Service is just okay, food and drinks are good but only when they're in the mood to make them.. lattes are on the menu but they never feel like making them and will just tell you the machine is down. I finally asked why it's always down and they admitted that it isn't that the milk just takes too long to heat up...??? read more

Terrible! Can't understand what they are saying. The Dunkin doesn't have a lasting supply, therefore; they run out of donuts at 10:00am. Ordered a half-dozen strawberry donuts, and they had none left... couldn't understand what they were saying so they gave us 15 munchkins... which isn't a deal instead a fucking RIPOFF! BIg Dirtee knows when a place is all show. This place fell off the back of the truck and the seams come apart after one wash. Dirt got some donuts and breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches got the egg right and little else. The bacon looked wet and used. The toast was a failed attempt and needed more practice. Their hash browns should be renamed "mini grease traps." They had a chemical aftertaste, and not the kind you buy on the corner from Big Bagz. It was more like they were formed using a melon baller and making scoops from the grill leavin's from George Webb's hash browns. Sprayed, burnt, soggy, and sloppy. The donuts had the same taste of kitchen surface cleaner. Underneath the 409 was probably a decent donut, but it was too hard to taste when you have to think you're eatin' on disinfectant. The reason the store looks so clean is because they have so much time in between customers. Place ain't lived-in, and it's been open since the onset of the pandemic. That's a bad sign, and between this and the other reviews, makes me think my experience ain't unique. Didn't try their ice cream, 'cause Dirt ain't interested in some Chocolate Chip Lysol Supreme. I wish I could give them 0 star. I ordered a dozen donuts and a large cup of match latte. My husband picked them up. They gave him 12 small mini donuts and a half cup of nasty tea. What a joke! This "locally" owned Dunkin' is run by the same guy who runs the other one in the Falls as well. Try calling the "business" phone number. I tried to cancel an order and the "local" owner of the Falls have a non working cell phone # that doesn't have the VM set up yet!?! Excuse me? I had to drive 30 mins to get my refund of 2 dozen donuts because the "local" owners don't have a real business line!!! There was 1 man in the entire store, he told me in broken English he has only worked there 2 days, that he knows nothing about this store! What?!? He threw my order refund money at me and I left. Zero stars. Canceled my order at the time of ubereats delivery, no call, nothing. This order was for my niece who had surgery, so it was a big deal!! I had to call the uber driver as B.R. phone doesn't work. Uber driver went in and was told order canceled bc they had nothing I ordered. They only had 2 flavors of ice cream, no toppings, nothing else. Their website shows EVERY kind of ice cream, all the fixins for a Sunday bar to order, even these cute dolphin or shark ice cream cups w a cookie for a tail. Buyer beware they have none of these items. Since it was a dunkin donuts, I asked the ubereats driver to ask if they had any donuts, the clerk said no. Multiple times I ordered donuts and they don't give you what you ordered. They don't try to make it correct when you let them know.

Poor service, workers get orders wrong more often than they get it right. I've gone through drive through a few times lately. I've received the wrong donut previously because the worker couldn't understand what I asked for, and today I received the wrong size hot chocolate. Usually the hot chocolate is filled to the top, but today it was filled about an inch lower than the top "because people often order whipped cream". Well, I never do, and I've never had it filled so low. Go here if you want them to rip you off and mess up your order. read more

The people that work here don't even say anything. We walked in to an empty restaurant and 3 minutes later someone with AirPods in walks out and stands there. Says nothing. No flavors are labeled. The worker used bare hands wiped his eye and then proceeded to scoop ice cream. This is the 3rd time in a row having a terrible experience. This Baskin-Robbins is an embarrassment to your franchise. The girl scooping ice cream had 4" fake fingernails. Think about it, how can that be sanitary? She also had a terrible attitude with other employees. Here are some other problems: out of hot fudge, out of caramel, out of peanuts, no label on the container for old tasting spoons (I saw someone use an old spoon thinking it was fresh), almost out of bakery. This is not the first time I've encountered problems at this location. I know it's hard to hire good people but sometimes it's better just to close down then ruin your reputation. read more

It was a very busy July 3rd evening with the parade and fireworks. There were two young ladies working in the store that evening doing what seemed to be the work that should typically take FIVE people to do. They both were working two registers, serving BR ice creams, making food orders, serving coffee, and packing donuts. Over the course of the evening people also kept streaming in to use the bathrooms and creating lines for those that blended in with people waiting for food. By the end of the night the place was not very clean. I just wanted to say that both these young ladies were absolute gems and worked their asses off for hours and hours looking no more than just frazzled. Sitting outside across the street for the festivities I saw the two of them hug each other through the window as they closed and started to clean. These two need to be recognized and commended for their hard work and commitment doing all the work they did and facing what had to be cleaned up. read more

I have been here many times, as I live close by, and to be honest I don't know why I keep returning. No joke every order I have made here has been wrong, I have literally ordered a coffee- to get the wrong one- and the clerk at the window says " I don't know what's wrong with my co- worker will this one work??" So I was just picking up donuts for my class and the people that were taking our order weren't clear about anything they said. It even took them a little bit to even start taking our order. Once we started ordering we asked for a dozen donuts a mixture of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. I guess they didn't hear it clearly and they only gave us strawberry, after that they didn't even give us our "snakin' bacon" so we asked politely for it. Once we were about to pay I looked in the box and realized there was only 1 flavor in the whole thing, so we handed it back and asked for what we ordered. They asked us to pay and as soon as we handed the card over they walked away, I stood there in shock wondering what the actual hell they are doing. They finally gave us our donuts and then we got a second snakin' bacon?.. I was so confused, but then I payed and as we were eating the bacon, there was a hair. Why the hell was a hair in my food..?
