I have been wanting to try this place for a while and we finally stopped in tonight. We were actually the only people there which was shocking because it's always packed when we have driven by. It is so cute inside and they have an outdoor seating area with a stage and another bar. I love the global options on their menu and they have an extensive drink menu as well. I got the thai chicken peanut curry dish which was excellent, and my fiance got the Bingg Burger. He said it was one of the best burgers he has ever had and he couldn't even finish it all, it was huge. Our server was amazing. He said that his mom was the cook. He was very attentive and so friendly. Prices were a little higher but that is because the food and drinks are absolutely worth it! We loved everything about this restaurant and will definitely be back. read more

A small cute country vibe athletic. The staff was friendly. I ordered one drink but got a completely different one. The burger was absolutely delicious. The fish, definitely get it blackened. One of our friends didn't and it was quite dry. All in all, good food and good atmosphere. read more

Took a work group here with 12 people. First time, and walked in and was very delighted. Queen, little eclectic place with extremely friendly service. Room in the back with games to keep us entertained. Old fashion was phenomenal. People in our group had steak, shrimp, flounder, and many appetizers. Everything tasted great and was well seasoned. Wanting to try Binggs for awhile. Went in midweek. We had a very green server who couldn't answer any of our questions about the menu and couldn't figure out how to give us a copy of our bill. We ordered Thai peanut chicken curry and Volcano Ka-Pow. Really enjoyed the peanut curry but Volcano was spicy and hot and a bit overwhelming. Had many vegetables but very little chicken. Ambiance is interesting as described in other reviews. Prices for our entrees were high for what you get. Not sure when we'd go back. read more

OMG this place is a hidden treasure! The decor is so fun like going into an antique store and they have vinyl records they spin if you request it. The Goonie Dip was outstanding as was the Bulgogi Beef! My wife had Johnny's Bada Bingg Burger, also excellent. We arrived for our reservation and we're told it would be about a 20 minute wait. The owner apologized, saying they were slammed with a combination of UWW graduation celebration dinners and that the co-chef of two left today. Okay, so we had a drink at the bar, wondering why we weren't being seated as a two top was available, and more opened up as we watched. 45 minutes later we we seated...at the table for two that was empty the entire time! We place our order, and it came within minutes. The Drifters noodles were very tasty, but was downtown Chicago pricing for a very small entree/nice appetizer portion. the cottage pie was excellent, but not enough to make the trek from Fontana again. After looking at the other reviews (we came on a friend's recommendation), stick to the appetizers or burgers if you want taste and value. read more

Went to Bingg's based on some feedback from our friends. We were coming back from a trip to Winterfest in Lake Geneva and figured it was a great place to stop. They had just opened and we were the only ones in there. The place is warm and quaint. Lots of wood in the interior. Rustic. Ed was our server. We ordered 2 drinks while we figured out our meal and they were tasty! We ordered the Rangoon Dip and Grisly Jalapeño appetizers and split the fried chicken wrap. The downfall was it took almost 45 minutes to get our meal The upside us once we got it..it tasted fabulous. That Rangoon dip was so good we wanted to lick the bowl! The wrap had unique flavor within a super soft tortilla..and 2 of the jalapeños were great and the other 2 sort of knocked your socks off with heat. We will go back and try some other things..when we aren't in a hurry! read more

