What an adorable little find! Spending the day walking around Cedarburg and stumbled into this cozy coffee shop. It was not very busy on a Monday afternoon but would be a great place to go get some work done and enjoy a coffee. Staff were very friendly. I had a caramel macchiato with 2% milk and it hit the spot. It was so delicious and tasty. Perfect fall drink!

Excellent iced latte with almond milk! The decor, space, and overall atmosphere is everything you want in a coffee shop. The map wallpaper is so cool. They have a few outdoor seating options giving it a european cafe vibe. I thought the bar area was so cool too. Lots of seating options and well spaced out. A great decor section too. I wanted to get a crewneck sweatshirt and to-go coffee mug. Really cute stuff! It's right in downtown Cedarburg. We stopped in for a coffee to go and then checked out all of the small local shops. The staff were friendly and efficient. My latte came out right away. Highly recommend!

This is such a cute little cafe. When you walk in you immediately get the smell of delicious coffee brewing. The girls working were very friendly and we only waited a minute or two for our coffee to come out. I got the strawberry cold brew which was super delicious. I would definitely come back and recommend this cafe!!!

I love the Roastery! It's a great spot to meet friends downtown Cedarburg. The coffee is delicious and they have options for everyone. Plus, the smell of the beans roasting is the best! I got the white lighting and it was my go to on this trip. It has just the right amount of sweetener for me and the smoothness of the nitro coffee. We also got a Carmel latte that was great. And the cookies are always amazing, I'd highly recommend them!

Cedarburg Coffee Roastery is my very favorite coffee shop. I really enjoyed the Italian roast with heavy whipping cream, it's so tasty and satisfying. As far as their huge selection of fresh daily bakes, I can't help but to ask every time I go in if they have lemon squares available. ***I'm going to need everybody's help with this request so they make them on a more permanent and often basis. They are tart, & fresh and also a generous portion. I want one right now! We also like their coffee cake selection.

An adorable coffee roastery in the midst of the darling downtown of adorable Cedarburg serving up coffee worthy of adoration. I'm doing this whole intermittent fasting thing, which isn't vital to this review except to say that I found myself in downtown Cedarburg with 30 minutes to kill....smack in the middle of a fast. No problem. Most of the businesses in downtown Cedarburg weren't open so I figured I'd just read some news on my phone as I awaited a 10am appointment. I parked my car right across the street from Cedarburg Coffee Roastery. Queue to my internal dialogue: **Oh my gosh...that place looks adorable. Plus, I haven't had coffee yet today. **Stop. You have 2 hours left of your fast. You can't have coffee. *more gazing longingly out my car window* **Just read the news. Things are happening in the world. When do you ever have the time to read news uninterrupted? This is a luxury. **Now I can't think of a single thing but a cup of coffee. **Really, I'm rarely in Cedarburg. Certainly not in the morning. It would be a shame NOT to try the Roastery. *looks up on Yelp* **Oh wow. They get great reviews. **I could just get black coffee, which wouldn't affect my fast at all. **I don't want black coffee. **I could try a plain latte. That wouldn't be much of a cheat on my fast. The next thing I know, I'm inside the roastery ordering a latte. Then quickly changing my order to a mocha. Then, upon seeing their holiday menu, changing my order again to their peppermint mocha. Which, I have to say was entirely delicious and not even one bit regrettable. (clearly I'm quite committed to my fasting) The moral of the story? Get there. The very smell of their coffee will lure you in and their seasonal menu will leave you deliciously delighted.

On a super hot morning, my friend and I stopped into Cedarburg Coffee Roastery for our morning beverage. This day was steamy hot and my coffee was ice cold. Perfect combination! Because of COVID, they have rules in place to keep everyone safe. They limit the number of customers allowed inside at one time. There are spaces marked to keep everyone a safe distance apart and the indoor seating has been discontinued. Service was efficient. The staff behind the counter was friendly and helpful. One of the girls was dressed in a ton of red white & blue for the holiday, which looked so festive. They have a huge coffee roaster in display which raised my expectations. I was not disappointed. My Iced Americano was rich and smooth. It was refreshing and satisfying, which got our morning started. After our coffee stop we were on to a great day of shopping!

