We were looking for a lunch place that had patio seating and was dog-friendly and Brunch fit the bill! The patio was lovely and the staff were so nice to us and brought water bowls and treats for the dogs. The menu is huge and it's hard to choose between so many tasty sounding things. A clean restaurant with friendly staff When it comes to food, it was a "meh." I ordered the southern hash with poached eggs (my photo). Everything in it was bland. I'm not a kind of person who adds salt to food served at restaurants, but I had to add hot sauce (3 packets) to my food. What turned me off the most is that they spray a Clorox cleaner on the maple syrup dispensers to clean them (with maple syrup in them!). I get consistently GREAT food here, and they are just so incredibly nice. Today I was there with my parents, and we go the same excellent service, and everything was prepared precisely as we ordered it. They let us sit wherever we chose, and they were very accommodating, offering to adjust the roller shades. Food is always hot, and we've never had to wait long either. My wife and I shared the The Perfect Breakfast Sandwich which is Two fluffy buttermilk waffles served with sausage patties, grilled ham, American cheese, and two eggs cooked your way, accompanied by savory maple chili sauce. The sandwich was really really good. We got the eggs scrambled and they were perfectly cooked they were folded scrambled eggs. So good!The sandwhich came with a choice of a side we got the breakfast potatoes which were great as well! We also got an order of Brunch Fritters which is Deep-fried hash browns with fluffy eggs, cheddar cheese and ham, served with a side of sriracha aioli. This was also amazing! However, my main gripe is the upcharge for '100% real maple syrup,' only to find a container of Mrs. Butterworth's in the to-go box pure corn syrup! The staff at Brunch are so helpful, kind and funny! Our group came in after a long morning at the pumpkin farms and we were quite peckish. Our hostess was amazing and very attentive. Great to see this restaurant nestled into Cedarburg. A solid spot for locals to get their brunch fix. The restaurant has an enjoyable atmosphere, especially the rooftop terrace which we had the pleasure of dining on. The overall experience was A-OK. I found myself needing to added plenty of salt and hot sauce to get more out of the dish. The bowl was made of up rice and quinoa, breakfast potatoes (though limited), avocado, turkey sausage, and eggs. Likely wouldn't order this again. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles, and though he of course finished his plate, he did note he wished the waffles were crispier. Our friend had the croissanwich and mentioned it could use a bit more flavor as well. Great concept though - toasted buttery croissant with choice of meat, scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese. The last dish at our table was my son's chicken tender meal. This was ordered from the kid's menu but do not be fooled, this is a massive meal! Easily serves three kiddos. Great tasting chicken tenders though so we took most of it home. All in all, wouldn't say our meals were anything to write home about, but I wouldn't let them put me off from coming back to try something different. They have plenty of menu items, including tasty-sounding drinks we didn't have a chance to explore. My friend also mentioned the rooftop turns into a fun little cocktail spot that does live music. Highly recommend the quinoa/rice burrito bowl with grilled chicken, corn, avocado, pickled onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. We were a larger group of 7 and there surprised it was busy, being July 3rd. We were expecting more of a crowd due to the holiday. The service was slow unfortunately. The food was great. My husband got the avocado BLT sandwich and I got the burrito bowl. His came with waffle fries. My burrito bowl was very good and I'd get it again. Definitely keep the vinaigrette on the side, as there is enough salt and flavoring in the chicken and ingredients, and I loved the textures - especially the crunch of the quinoa. The prices are fine. I would give 5 stars if the service were better. We sat outside, putting two tables together, and unfortunately had to keep one umbrella closed which obstructed conversation. read more

We stumbled upon this restaurant while we were wandering in Cedarburg one day. At this point we've have been so many times and have ordered most of the menu. We've enjoyed it all. We've brought friends as well and they loved it just as much as we have. My only complaint is sometimes the service can be slow. I know good food takes time, but the follow up (boxes and check specifically) from servers seems to take extra long. The ambiance is unique too - well at least to Cedarburg - it is bright with lots of windows and sunshine pouring in. read more

We love coming here! It has become our place for brunch every month. John is the best server, although they are all nice. Everything on the menu is cooked to perfection​ and portions are large. I really wanted to love this newish spot in Cedarburg but it unfortunately fell short. This was my second time visiting, the first time wasn't great but it was new at the time so I figured I'd give it another try. The meal was fine, not bad but not particularly good. It is very expensive for the quality and quantity you receive. I got the chicken and waffles and it tasted like your average toaster waffle and chicken from any given package. We also got the French toast sticks which were good last time I ordered but over cooked and burnt this time. Someone at our table got the burrata toast which sounds amazing but again was all stuff just straight out of the package, for a price of $20! No creativity and nothing special. Others at our table had the lemon berry pancakes which were as expected. Our waitress was not very attentive and not particularly friendly which made the whole experience even worse. Meh. It was fine...but holy up charges. We came in with a large group for a birthday - we were told that we were only allowed to stay 2 hours and we'd get charged $50 if we stayed past. Definitely wasn't welcoming. On top of that they charged 3% for credit cards, couldn't split the check (which ok, but annoying when you're gonna charge a cc fee) and added 20% service charge for a large party. Drinks took a while to come out, particularly the mimosas. We ordered a magnum and our juices were sitting a while while we waited. We then ordered food, it didn't seem like they really knew much about the menu - but I ordered the crossanwich and my husband got cinnamon French toast. My sandwich was just ok - the bun was hard and it was not a crossiant but a bun mixed with a crossaint. My husbands French toast was abysmal and came with no side. It was super bland, and the food description was off. He basically got bread with cinnamon dumped on top. We would definitely not come back on our own. We've gone to the downtown location and we're hoping the cedarburg location was much better in food and service, but it seems that is not the case. Our waitress was nice and did a good job, banana bread was on point, and the space is cute, but that's about where the positives end for me. read more

