Brunch show receives smoothie and pastry plate to welcome you to the dining experience

We had a good time attending the Legends in Concert: Elvis show! Unique show experience more like a concert. Service at Fireside Theatre was great especially with this being only my second time there and a first for the rest of the family. We also had my grandma in a wheelchair which we are all learning how to navigate. We were seated for brunch in a very easy access spot right off the walkway. The food was very good! My mother was uncertain about the flavor for the bread pudding and I told her to try it and well she may have ended up going back for thirds! It was a delicious sweet potato and praline bread pudding so good!! The cheesy hash browns and bacon were also a favorite of our group! We had a lot of help getting into the theater and the handicap row is set up where the wheelchair can just roll in or I the guest can sit in the chair and there is room to park devices. I do have to say it is quite a steep incline to get up there however so they will need someone pushing them and that is also hard! Then you just need to be careful on the incline down as well! Not all the bathrooms are wheelchair friendly for example the women's bathroom right next to the theater all the stalls are standard size which will not fit a wheelchair or likely a walker even. Back by the buffet there is a stand alone "family" bathroom this was the best bathroom with room for the wheelchair and someone to help aid if needed. The women's restroom right in the entrance to the building has a handicap stall however depending on need of assistance/wheelchair the door may not close this I am finding to be a common occurrence - I just stand outside the stall to keep the door shut and use my body to stand in the gap but just something to be aware of. That being said I'd recommend making your way to the restroom in the dining portion if ease of space is needed. We had a wonderful time and I'm looking forward to returning! We unfortunately missed out on the shops but there is always next time.

We had a great experience at the Fireside. Food and drinks were excellent. Show was great. The service was great, they were very accommodating to our special needs. I am so grateful to the fireside and can't wait to go back!

We had heard good things about the theater and decided to give it a shot. We ended up with a terrific meal, followed by a fabulous show. Did I mention shopping? We will definitely return for more entertainment and dining in the future. We arrived on a rainy evening. I was able to drop my partner at the door and found parking in the large parking lot. The individuals at the ticket booth were welcoming and did a great job telling us about the evening ahead. We took a brief look in the massive gift shop(s). We then headed to the restaurant. In addition to it being a cool space for dining, you could see the place ran very smoothly. We had a couple of drinks from their show inspired menu, received our salads and were then invited to the buffet. It offered something for everyone. All of the items we tried were prepared well and were very satisfying. Despite my partner not normally liking buffet style food, she said she would certainly go back for the Thursday night buffet. After dinner, we did a little more shopping before going into the theater. It is an intimate space, regardless of your seat choice. We then enjoyed a well acted performance for the next couple of hours. It was executed in a fantastic manner. Are the tickets cheap? No, but very worthwhile.

A fantastic place that is a joy to have in Wisconsin. This was my first time visiting after hearing a lot about this gem. Their Easter Buffett was good; being the mini-pastries and pineapple smoothie (that the servers welcomed us with), the highlight of the meal. The gift shops are very fun and they do a great job at keeping them stocked in themes. My favorite was the musical section. The musical instrument ornaments were top notch. Of excellent quality. The play was great and the performances outstanding. The theatre is intimate, and even if you sit all the way in the back, you'll feel like you are right there by the stage. A great place for theatre fans!

Fireside is a very unique place. There's a huge parking lot. Then when you enter there are a few gift shops in the main hallway, a theater, a small bakery, and a huge restaurant. We went on a Friday for dinner and had to get a reservation. It's a busy spot on Friday nights because of their fish fry. The restaurant is very big with a lower bar area, different levels and rooms, a large fireplace, and small ponds/water throughout the space. A very unique spot! We started the meal with sweet old fashioneds. So good! They include a cinnamon stick that gives it a nice kick. Then they served complimentary bread. I'm not a fan of rye bread but the cheese bread was delicious. For my meal, I enjoyed their beer battered cod fish fry. The 4 piece was plenty of food. They were crispy and perfectly cooked. I had fries on the side that were crispy and pretty good. I think they have the best fish fry and old fashioned in the area. Our waitress was very nice. They were busy but did a good job. We loved the bread so on our way out I stopped at the bakery to grab a loaf. It wasn't as good as the bread on our table so I would skip it next time, but I love the idea of having this bakery option on the way out. Overall, it's a fun place to go for dinner, I would recommend checking it out especially for their fish fry.

