I did not enjoy my experience at all. The sandwich had no salt and pepper and I had already left and walked to our Airbnb. When I opened it and my friend and I went to take a bite I saw mayonnaise- I abhor Mayo. My friend said she didn't think it was and said it had little flavor. I called the restaurant and they said this was the cheese. So so gross. We didn't eat it. The bacon was so over cooked it was like they cooked the flavor right out of it cause normally that would be salty enough to endure a salt less sandwich... it had no flavor either. We also got a crème filled donut and I was too grossed out by the sandwich to eat the donut but my friend said that donut was really good. So many wonderful shops that have been there a lot longer produce a much better product. I would skip this one for sure

Delicious. Highly recommended for those who are willing to pay a little more for something well-made, unique and delicious. Let me start by saying that it is a bit pricy ... but you get what you pay for! We tried a breakfast sandwich, a donut and their cold brew, and we found it all excellent. The breakfast sandwich was made on a home-made English muffin, and even though it cost $9, I couldn't help but be impressed by the quality and flavor. The donut was also homemade and quite good and unique. So many donuts shops have not much to set them apart, but Donut Monster succeeds. Their cold brew was also very good (I am not sure why so many aren't). They have a very pleasant atmosphere both inside and out. Their outdoor seating is very nice and just off the bike path that leads through downtown. It is an excellent place to hang out.

Nitro brew is great as is there breakfast sandwiches. However they are pricey and not the best hours of operation.

First time here. Here with my sister to have a conversation, a hot beverage, and a piece of bakery…read more Glad we did. Food: I checked online before coming, and they have an impressive list of drinks, both hot and cold. We ordered a couple of lattes. Mine was a London Fog Tea Latte (a little lavender, a little vanilla) in a mug, and hers was a Coffee Vanilla Latte with almond milk. They did a great job with both of them. My London Fog had great flavor, well-textured foam, and was a good temperature. They did leave the tea bag in, which might be their standard practice, but I prefer the tea to be fully steeped and then have the bag removed. Otherwise, removing the bag later messes with all the wonderful foam (next time I would ask). Each of us got a scone. Mine was blueberry, and hers was white chocolate raspberry, warmed up and plated. Both were very good. If I had to be completely honest, these scones are more like muffins than traditional scones. However, they were both delicious. Service: As soon as we walked up to the counter, it was nothing but friendly vibes and helpful service. They stepped us through the details of the order ("whole milk okay, how much flavor, etc."). They didn't rush the orders and took their time getting them right. When the bakery items were heated up, they brought them to our table. I always got the feeling that they truly appreciated us being there. Atmosphere: The building is a quaint, wonderfully maintained historic brick building. There are café tables outside that would be great on a warmer day. When you enter, you are taken back in time. The vibe is authentic and relaxed. Much of the interior looks like it may be from long ago. It's a bit cluttered, which could be distracting, but I think it fits. There are enough windows to bring in a good amount of natural light. The counter has a large array of pastries, muffins, cookies, etc. The main area doesn't have a lot of seating, and I did find it a bit loud. There is a separate seating area toward the back with several more tables and much less noise, which is where we sat. A very good first visit. Would definitely come back again.

They have several unique drink options , tea, coffee, dirty sodas and hot chocolate. I had the Cup of Hygge one of their signature drinks. It was a bit too bitter for my taste, but the cinnamon and cardamon was a unique combination. My husband had a turtle mocha and I liked his more than mine. They do have some bakery items, scones, cookies including gluten free options. The cafe is very cute and the staff were very friendly.

You could reasonably get into a book here or get some work done if you wanted to. The outdoor space is excellent. It's shared with Sahale next door but there's tons of seating and you'll always see families hanging around, especially during events. I had a Mint-Vanilla Au Lait (seasonal) and it was nice and drinkable. The mint was more of a scent than a flavor, so the iced beverage hit the spot on this hot summer morning! I prefer this Fiddleheads to the local Colectivo and they're about 2 blocks apart. Go here if you want a quick coffee.

My mom ordered a latte and the coffee itself has a sour taste which I've heard from others too! It was a $7 latte and she ended up tossing it. All of their flavored syrups are the Monin brand so nothing homemade and very artificial tasting. I ordered a bagel and it was $5, and it came with a Jif PB packet and Smuckers jelly. I wish they would at least have homemade jam or a peanut butter that doesn't have terrible fillers and oil in its product. I then asked for cream cheese and it also came in a packet. The bagel ended up being hard after 20 minutes and I had to toss. The prices are so overpriced for the quality.

I only have one visit under my belt and I have been torn on a review, but I am familiar with a…read moreregular that tells me my experience is pretty typical of their own experiences. So, very interesting building and space. There appears to be a fun patio area for the summer months and there's a big screen tv that I'm guessing shows sporting events. My review for atmosphere would be 4-5 stars. Unfortunately too much time doing nothing but waiting and looking around killed the visit. I was there on a Saturday at the noon hour. It was not exceptionally busy, especially for the space they have. We were just there to get a coffee and go. Should be in/out in a few minutes right? Wrong, there was one girl managing the counter and two guys visible in the back area. We waited a full 10 minutes at the counter while the girl took one order ahead of ours. I was getting the this is going to take forever vibe and would have left, but we weren't in a hurry and my wife wanted to try the coffee. So once our order was placed and paid for we proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for two drinks and a scone. In that time the counter girl certainly kept moving, although not with any deliberate speed. The two guys in the kitchen did not come out to help her at all and when delivering only two plates to tables did so at a snail's pace. The place really wasn't busy, but the staff they had struggled mightily to keep pace. This is similar to what my friend reports experiencing time and again. To give credit the counter person did apologize for the wait time to place our order and apologized again for the wait to receive our order. So the drinks (coffee and a chai) were average and the blueberry scone was on the dry side of mid. All in all, really nice atmosphere and decorations. Maybe a place to bring your own drink in, because you may not get one from them for awhile. Definitely not a good place to stop if you are in a rush to get somewhere else.

One you park, you'll need to make your way around the front of the building to enter. First impression upon entry was how friendly the staff was. So chatty with the folks in front of us, and honestly just giving off the holiday cheer. The one gentleman did have to share with us the bad news that they were out of sugar cookie and peppermint syrups however. Total bummer because sugar cookie is my fave of their holiday line up. We decided to pivot and get a little gingerbread syrup added to our flat white drinks. Ended up being tasty in the end! This location seemed overall clean and well-kept, plus is has a nice little patio out front for the warmer months.

Date of visit: July 23, 2025…read more I popped in here for a spell to do a little work while a friend was attending a doctor's appointment down the road. I would have loved to just walk here from where his visit was, but it was ungodly hot. The cafe was a wonderful respite from the heat, and my cold foam beverage was perfect. I didn't have any trouble finding a table and while the store definitely stayed steady throughout my visit, staff kept drinking coming without delay. No issues with the WiFi here, either! Had it not been hotter than Trump's underchins outside, I would have used the lovely little outdoor patio. Maybe next time! Really the only issue here was that the tables were not cleaned during my entire visit and I used a larger table than I wanted to because the smaller table was dirty. But as I mentioned, it was pretty steady so I am sure staff just had not had a chance to get to it.