Enjoyed this "off the beaten path" local "Supper Club". The staff is super friendly and we enjoyed our Goonies Dip. Full Bar with good selection of premium spirits for that just right Old Fashioned, or a Friday Night Martini. This place is a gem! My boyfriend and I met my sister and her husband for an impromptu lunch outing this afternoon, and having never been to the Whitewater area, we took a gamble on where to grab a bite to eat. Did we ever luck out with Bingg's! The atmosphere, the food, the hospitality were all top notch. Shout out to Ed for superb service! What we ordered: Pierogies Honey Bear Jalapeños Jack Black burger with tots Cubano sandwich with tots Patty Melt with tortilla chips Babka sandwich with tots You will not go wrong with any of these! Your eyes will have a hard time reading the menu if you give them their rein to scan the decor. Beautiful and rare antique Hoosiers. a pie safe, crocks, and all manner of _objet de intrigue_ fill the space. Cute industrial chairs and stools add to the fun. The menus themselves are a delight - engraved wooden covers protect pages of updatable printouts sheathed in plastic. Very clean and functional. But you have come for the food! We started with crab Rangoon dip, and oh! was it heavenly! Crispy sweet won ton chips fed the whole table. Of our three appetizers, this was my fave.The pierogi were creamy, and the one left-over pepperoni/mozzarella roll was snatched up for a to-go box, so clearly they were a hit - wonderfully homemade pizza pockets, only better! Among entrées chosen were 3 orders of Drifter noodles, and each of us sighed in satisfaction with our choice, a beautifully presented mound of spicy rice noodles with interesting tidbits of crunch and heat and slivers of tender chicken. Outstanding! Can be served meatless. A cottage pie - beef covered w/mashed potatoes - came hot and bubbly and received more sighs of enthusiasm. Pork loin with baked beans and noodles was wolfed down by our teen boy and declared very good. His sister's child's menu chicken tenders were a little anemic looking in that they were thin and only two in number, but the fries were interestingly sprinkled with an unknown green garnish. Everything tasted good and the 9-yr-old had more than enough, so the portion was adequate despite appearances. She was happy with her choice. The bargain on the menu may have been the $28 "baseball" filet of beef, although sides may have been additional...It was a LOT of meat. Dessert lured us, so you know the portions were not outrageous, but we shared 3 desserts among 7 diners. Apple pie à la mode and carrot cake went around the table with multiple "mmmm"s of delight, homemade and remarkable in both cases. The cake is not shareable sized, but it made the rounds nonetheless, just the right taste of sweetness to finish a memorable meal. Service is attentive, personal, and cheery. Smiles and comments are offered along with swiftly refilled glasses. These people welcome you as though you were invited guests. Can't wait to go back. From the Bear Steak - made rare to perfection, to the grilled cheese sandwich (special) that had garlic butter dripping from my elbows as I ate it to the "Goonies" - everything is superb. We saw the reviews and have to agree, this place is fabulous! We started with the Goonies crab Rangoon dip and spring rolls which were delicious. For entrees we all enjoyed the burrito special, build your own burger and fries, chicken buffalo wrap with tots, and creole chicken sandwich. Went in after looking at other reviews. Did not know what to expect when we walked in based on the outside, it just looked like any other dive Wisconsin bar. (not that those are bad!) Inside was really cute and looked like it had all been redone but kept some of the old touches of the building. Sat at the bar and was tended to by a very nice young man who gave good suggestions. The suggestions were to stick to the special page and we did, ordering pasta carbonara. Wow, amazing is all I can say. I wish the serving had been a little bigger cause I was starved and could have eaten more it was so good. To be fair though with today's prices and the quality of the food the price was definitely fair. The drinks looked great but I had to drive a long way so I was unable to partake. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked fantastic so I am looking forward to a return trip for sure! read more

First time there tonight for fish. Wife had fried cod with cheese infused mashed potatoes. I was intrigued by the potatoes, so I had that with the baked cod. Outstanding! Coleslaw had cucumber in it Interesting and quite good. Highly recommend. And they have sour beers in their lineup. Good variety of beers. Can't find them around here. We stopped in on the way home from a weekend trip and were blown away by every aspect of this place. The food is absolutely amazing. We had the Greek Choriatiki flatbread appetizer, flowed up by Cottage Pie and the Peppercorn Steak. All items were masterfully created with balanced flavors and textures. I'm jealous of the people that live near Bingg's. It's truly a hidden gem. This place is going to be a regular stop on our way up to (or down from) our cabin. Can't wait to go back! read more