On January 26th, 2025, at 1:15 p.m., the skies over the Fireside Dinner Theatre in Fort Atkinson Wisconsin were illuminated with an effervescent light that can be seen for miles. Why? Because inside the cozy fireside theater, Elvis fans were buzzing with excitement, eagerly waiting for the start of the tribute show dedicated to the one and only King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley. The Elvis performers, Travis Powell and Taylor Rodriguez, along with their band members and ensemble members blew everyone away with their incredible performance. They rocked the circular stage with such passion that it felt like they owned the place. The thunderous applause, cheers, and laughter echoed through the theater, leaving everyone craving more. And guess what? They got it! They had been given an unforgettable experience! And speaking of unforgettable, proving again that Elvis only surrounds himself with the best annd the brightest Ensemble member Kieu T. Grisby proved flexibility is key to perform on stage. He transformed his right leg into a makeshift guitar and played air guitar alongside the band and Elvis as they jammed. Amidst all the cheering, he hopped around the stage on one leg, an amazing feat (or would that be foot) that left the audience spellbound. (You have to see it to believe it!) This concert wasn't just a special event for everyone in the audience. It was also a momentous occasion for a young man who had been a die-hard Elvis fan at the fireside for seven years. Back in 2017, during his first visit as an early teenager, he got a scarf from Elvis, and that left such an impression on him as Elvis is his hero. He had been hoping maybe this would be another lucky year. (Scarves stopped being given out because of COVID) His front-row seat and Elvis-inspired outfit caught the performers' attention, and he was lucky enough to be given a scarf by Elvis and it was captured by the kindness of a staff member! After the show, we got to meet the entertainers, and they were so nice and took photos with him. The Fireside theater proved once again why it's such a great place to go for a family night out. They have amazing food and entertainment, and it's always a fun time and great memories for everyone

Unique stage. Round part goes up and down and flush with floor to create a full stage

I have been going to shows at the dinner theater since I was a young kid. The shows are marvelous and affordable. The intimate stage that is surrounded by people from all angles present a fun and unique atmosphere for plays and musicals. I love to see how they curate each set. And the food is pretty darn good. I especially love attending the brunch option and trying the featured cocktail menu for each show. Everyone is welcoming and provides great customer service. If you've never been, you must add this to your list. It's a wonderful local gem that attracts talent from across the county.

Great dinner theater experience with a plethora of shopping opportunities. Personally, I prefer the dinner over the brunch, as I find the brunch to be mediocre. Amazing staff and service.

This said, while charming... sitting by the windows in the winter is a bit chilly. The menu is not huge and that's fine. Big, poorly crafted menus don't really add to dining experiences. In addition to the menu several nightly specials were offered. I opted for one of them, a nice baked/broiled cod... actually seemed like it was pan seared in a French technique of basting with butter. In any case, it was very nice... I quite fancied it. I substituted a twice baked potato for the rice pilaf after seeing one being delivered to a nearby table. The cod was laid on a little bed of greens and came with reasonably portioned side of glazed carrots. My companion had the raspberry salad and was quite pleased with it. We did also start with an order of onion rings... also because I saw an order going out for service. Large, crunchy rings with a side of ranch... really quite tasty. Unfortunately, our app order was submitted with our dinner order so everything came out all at the same time. It's always a bit overwhelming when that happens and ends up being too much food to eat at once. It would have been nice to be spaced out, especially with big portions. The menu is pretty evenly divided between handhelds (hot and cold sandwiches) and bowls (rice, salad, mac 'n cheese). It may seem basic, but I'm pretty addicted to the chicken salad sandwich. It strikes the perfect balance - neither too wet nor too dry, and the dried cranberries add a nice touch. The multigrain bread is always fresh and soft. My wife likes the ham and turkey club, though that bread is a little more hit-and-miss. All the hot sandwiches I've tried have been excellent, especially the prime rib and the Cuban. The homemade chips are very good; crisp and flavorful, and they give you a lot. You can upgrade to fries or sweet potato fries if you'd like, and they're good, but pro tip: if you order a hot sandwich and get it to go, as I'm assuming you will, the fries turn soggy after a few minutes in the plastic clamshell container. You're better off sticking with the chips, which hold up better. I rarely venture from the sandwiches, but I've had the Hawaiian Rice Bowl (with optional shredded chicken) and the Boom Boom Shrimp Rice Bowl, and both were very good. Portion sizes are perfect for a hearty lunch or dinner. There are rotating bakery specials behind the glass case. The cheesecake is usually decent if you're in the mood. The ambience here is nothing to write home about, but it doesn't need to be; though there are a few tables if you want to dine in, most people get their food to go. That's the whole point of the place. Good2Go is owned by the same family that runs Island Bar & Grill, Sunset on Kosh, Proof Speakeasy, and North Shore Chophouse -- all quality places that attract very different customers. Good2Go may not be their flagship restaurant, but they certainly don't skimp on the food or the service here. A great weeknight pickup, and one of the few places in town open on Monday!

