Date of visit: January 20, 2026 I dropped my husband off for a procedure down the road and then headed here to get both caffeine and Wi-Fi for my work meeting. Unfortunately only one of those two goals was achieved as there was not internet to be had, despite the network showing as available and open for use. When the fellow patron next to me was also unable to connect she went up and asked and was told that it was down. A sign would have been super helpful here, methinks. When she asked if there was any ETA on resolution, she only got blank stares in return. Thankfully I had some data via my phone as a hotspot so I didn't miss the meeting! The next time I need a fix, I'll have to look elsewhere for sure, sadly. This drove thru took forever and we went on a Friday afternoon. This is where I finally learned that Starbucks discontinued cinnamon dolce syrup because of supply issues. This is heart breaking news. I've been here 3 times after my initial review. I came back thinking 'wasn't there a reason I didn't want to come back here?' If there wasn't a reason before, there certainly is now. I was handed a cup with the lid not seated correctly. I tried to re-seat it, and failed. Coffee all over the inside of my car. And the car next to mine. Now I know not to come back. They put lids on all day, they HAVE to know if the cup is defective. Not a happy camper. read more

I'm upbeat and always looking for ways to market myself. I constantly am handing out business cards. I'm always polite. I say please and thank you. Yes ma'am no ma'am yes sir no sir, etc. I don't fear failure, I don't get embarrassed, well sometimes just a little bit, but I had a chance to think outside the box today and got slapped in the face. I went to Starbucks today to conduct this social experiment. More specifically I went to the Starbucks. I went inside and was greeted by this lovely young female named Rose. She asked for my order and when she asked for my name I said whoisvgt3. I wanted to take a picture of the cup and tag it with my logo and my handle. I also gave her a business card. I complimented her tattoos and grabbed my drink and sat down in the corner. I heard her read the back of my card out loud and she added to the end slash unemployed. A person that seemed so nice upfront and someone I thought I was building a customer relationship with went for the low blow. She must have thought I left because I stood up and asked what her name was again and she was in shock. I also told her I actually was employed. I own 1 UbreakiFix, and have 2 business deals under construction. She ran back to do damage control and got the manager. She asked if their was anything She could do. I said unfortunately the damage is already done. Only if she would have pulled out her phone and scanned the QR code, and read some of my content. Followed me on this page, or even Instagram, but instead she judged my weird wacky business card and made me feel worthless. Be kind, always. This is the dirtiest and rundown Starbucks I have ever seen. In the cafe, there was paint chipping off the walls and there was garbage and debris on the floor. The tables appeared to be dirty. The bathroom sink looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in over a year with black grime build-up. Any gas station bathroom that I have been in, has been cleaner than this Starbucks. I was in shock at the state of the store and was disappointed in Starbucks. If I am going to pay $5 for coffee, it should be a pleasant environment. read more

On a long drive up to Green Bay, I needed to stop for a bathroom break and something to quench my thirst. Enter Starbucks. Although I've been to a million locations and have always ordered the same exact thing ((Trenta sized iced passion tea, unsweetened)). This location left me a little wishy washy, but pulled out some stellar customer service in the end. At first, the cashier was too busy counting out her drawer to go on break to take my order so I decided to hit the bathroom first ((which were extremely clean)). I kinda thought it was rude, especially when no one else seemed to notice I was standing there. So, I went to the bathroom and returned to find her still counting her drawer. At this point another girl came over to help me out and was extremely apologetic, since I'm sure she could see the annoyance in my face. She offered to boost up our drinks with extra coffee shots for my troubles, which turned my frown upside down. My drinks were made quickly and I was out in a flash with a smile on my face with a frappuccino in one hand and an iced Tazo tea in the other. For future pit stops, the Grafton Starbucks is definitely my new place. read more

Let me break this 3-star review down for you... 0-stars awarded for them not having Pumpkin Spice Lattes... apparently they "ran out of mix" and the only Starbucks that "may have some left is in Potowatamee"??? Where the F is Patowatamee?!?!?! 5-stars for the cashier, Brett, for a) recognizing I was out of town; must have been the bright orange Michael Kors jacket, and for b) suggesting that I cheat on the PSL with a Carmel Brulee Latte. Now, on a normal day I would have just scoffed the thought of a Carmel Brulee Latte off. However, Since the folk in WI are so nice it was hard to say "no" to Brett and his suggestion so, I went for it... It was moderate- nothing spectacular and I would suggest a name more along the lines of "Burnt Brulee Latte" since there was a strong hint of burnt sugar- but that's just me. All-in-all the service was great, but since i'm a sucker for a PSL and they were fresh out unless I wanted to road trip to Patowatamee I was SOL so... 3-stars it is. For my annual visit next year, stock up on PSL mix and then we'll talk. read more

