The chef cooks right in front of everyone so you can see all of the dishes coming out. I love this because I often choose my meal based on what has been plated and walks by. Absolutely delicious and it came with a side of salsa. The eggs were good and cooked well. The sausage patties were pretty standard issue (you can also get sausage links, bacon, ham).