Brunch here for just me was $35 and I only had regular coffee to drink and one of their daily specials, the barbacoa beef with hash browns and I added a couple eggs. The portions seemed small based on the price. The barbacoa has some sort of crumble cheese which unfortunately contained a chunk that was moldy. Well... we gave it a fair shot for sure. We have probably been here 6 or 7 times. It's been pretty good maybe 3 of those times. There is a lot of inconsistency with both the food and the service. I order the Brunch Benedict every time. Maybe once it was great. But once the potatoes & English muffin were super soggy. Not crisped at all. Next time my poached eggs were way over-- like hard-boiled, chalky eggs. This last time, they were way under! Runny whites are so unappetizing and your eggs basically evaporate into the hollandaise. I didn't bother sending it back because it had already taken forever for our sever to even take our drink order and we didn't want to wait for it to be remade. I would say feel free to give this place a shot if you need a breakfast place in Cedarburg-- it may be great! But keep your expectations lower so you aren't disappointed if things don't go very smoothly. read more

As plenty of wait staff was around, the back of house probably was understaffed. If that's the case, tell people. -The weather was beautiful outside so rooftop seemed like a perfect place. But there were wasps/hornets everywhere. They had traps inches away from all tables but so many hornets were nearby, it was really awful. I kept the menus Just to swat at hornets the whole meal, literally the whole time. -The guests next to us gave up and asked to pack their food to eat at home. There were dozens of hornets visiting my table and the two nearby. By visiting, I mean landing on food and seeking a taste. Operations clearly knew of the bad bug situation. They kept condiment baskets (syrup, ketchup, and so on) off tables. They'd just attract more hornets! The traps were all over and catching many but also attracting ones that flew nearby and went for customer meals instead. Someone should have advised about the hornets before setting people in challenging situations. No one would realize how bad it is until you're already seated. As this place is new, one must give some empathy for starting off and learning. That why it gets 4-stars instead of 2.5. It seems to have great potential. FIRST: our server, Molly, was an absolute gem!!!!! She was so bubbly and honestly had such an amazing attitude for how busy she was! She ran around serving many outdoor tables (not sure if she had any inside too) in the heat and always made time for conversation, recommendations, and really showed off her great customer service. A+ service!! Now onto the food and drinks-- drink options are amazing as they have a mimosa and bloody flight, endless mimosas, and bottle service champagne. I also really loved that they had a seasonal menu with different drink and food options. We got the mimosa flight and bloody flight which both were very good. For food, we got the brunch it up benedict, biscuits and gravy benedict, and the chicken and waffles. Brunch it up benedict is an original take on a benedict. Feedback- serve with a knife a little sharper than the butter knife as it was tough to cut through the english muffin. Overall taste was okay, eggs overcooked for a benedict. Biscuits and gravy benedict had VERY little gravy, tasted bland overall, and eggs overcooked. Chicken and waffles- chicken was slightly overcooked, nothing special about the waffles. Spicy-ish orange sauce served with this was sooo good on the hashbrowns. Were all of our plates clean?- yes. Was it something to rave about?- no. I think they're still working out some kinks. To start, the building is stunning. Decent amount of seating, great patio, and a large bar. Staff was so sweet but not incredibly attentive. We ended up requesting our check before finishing our meals because we were on a time crunch. Our server was happy to accommodate, which we appreciated! The menu was pretty basic. My husband paid $18 for a very small bowl of corned beef hash. He was happy with the taste but the quantity and quality were not worth the cost. I ordered the breakfast burrito which comes with waffle fries and I added the guacamole. The "guacamole" is just avocado. The burrito did not have any evidence of pick de gallo. I noticed a few tomatoes and maybe an onion but I think they were cooked with the chorizo. No cilantro. If I had known it would be just chorizo and egg, I would have ordered something else. I also got breakfast potatoes instead of waffle fries. Not a huge deal since they were very good and went well with the sriracha aioli. Even on a Tuesday afternoon, street parking was limited. I imagine that weekends are worse! Plan ahead!! They don't take reservations but have a waitlist which is great. I'm hoping they work some things out. I'll be keeping an eye on the menu for changes! We had two dishes that were supposed to be heart healthy, but the granola bowl had very little granola and was mostly vanilla flavored yogurt - too sweet, while the quinoa bowl's quinoa was mixed with what tasted like easy cook rice and was liberally coated in too much oil. None of this was bad, but when compared to other healthy eating establishments, it just didn't hit the mark. Like sat on the counter for hours cold, the others at the table suffered the same fate. When we told this to our server she apologized and said they were having issues.