Who isn't a fan of Starbucks?? I love Starbucks and their caffeine! Today, while on traveling to Kenosha, I stopped off and tried their Pumpkin Spice Latte. It was absolutely delicious! I didn't ask for the calorie listing, but know enough that I would have felt guilty. I did, of course, have a "Skinny" which means Non-Fat milk. This Starbucks is consistently slow, doesn't matter what day or time because it always takes at least 15 minutes if not more. I'm not sure how or why they are so slow, because other Starbucks like in West Bend and Menomonee Falls are in and out no matter how busy they are. I've also been charged double not once but twice here. I would advise anyone to look at their bank account before leaving the area. It's a hassle to get your money back. read more

I try to avoid this Starbucks, and go to the one in Cedarburg instead. In general, the service I have received at this location is subpar at best. I will stand there sometimes for a minute or two before anyone even glances my way to take my order. They often times do not carry the coffee pods I am looking for, and seem like I am bothering them when I ask if they possibly have some more in a cabinet or in the back room. I have never had any issues of my drinks, however. Overall, I would say the lack of customer service and friendliness is the reason I avoid this location. read more

This is by far the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been in. I don't know if the girls were having a bad day but the bathroom was not very clean. The soap dispenser wasn't working properly. The counter where you pick up the drinks was filthy and from the dried in spots looked like it hadn't beed wiped up in some time. The floors were also in need of a good sweeping. On top of that, while standing there there were at least 2 mistakes on orders, mine being one if them. read more

Unfortunately, this Starbucks is very slow and has been that way for years. I thought to give them another chance today, but I just sat in the drive through for 15 minutes to get a coffee and they have more than enough employees working to hustle those drinks out and to Starbucks standards. Sadly, The manager is not the friendliest and I think it sets the tone for the other employees as well. Do yourself a favor and drive down the road to Mequon Starbucks in Port Washington Rd. The staff is amazing, makes great drinks, and there's no attitude to go with your coffee, just friendly smiles and a genuine love for coffee and their job, something you won't get at this Starbucks. This is probably the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I live in the area and work in Racine and Sheboygan so I have the opportunity to go to a lot of Starbucks. Every time I go here it takes at least 15 minutes to get a simple coffee in the drive thru. Disappointed. Yesterday I went in and got a coffee because my Starbucks app wasn't working, I ordered and the guy who was working had a very rude tone and an unpleasant attitude. When he called my name for my drink he said it quiet and annoyed and when I said thank you completely ignored me. Just a reminder to BE NICE to all your customers. After giving this location several attempts, I just don't think I will go here again, to be honest. They always seem to be out of something and seem to be too busy for what they can handle. I've seen many busy Starbucks and this one seems unequipped to deal with it. The last straw for me happened today when I realized my iced latte had been sitting at the counter waiting for me, unannounced. been going here on and off for years service is terrible and gets worse each time you go. baristas don't care about the job or costumers. you think mobile order will save you time,it doesn't you order and then they are short staffed so you have to go thru drive thru and the line is long and slow. they mess up orders all the time, you order cold foam you get little cold or non at all. you can customize your drink you'll get it all wrong. they are nice in all but very bad service and never get the job done right. id recommend staying away read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Slow. I was THE ONLY CUSTOMER inside, maybe one or two at the drive through, AND STILL SLOW. I went inside to order because I don't like the drive through. I gave my order, tipped right away, and handed my Starbucks card and said, "I think there's a reward on there." Instead of giving me the free drink, she charged my card. I guess she thought I was bragging about having a free reward because that's the kind of thing people go through life bragging and talking about, right? Then I went to wait for the drink. As the ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE PLACE. I watched as the barista stood and told a story to his three coworkers. And told his story. And told his story. He danced a little while doing it. He shook his head. He laughed. The only thing he DIDN'T do was MAKE MY DAMN DRINK. When he was done with his story, he finally turned around and began making the drink. i stood at the registers tonight unacknowledged for several minutes before a barista (asian female) started heading my way. right before reaching me she quickly turned around and walked up to the man working the drive thru. she started joking around with him about what time she arrived that day, etc. I finally had to say "is anyone going to take my order?" i had been standing there for several minutes with no acknowledgement. i got a death glance from the barista doing nothing. she turned to another coworker (who seemed busy doing other things) and said "can you go do that?!" that person dropped what she was doing and took my order leaving the rude one to make my drink. while making it she made sure everyone knew she was mad by slamming cups and pitchers and syrups around while holding a sour look on her face. the rudeness of this employee was unbelievable. i do not plan on returning to this location. i just read others for this location and it seems all the recent reviews are terrible. wonder what has happened with the staffing or management this year. read more
