The service is good. And the food and drinks are flavorful and filling. The place is decorated beautifully and there is indoor and outdoor seating. Great place would recommend. :)

Always a great visit to colectivo! This time we just got a coffee and cold brew, but it was just what we needed. My favorite lately has been the pistachio matcha latte, even if you're not a matcha fan, if you're looking for something sweet - this is it! The flavor is amazing and I love getting it with coconut milk! Pair it with the baked oatmeal and you've got yourself a delicious breakfast. If you're looking for lunch, the green goddess is definitely something to try!

Met a friend for an early breakfast here and the people, coffee, AND breakfast burrito did not disappoint. Our food was ready quickly and my lavendar oat-milk latte was perfection. There was ample seating both indoors and outdoors. I will definitely be back to spend sometime working at the bar near the windows or to catch-up with another friend.

Always good. Great environs. The coffee and all the options are superb. Tho not from Milwaukee, I do like the Collectivo on the lake. One of a kind. The food is delicious. You just cant beat it.

Colectivo is the Holy Grail of coffee houses for me and this one was no exception. This location is a little further from Interstate 43 (which has a Starbucks right off the exit), but you will not be disapointed if you stop in at this groovy coffee shop. Some more good news is that I've been told Colectivo may possibly be coming to the Chicago area! This particular Colectivo is located in the downtown/main street area of Grafton. There are all kinds of shops and your traditional downtown area within walking distance. One of my favorite things about the Colectivo coffee houses is that even just walking into the store I always feel welcomed and become immediately surrounded in all things coffee with a unique rustic decor. They have really cool artwork spread throughout the interior and is a really great place to hangout and meet your friends. If you've never been to a Colectivo, you need to go....now! The staff here was super friendly. They took our order with a smile and a true sense that they enjoyed working there. I ordered a regular black coffee (I forget which blend it was) with very little room for cream (I like to just a some sugar and don't like to make a mess when I stir). This is the first place I've been to in a long time that didn't leave ~1 inch for my little bit of cream. This black nectar was filled perfectly almost to the top and I didn't feel like I was losing out on a few sips. I also ordered the cranberry almond scone. The cranberry and almonds went together perfectly and the scone itself was a delicious little treat. Bottom line: You need to visit one of these unique coffee houses for full effect! The coffee is super good, the atmosphere is electric, and you will wish there was one nearby you after you've visited. Go hop in your car and get some coffee!

We always go out of our way to pop on here, when we are up in Wisconsin...It's a little bit further away from interstate 43 than Starbucks but well worth it! My husband & I get the OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS "Espresso Shakes" made with vanilla ice cream and ground up espresso beans so you get to bite a chunk with every sip! Sometimes I even get the Mocha Shake for extra chocolate. The food is always delish when we decide to grab a bit too. My husband is currently whoofing down the cranberry scone & o am indulging in their White Bean Chilli. For someone who is a baby when it comes to anything spicy, I think it is perfect! If the heat gets too much, i have my Mocha Shake to cool down the spices! Great coffee, great people, great atmosphere... we love it! Wish they had some of these in Chicagoland! Keep up the great work Colectivo/Alterra peeps!

Very slow service. Ordered soup and quiche, which just needed to be warmed up, and waited forever.

So, very interesting building and space. There appears to be a fun patio area for the summer months and there's a big screen tv that I'm guessing shows sporting events. My review for atmosphere would be 4-5 stars. Unfortunately too much time doing nothing but waiting and looking around killed the visit. I was there on a Saturday at the noon hour. It was not exceptionally busy, especially for the space they have. We were just there to get a coffee and go. Should be in/out in a few minutes right? Wrong, there was one girl managing the counter and two guys visible in the back area. We waited a full 10 minutes at the counter while the girl took one order ahead of ours. I was getting the this is going to take forever vibe and would have left, but we weren't in a hurry and my wife wanted to try the coffee. So once our order was placed and paid for we proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for two drinks and a scone. In that time the counter girl certainly kept moving, although not with any deliberate speed. The two guys in the kitchen did not come out to help her at all and when delivering only two plates to tables did so at a snail's pace. The place really wasn't busy, but the staff they had struggled mightily to keep pace. This is similar to what my friend reports experiencing time and again. To give credit the counter person did apologize for the wait time to place our order and apologized again for the wait to receive our order. So the drinks (coffee and a chai) were average and the blueberry scone was on the dry side of mid. All in all, really nice atmosphere and decorations. Maybe a place to bring your own drink in, because you may not get one from them for awhile. Definitely not a good place to stop if you are in a rush to get somewhere else.

You could reasonably get into a book here or get some work done if you wanted to. The outdoor space is excellent. It's shared with Sahale next door but there's tons of seating and you'll always see families hanging around, especially during events. I had a Mint-Vanilla Au Lait (seasonal) and it was nice and drinkable. The mint was more of a scent than a flavor, so the iced beverage hit the spot on this hot summer morning! My mom ordered a latte and the coffee itself has a sour taste which I've heard from others too! It was a $7 latte and she ended up tossing it. All of their flavored syrups are the Monin brand so nothing homemade and very artificial tasting. I ordered a bagel and it was $5, and it came with a Jif PB packet and Smuckers jelly. I wish they would at least have homemade jam or a peanut butter that doesn't have terrible fillers and oil in its product. I then asked for cream cheese and it also came in a packet. The bagel ended up being hard after 20 minutes and I had to toss. The prices are so overpriced for the quality.

First time here. Here with my sister to have a conversation, a hot beverage, and a piece of bakery…read more Glad we did. Food: I checked online before coming, and they have an impressive list of drinks, both hot and cold. We ordered a couple of lattes. Mine was a London Fog Tea Latte (a little lavender, a little vanilla) in a mug, and hers was a Coffee Vanilla Latte with almond milk. They did a great job with both of them. My London Fog had great flavor, well-textured foam, and was a good temperature. They did leave the tea bag in, which might be their standard practice, but I prefer the tea to be fully steeped and then have the bag removed. Otherwise, removing the bag later messes with all the wonderful foam (next time I would ask). Each of us got a scone. Mine was blueberry, and hers was white chocolate raspberry, warmed up and plated. Both were very good. If I had to be completely honest, these scones are more like muffins than traditional scones. However, they were both delicious. Service: As soon as we walked up to the counter, it was nothing but friendly vibes and helpful service. They stepped us through the details of the order ("whole milk okay, how much flavor, etc."). They didn't rush the orders and took their time getting them right. When the bakery items were heated up, they brought them to our table. I always got the feeling that they truly appreciated us being there. Atmosphere: The building is a quaint, wonderfully maintained historic brick building. There are café tables outside that would be great on a warmer day. When you enter, you are taken back in time. The vibe is authentic and relaxed. Much of the interior looks like it may be from long ago. It's a bit cluttered, which could be distracting, but I think it fits. There are enough windows to bring in a good amount of natural light. The counter has a large array of pastries, muffins, cookies, etc. The main area doesn't have a lot of seating, and I did find it a bit loud. There is a separate seating area toward the back with several more tables and much less noise, which is where we sat. A very good first visit. Would definitely come back again.
