This is your typical Starbucks on the inside. There's a drive through and an inside with some seats. I did a mobile order so I did not interact with the staff too much besides picking up drinks. Staff is not welcoming. On entering, staff member looked at me and turned away. When I said "Thank you" for my mobile order, I received dead silence in return. The beverage was okay. I don't expect personalized service, but to hear "Hello" on arrival would be nice. read more

Ya trying to kill someone? It was a beautiful afternoon. I ordered a "decaf iced french vanilla coffee - medium" I was rather parched so I take a nice big swig of my warmish "iced" coffee and could tell something was off. Tried another, and it was still not right. I looked at the sticker and what did I get? A caffeinated coffee with ice cubes that melted rather quickly...shocker. And vanilla plus hazelnut - which is a round about way to make "french vanilla." I returned to find a different clerk and explained the problem. First, she tells me that iced coffee doesn't come in decaf. Gee whiz that would have been nice to know. Then I mentioned the round about french vanilla concoction. The lady tells me they don't have french vanilla so "that's what we do." I asked if the hazelnut is imitation or actually from hazelnuts? She told me it's all natural. I mention what about people who have nut allergies? "Oh...well what do you want me to do about it?" Now what I'd not mentioned is that immediately upon walking in, despite there being no government mask mandate, I was set upon by an employee who demanded I have a mask. That's fine, I don't have a problem with that...it's a private business and that's actually how it should be - up to the business. However if they were really that worried about health, rather than worrying about putting on a face diaper that does nothing, they should take more care in advising their customers when they play fast and lose with ingredients. This is especially true when one of those ingredients can result in an anaphylactic reaction, ranging from minor to fatal, for approximately 10 million Americans. Think I'll stick with Dunkin Donuts from now on. read more

Awful. This location doesn't have its act together. I waited over 20 minutes for a latte and a brewed coffee. Neither were made during that time. Instead of serving me (the only in-person customer at the time), the staff prioritized mobile orders. I got so frustrated by the wait that I asked for a refund and left without the coffee. read more

Coffee was good, but service e inside was slow. There were 4 or 5 employees who were worried about the drive thru and only 1 person taking orders inside even though there was a line. Even when she went for my coffee, she got sidetracked filling an order for the drive thru. read more

3.5 stars for Starbucks. This Starbucks is kind of like watching Bait Car. A guilty pleasure, but sometimes you don't want to deal with the other options available. I often stop here on my lunch break at work, if I'm in a hurry and need a quick bite. This particular location has a drive-thru, which makes it totally convenient. (Side note : I have to say, the Roasted Tomato & Mozzarella Panini is fast becoming a comfort food go-to for me. It does pretty well in a pinch.) I'm giving this location 3.5 stars because service is often hit-or-miss. They are always pleasant to deal with, but about every 7th time, I'll get the wrong sized coffee. Not a huge deal at McDonalds, but if I'm paying that much for a coffee, I'd like it to be the size I ordered. read more

There's only one person making drinks there and she's rude. The cashier taking orders DOES NOT know what's going on. I asked for a "grande iced blonde " and I got a iced coffee with vanilla shots. The rest of the crew was standing around watching the girl with different colored hair mop something up. They make your drinks and don't even ask for clarification. Every two weeks I walk here with my dogs and hang out on the patio to enjoy a cup of coffee and of course treat my dogs to little puppy lattes. To be honest the service inside can be a bit slow but when it is I usually get a free drink the next time around because of it. It depends who is working behind the counter as well. The manager is friendly and always present so you know she's watching and ensuring her team is ready to tackle the drive-thru. I've been frequenting this location since I moved to the area, it's very close to my house. Unfortunately, I'll probably be making the drive to the County Line location..... 9 times out of 10 they get my drink order wrong, and this morning I ordered a blueberry muffin. It was clearly set on a wet counter and handed to me in a wet bag. Upon arriving to work and wanting to enjoy the muffin, the entire top of it was soaked with water. Don't go to this Starbucks if you are in a hurry or want your order correct. 15 minutes to get 2 drinks! And that was after walking into the store not waiting in line at the drive-thru. There were 3 young woman behind the counter when my daughter and I walked in. 1 customer camped at a table inside a pair at an outside table. We placed our order, a refresher and a mocha cookie frap. A 4th girl came on duty and everyone stopped what they were doing to catch up on their social life and something about the newest employees' attitude. The woman at the drive thru window started knocking on the glass trying to get someones attention. So 3 of the 4 workers all went to the window until the customer, clearly upset,started asking what was taking so long, then 2 of them scattered, not to get back to my order through but to complete the order of the woman that came in AFTER I had placed my order. They handed her caramel swirl and they went back to discussing their lives. Long story short, my daughter finally got her refresher and after almost 15 minutes of waiting I got my frap, which was also soup not creamy like I usually get when ordered at any other Starbucks. I will not be back to that location, even though it is the closest to my home. This Starbucks has the friendliest barristas! I've been here several times, both inside & using the drive-thru, and I have consistently had excellent service w/ a smile. I'm docking 1 star only because they were out of the salt for the uber-delicious salted-caramel hot chocolate one night and that made me a teeny bit sad. Still use the drive they. Pretty good service. But the inside remodel was a total disappointment. For me I go to coffee shop to sit by myself in privacy or have intimate conversations with a friend. The seating is atrocious. Nothing comfortable or inviting. And the music is horrible and too loud-And flies all over. The only thing it seems to work for are the students with their computers. Ever since Starbucks became so popular I have always drove by to this place because of their comfortable seats and friendly staff, as well as their wide menu selection from drinks and food. I especially enjoyed their cookie straws bit the down side is that goes well with a frappe. I went in for a coffee and it took 5 min to place an order inside. They were having casual conversations with everyone and not actually helping customers. As I sat in line, someone else came in and they grabbed his order for muffins before even getting my order. One of the worst Starbucks I have been to. I will drive out of my way to go to Menomonee Falls or Sussex next time! read more

Staff is very friendly. However often times they're too quick to say anything else I can't order everything and usually land up taking it wrong. Also something seems off when it comes to the efficiency of the drive thru. Also ordered a green tea latte drink blended because they use a powder form. They didn't blend it and it was sitting all on top of the drink. They seemed a bit annoyed when I asked them to re-blend it. read more

Slow drive-thru, vehicles often leave when line gets too long and don't try to go inside thinking it is any faster. Staff would rather stock napkins then fill drink orders. Often drink orders get so backed up, waiting 5 minutes for your hot beverage is NOT uncommon. I think it would be faster to brew and make the drinks at home. Finally, there is a major fly problem inside and where are the outside garbage cans? read more
