This has become my new favorite cozy spot to grab a casual bite for breakfast. It is so unassuming but it's really the best place to get all the classics at a very reasonable price. AND they serve breakfast all day. I have been ordering the Two x Two x Two with sausage, scrambled eggs and chocolate chip pancakes or french toast. Finally the servers are always friendly and kind--I love the family-owned vibe. I'm so glad my boyfriend introduced me to this cute cafe!

This place was great. I don't live in Wisconsin anymore, but I went home to visit family and stopped at Lina's to grab a quick bite for breakfast. All of the staff were super friendly and the breakfast burrito I had was delicious. I didn't dine in, but the inside was a nice little diner with plenty of room. Definitely recommend!

While driving to West Bend I posted in a foodie group on social media asking for suggestions for places that serve a breakfast burrito. One of the first replies mentioned Lina's Cafe, which reminded me that I had previously bookmarked them but hadn't yet tried them. I made a slight detour to Slinger and placed a to go order for a bacon, egg, and cheese burrito with crispy hash browns. The hash browns were sort of crispy, the top moreso than the bottom. Unfortunately, they were bland. No salt or pepper and no buttery flavor from being grilled with butter. Just plain potato. It didn't dawn on me until I was in my car that I didn't receive a utensil packet, so I didn't have any salt or pepper that I could add on my own. The breakfast burrito was good, but not made like I ordered. I asked for bacon and it came with sausage. It took a half an hour for the food to be made because they were so busy and I didn't feel like going back in and waiting to have it remade, so I just ate it. I'd like to try it again with the bacon I expected. The dining area has around 12 to 14 booths and tables combined, most of which were added during a recent expansion, with maybe 10 seats at the counter and every seat was taken with a couple people waiting for something to open up. While sitting at the counter I was overhearing several conversations where employees were referring to customers that were waiting for a table by name and customers were making small talk with employee about how school is going, so this is clearly a place that has a strong, loyal following that allows for relationship building over time. Good for them.

This is an awesome dinner for a hardy breakfast. The biscuits and gravy are very nice. But the country fried steak and eggs are a home run!

This cafe is a hidden gem. I love super close and seldom visit, which is a shame because it is such a cost neighborhood cafe.

The croissant breakfast sandwich was good but the bacon was cooked to nearly dust on one end for some reason. I snapped it off and ate the rest. I asked for crispy but not great hash browns. They were crispy. Check. But also greasy and worse, cold. Not even hardly warm. When she came to check, she asked how things were and I said "Eh" and was about to let her know but she left. So I had to take them home which I explained when I asked someone else for a box (told her they had been served cold but she said nothing). As a note, reheated they were very greasy and not good. The Leanne's special with waffle and eggs and bacon was good. That bacon was cooked right. We also ordered the kids' chicken tenders with fries which were good (but we were overcharged for them which required us to point that out after the check came to get it fixed). Overall, would try here again for breakfast but disappointing as I've been coming here since 2012 when they first opened and had very limited hours and prior to the multiple remodels and expansion next door.

It seemed like a very popular place due to it being so busy. Very cozy. I saw couples, young and old as well as whole families. The food was delicious. I got the Head Sawyer (steak, eggs, and hash browns) with the double tenderloin option, one kid got chicken strips with fries, and the other got a kids pizza. We also shared a piece of coffee cake. I don't think my youngest was super enthused by his pizza, mostly because it's not memorable to him. My oldest liked his chicken strips and fries, but I don't know if he's come across chicken strips and fries that he doesn't like, so take that with a grain of salt. The hash browns were ok. They were just fried potato with no other flavor or add-in like onions. I added salt and pepper because they needed it. I got American cheese on the scrambled eggs and they were as you'd expect. The tenderloin was fine. Obviously not as good of a cut as New York strip or ribeye would have been. I ended up sharing a portion of it with my oldest and he ate it without complaints too. The star of our visit was the coffee cake. It was warm and soft and in every sense perfect. Sharing is carrying and I'm fine sharing with my kids most of the time, but man, I wish it had been all for me.

Recently I had my new favorite, the Maple Glazed Salmon... highly recommend! My wife's meal however was a little lacking, it was a special that day, some type of shrimp risotto that was lukewarm and a little mushy, the side salad was also a wilted, not fresh. This was a let down, because I usually enjoy my meals at the Pig.... Especially the desserts! I'm going to say this was a one off, and will be back for the Honey Glazed Salmon, and of course, the desserts!
