constantly flooded?? Absolutely disgusting and should be fixed by now.. I can't believe corporate has allowed this to continue. The workers are not friendly and accommodating, there is one that has been really sweet, can't remember her name but she has curly hair and glasses, might start with a K? However, I've seen the manager be rude to her employees. Overall vibe is not good and because of that I can no longer support this store. If you're looking for a relaxing coffee stop or a clean place to sit and work, do yourself a favor and skip this one. There are plenty of other locations nearby that actually care about basic cleanliness and treating customers with respect.

The Spanish latte (condensed milk latte) was the standout. Smooth, comforting, and oddly transportive--it genuinely brought us back to cafés in Europe. Rich without being heavy, and very well balanced. The pistachio croissant, unfortunately, didn't hit the same note. The flavor was there, but it didn't feel freshly baked and came across a bit dull compared to the quality of the drink. The space itself is small but warm, with a cozy, welcoming feel. The green owl logo and typography add a charming, memorable touch. A great stop for coffee, and I'd happily return for another Spanish latte--hoping to catch the pastries fresher next time.