Walked up and was trying to decide between this place and it's dueling cafe next door. Asked someone on the street and he didn't skip a beat to point out the perfection of CCR. Wonderfully friendly staff. Starbucks pricing. Tastiest Mexican-Chocolate Mocha Latte I've had in a long time. Clean and tidy space. Delightful smelling and not overly loud. Fall pumpkin display in the window was picture perfect - had to snap a shot of my husband sipping his caramel latte. We would definitely go back if we ever end up in Cedarburg again.

Okay, you don't have to have that specific scenario to enjoy this cozy spot! You could tell that this was a big meeting place for the locals and regulars, though despite being neither, I didn't feel out of place or viewed askance, which I really appreciated. My Salted Caramel Mocha was a thing of rare beauty and joy, and I went ahead and signed up for their loyalty club at the same time (who doesn't like freebies in exchange for your soul/data?). If you want to work out of this location, make sure you have a fully charged battery as there are few outlets in the inner cafe area; the outer area is better equipped that way but was decidedly lacking in heat and not a place I could stay for any larger amount of time! Since I was there a while, I also went with a peanut butter cake, though I was disappointed to find out that you earn no points on food, just coffee. The cake was very good but also very rich, and I wish that had water on hand to help me finish it!

This is a perfect place to catch up with friends, get some work done alone, or just read a book. This location has a nice looking facade, red brick with black awnings. Several healthy looking plants standing guard at the front vestibule. Inside there is a large center table, and some counter spots along the front window. Lots of items and merchandise to look at while you wait your turn. Came with a friend, and it didn't take us long to get to the cashier. Lots of choices on both the food and drink menu. Cookies, muffins, biscotti, and power bars if you are looking for some bakery. Breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, and other breakfast items as well. Got my London Fog Tea Latte (a little lavender, a little vanilla, and extra foam), in a nice 12 oz mug. They told me it would be several minutes to steep the Earl Grey Tea, which I always take as a good sign that they know what they are doing :) Inside, there weren't any spots for two people to have a quiet or private conversation, so we had to go outside. What was your Pandemic hobby? Mine was becoming nerd-Ishly self-reliant for my twice a day iced…read morecoffee habit. After purchasing some additional equipment to supplement my home Cold Brew set up, I was able to cold brew and make home pour overs that I flash chill in a ColdWave Beverage Chiller. When you home brew, you need roasted coffee beans. Since I was largely homebound in the early Pandemic days, I was motivated to buy the best coffee beans from US roasters who ship to my house in CT. JBC from Madison, Wisconsin is one of the roasters that appeared on multiple best US roaster lists. In addition, JBC is one of the roasters that regularly submits its coffees to "Coffee Review", which performs blind taste reviews, scores coffees and reports the scores on its website. Especially within its normal price range, JBC is one of the highest scoring US roasters that I've noticed. That's why JBC is the roaster I order from most frequently. My orders in the past two months have included coffees from Kenya, Ethiopia, Columbia and the Indonesia island of Sumatra. "Coffee Review" rated five of the six JBC coffees I ordered as 94 or 95, which fall in the Top Rated Category. I suspect the other hasn't been rated yet but will score similarly. Many of the other roasters that routinely score this high charge much higher prices than JBC. In this regard, JBC's cost for 12 ounce bags of whole beans in my recent order ranged from, prior to the 10% discount, $18 to $20.50. At these prices, I actually save money home brewing high end coffee instead of getting whatever the local drive-thrus are selling. I can't speak highly enough of JBC's customer service. My recent order is representative. Over the July 4th Weekend, I ordered three bags so I could receive a 10% holiday discount and free shipping. JBC fresh roasted the coffee on 7/6 and shipped my order that day. I received a tracking number, but I know not to worry with ever-reliable JBC. It was waiting in my mailbox for me on 7/8 - high-end coffee, two days after it was roasted. Not to bury the lead, JBC's coffee is routinely fresh and outstanding. Their flavor notes listed on their website and bags are right on. If you home grind and brew, I highly recommend JBC.

First heard of roaster through Coffee Review where they consistently have highly rated coffees. They say coffee(s) ship within days of roast date although the roast date is not labeled.
