    Chicken Dumpling Soup
    Abigail W.

Very cute diner type place. The service was friendly and food was fine. I did feel like it wasn't super clean although I watched the staff cleaning off tables. My coffee was kept full and the chicken dumpling soup my boyfriend got looked good. I enjoyed my wrap, although there was no avocado. Potatoes were good and tasted like French fries

Great food and service. Mexican music playing ruined the atmosphere. Strange for a breakfast place.

Inside, the décor is clearly intentional, with thoughtful details that make the space feel warm, elevated, and inviting. The service was outstanding. We had a fairly large group (around 10 people), and not once did anyone go without water, drinks, or a friendly check-in to make sure everything was perfect. Truly attentive without feeling overbearing. If you're an Italian food lover, this is absolutely the place. Pasta, bread, steak--they have it all, and nothing disappointed. And the cheese wheel?! You don't need a trip to Italy for that experience. Watching my son's noodles get coated in rich, melty cheese tableside was both delicious and memorable--an experience all on its own. Su Lago delivers on atmosphere, service, and food. We'll definitely be back.

The service from the time we arrived till the end of dinner was perfect. Rob, our server was attentive and polite. The ambiance was lovely as well. I love a restaurant with white tablecloths and lights on the table. We were seated at a window with a view of the lake. The wine list was extensive. As was the cocktail menu. My martini was perfect. As was my husband's Manhattan. We ordered the meatballs as a anti-pasta starter. That's where things started to go wrong.. the meatball was to be made of short ribs, peas, and rice. There was a tiny speck of short rib. One. Tiny. Speck. It was all rice. My husbands dish was amazing. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan. It was probably the worst I've ever had. Rubbery and lacking flavor. I normally love eggplant Parmesan. How can you screw this up? They knew we were there for our anniversary. Not one person mentioned it, until we did. Rob did bring us a complimentary dessert, which was very sweet. Overall, I would not return. Maybe for a lunch, but not for dinner.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and inviting. Bryant's is the perfect venue for an intimate wedding or small celebration, and having the outdoor seating area open gave guests another beautiful space to gather and enjoy the evening. The food was absolutely outstanding. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the appetizers - especially the incredible seafood and cream cheese appetizer with sweet chili sauce - and everything from the creamy risotto to the stuffed chicken was delicious and beautifully prepared. It was one of those meals people were still talking about long after dinner was over. What made the evening especially memorable, though, was the hospitality. Everyone was genuinely kind, friendly, and personable, making us feel less like customers and more like family. The owner was so gracious and even shared how much he appreciated my dad, which meant a great deal to our family. At the end of the night, they carefully boxed up all of the leftovers for us to pick up the next morning, and when we returned, we were greeted with smiles and hugs. It's rare to find a place that combines wonderful food with such genuine hospitality. Bryant's on the Round helped make one of the most important days for our family feel even more special, and we're so grateful. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming venue for a wedding or special event.

The place is veteran owned and has a military flare to the decor. For our area, this is welcome and we have nothing like it. They also frequently have live music, and I do love me some live music. The service has been great both time I was there. I sat at the bar the first time and a table the second...just to make sure the service was great in both locations! Of course bar service is always faster because you are right in front of them, but I will say I did not have to wait at any point to sit, order, or pay. They were friendly and genuinely wanted to make sure everything tasted as good as it looked. When I go to places that run specials I am voted less likely to order off the menu and I have stuck with that philosophy with SteelTank. The first time I had a steak and shrimp pasta. It was so good I could not stop eating it. I ate nearly all of it and had zero regrets, but I was happy I had a few bites left to enjoy the next day. Second stop, Sausage & Pepperoni stuffed Bavarian pretzel. This pizza of the week is delicious! The pretzel is cut in half and stuffed and not hollowed out as most places do. You can see from the pictures it is stuffed and you can taste the pizza. Greens with a pizza you say? YES! So good, the vinaigrette dressing that is on that pretty little salad is making my mouth water as I type! Specials were not mentioned either time I went. The specials are posted on Facebook and that is how I knew about SteelTank and what I should order. That would be my only complaint, when you receive a menu patrons should be told what the specials are - or - post it somewhere so people know.

