Great location! Lots of table space, clean bathrooms, great music. It definitely has a TINY parking lot that's a little hard to navigate, however, lots of people park next door at Pepino's (since they're not open in the morning). When I use the drive thru, it moves quickly! The whole team at this location is great, however, thank you to SOPHIE who this morning greeted me with my "usual" - literally brought it to my table as I was setting up my laptop before I even ordered. For practical purposes, this is a drive-through only location with difficult access. Extremely small parking lot, with very tight spaces, is always full. The last three times I've tried to visit the store I ended up leaving without a purchase. read more

I agree with some of the posts... location is great. Parking lot small and tricky to get in/out of. Drive through might be your best option. BUT... 1 out of 3 baristas will leave you cringing. 2- were polite, friendly, calm, softer spoken, actively working/busy. I'm sorry to report but the 3rd was loud, complaining over and over and over about customer drink orders. One gentleman came in from the drive thru for his drink. I would not be surprised if he complained. He ended up ordering at the counter - The barista says "yeah, that did not make sense", and all he wanted was a stronger drink! Extra espresso! She was then on her phone in the lobby. Taking a break? But then yelling back at her coworkers still hustling behind the counter and drive thru while there were customers sitting at tables in the lobby - again, complaining about customers! I ordered my drink through the app. Someone else came in and must have ordered the same. She told them, "take that one, it's just a mobile order, they haven't picked up yet, so they can wait for us to make another one." Um... EVERY Starbucks I go to across the state, in any other state when I travel for work, in every airport... calls out your name when a drink is ready. Whether you order at the counter or if it's a mobile order. Not here. I rechecked my app and noticed the alert it was ready. No drink. I stood at the counter, no acknowledgement. One of the kind two did step away briefly at one point mid drink to ask what I was waiting for. When I responded mobile order, the not so great barista got to make my drink. I ordered the new Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. I have enjoyed it at many other locations. Just enough sweetness, but not too much where you can still enjoy the espresso. Yesterday, mine was so sweet I swear it was a double serving of syrup! So, disappointed in the service (not typical for Starbucks) and the drink. I love the option of mobile order, this is a great way for me to get my coffee and go. I ordered a mobile order and I was not a fan of the system this location uses. Most locations call out the names or have the orders in a designated area for pick up. I along with three other people waited for our coffees and after no acknowledgement for about 15 minutes our beverages were behind the counter the entire time. Thank goodness for the young lady that took the time to acknowledge us and get our drinks. To the barista when questioned about it made who us feel like we should've requested our order, you lacked hospitality, do better. read more

Stopped in today to visit with family, everyone in the store was working hard, our drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was friendly! The employees even came together to keep the morning flow moving all while helping someone in the drive through when they ran out of gas. Great job! read more

My bf and I had stopped by because I wanted a drink. We didn't have breakfast yet and got hungry after seeing the pictures. We started to order and they told us they didn't have a certain sandwich so we decided to order two double bacon sandwiches instead of one. But saw something else and decided to change one of the double bacon sandwich. The one who took our order RUDELY said, "Is this all going to be about food!?" I have been going to this Starbucks for years now and for the most part, I have always had a pleasant experience. The workers are always very polite and very good at making my drinks. My only issue is how busy it can get during morning rust. I have experienced a line of cars extending outside the Starbucks parking lot itself but for how many cars there were I did make it through the line in a reasonable time. Although it's a drive through there's a pleasant little indoor space. There aren't a lot of choices for a sit-down place to get your work done in Meno Falls, this may be your best bet. It takes an almost suicidal approach across suburban SUV and minivan traffic to bicycle into this place, but the set up is sunny and comfortable, the workers are friendly and competent. In the afternoon it's not usually very crowded though the drive through stays busy. read more

This is quite possibly the worst Starbucks I've ever been to! The drive through is always ridiculously slow! The last time I went there were two card ahead of us. No joke it took them 10 minutes for us to get to the front of the line, after having to retell our order 3 times AND they still messed up our drinks! We ordered a venti coffee and a venti iced soy chai latte, we got a grande coffe and a Hot PSL with regular milk! Wtf?!!! If we weren't running so late for work we would have gone inside to reorder. I thought this couldn't so bad all the time so I decided to give them another shot this morning. After waiting in the drive thru, without moving for 4 minutes, I backed up, parked and went in. There were FOUR people working and only 3 customers inside! Two were already seated and only ONE was waiting for her drink. Turns out the couple seated had been waiting for their one drink for 10 minutes!! I ordered my usual. They again screwed up. I got regular milk in my drink. I am lactose intolerance!!!! I didn't realize it was wrong until about 30 minutes after finishing my drink. Thank God I was home!! I will NEVER go to this location again! They definitely need some training on how to prioritize and stay organized! All four of the people working were running around panicked!! This is so unacceptable! A simple drink is all I order every single day. A tall iced mocha with extra ice. It's mind-boggling to me that daily I basically get a cup of warm milk, espresso and four or five ice cubes. Today the young lady told me she added the ice before she pulled the shots. Well that's not how it's supposed to be made. Because the shots are going to melt the ice. This is Starbucks in Menomonee Falls is at bad as it gets. Let me by saying the staff is usually flustered and running around like chicken's with their heads cut off. There is no organization here. Waiting time for a drink is unacceptable usually wait time is above 5 minutes. Store is not cleaned at times when I go there for my coffee. When it comes down to it I put the blame on the management. Previous Managers had this Starbucks in tip top shape before this Manager came in. Most of the staff members are friendly however their are a few select servers that need better training with customer service skills. read more

This Starbucks was amazing. My friend and I ordered our drinks and sat down for about 15-20 minutes. When our drinks did not come, a very nice worker came up to us and asked if we were waiting for something-- we told him our order and he then apologized and went to go make it. The drive through line consistently moves at a glacial pace - expect to sit there for at least 10 minutes. My orders have been messed up more times than I can count. If I want Starbucks, I'll just go out of my way to go to the Sussex or Brookfield locations - at least there I know I'll get what I ordered and won't have to wait until the end of time to get it! read more