THEY'RE ALSO A WEDDING VENUE!…read more I would not recommend using! The venue itself is unique and definitely fun for people who love the farm and animals. I got married here in November of 2019. When I first went to see the place I loved it, the owner even seemed pretty down to earth and easy going she talked about all the success she's had with previous couples and how she really got to know them. Well, after I signed my contract and paid my deposit, it couldn't have been more different! I had to contact her multiple times to even get a response. Usually a text a few days after my initial call or text "hey did you get my message" I would contact her about once a month with questions or to pay her, so it's not like I was some sort of crazy picky bridezilla. During my engagement I was working full time another part time job and planning the wedding, the owner was of zero help. Until the week before the wedding then most of my questions were answered in a timely manner. READ THE CONTRACT! I ended up paying a little over $7,500 JUST FOR THE VENUE FOR THE DAY!!!! You will be nickled and dimed for everything EVEN FOOD TO FEED THE ANIMALS! The day before the wedding and the morning of the wedding the pipes in the bathroom were frozen. We planned to get ready in the provided barns which they put some space heaters in the one for the bride that barely kept it warm. The groomsmen waited until just shortly before the wedding to go in that provided barn since it was so cold. The bathroom is a trailer that was quite a distance from the barn where your reception is (or where you get married during inclement weather.) On our particular wedding the floors in the bathroom were not kept mopped so, I had multiple guests slip in the bathroom, one had actually mentioned it to the owner and she just said "okay" and then did nothing about it. The barn where the wedding and the reception were was not heated very well either so I had guests wearing coats the entire time and even leaving early because they were so cold. We were also charged a $200 fee taken out of our damage deposit for the heat, that really didn't seem to be working. The owner also stepped on the bottom of my dress as I was walking into the barn and left a muddy shoe print on the bottom of my dress right before I was to walk down the aisle. I will say at that point there would've been nothing we could do to clean it off since there is no running water in the barn, and it was ceremony time, but she could've at least aknowledged it later and compensated me somehow for it. I'm attaching a picture! I will say a positive was one of the employees Megan, she was so kind and helpful throughout the wedding, she offered to get me drinks and even helped with clean up. She was there till the end while THE OWNER WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!!! I felt bad for her since many of the things had gone wrong were out of her control. IF I WAS REVIEWING JUST HER SHE WOULD GET 10 STARS! Since the wedding I have contacted the owner regarding these issues to try and get my money back for at least the heat that we were charged for that wasn't even working adequately. I work in the service industry and I understand we can't always please everyone, and things can go wrong, but It's necessary to aknowledge them and let the people you're serving know that and try to make them better somehow. I'm really an easy going person, and especially a bride. At the end of the day I got to marry the man of my dreams and the love of my life! so that aspect of the day went perfectly. I wish I knew a little more about the particular venue and other people's experiences before I booked it, so I do hope that this information helps a future bride.