I did not know this was the oldest supper club in Wisconsin, dating back to 1848! How have I not been before? Anyway, I was going for a walk with my gf, and we were talking about dinner ideas. Then I remembered seeing a lot in social media about Red Circle Inn, so I called and found out the bar seating was first-come-first-served, so we went straight there. Attire is casual, and the space is beautiful! Lots of great classic photos, pieces of history, with some signs of updates. We started with cocktails and apps: Sprecher Root Beer pork belly and classic supper club dishes Shrimp DeJonghe & French Onion Soup. All were delicious, but the French Onion Soup really stood out to me because the broth had so much flavor, and it was loaded with onions and a thick layer of cheese! My gf ordered the entree special, a bone-in glazed veal chop over mushroom risotto, and I ordered a 12oz cut of prime rib because supper club. Her risotto was cooked to the right consistency and her veal chop was tender and delicious (of course I tried her dish!). My prime rib was perfect! It had great seasoning on its own, and the jus served with it took it to another level. I think it was the best prime rib I've ever had, definitely my current one that I'll compare others to. It would have been smart to leave really full at this point, but we decided we couldn't pass on the Rhumchata bread pudding, and why not add tje dessert special Citrus Panna Cotta with fresh berries. Wow! Yes, we took home leftovers, and yes, we had to be rolled out, but it was worth it. We received excellent service from Quentin, and the GM Kyle was providing tours and history lessons, so we joined one. You need to go!

The restaurant captures that same timeless elegance of the late 1950s. From the moment we walked in, I knew we were in for a special evening. The candle burning in the reception area smelled amazing and set the tone before we were even seated. The service was impeccable, the lake views were gorgeous, and every detail was thoughtfully done. Even the restrooms were beautiful--spotlessly clean with elegant wallpaper, vintage-inspired furnishings, and even a mother's room, adding to the nostalgic 1950s flair. Now, let's talk about the food. Start your evening with a Boulevardier--it just sounds elegant, and it certainly tastes the part. Pair it with the fully loaded shrimp and crab bisque for a fantastic start. For your entrée, order the filet Oscar with asparagus and whipped potatoes accompanied with additional sides of hen-of-the-woods mushrooms and candied carrots. I also enjoyed an Infante with my filet, and it was the perfect complement to the meal. And whatever you do, don't skip dessert. The rhubarb dessert was the perfect ending--creamy, crunchy with a light meringue topping, and filled with tart rhubarb that balanced every bite. If you're looking for a place where Lake Country celebrates life's special moments, The Commodore is it. With impeccable service, stunning lake views, timeless 1950s-inspired elegance, and exceptional food, it's an experience as much as it is a meal. Make a reservation--you won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, the service and follow-up were disappointing. We were not initially offered a wine list, and when we asked about ordering wine for the table, our server assumed we wanted individual glasses. The menu also referenced a soup of the day and dessert of the day, but we had to specifically ask what they were rather than having them explained to us. The biggest issue occurred when we ordered four desserts for the table but were charged for seven. I replied to one of the restaurant's follow-up emails explaining our experience and requesting contact from a manager. I received a quick response saying my message had been passed along, but more than a week went by without hearing from anyone. I then called the restaurant directly, provided my information again, and was told a manager would contact me and address the overcharge. Another week has now passed, and I still have not been contacted or refunded. I really dislike leaving negative reviews, and I gave the restaurant multiple opportunities to resolve the issue privately. While we will likely continue visiting other Bartolotta restaurants, we probably will not return to The Commodore. It is unfortunate because the food was good and the setting was truly 10/10, but the lack of follow-through has overshadowed the experience.
