I don't come to this Starbies location often because it's inside Ralph's, and I hardly ever shop there. I also try to avoid Starbucks locations inside stores because they don't honor the personal cup policy. I have ordered from here before, and one time the guy didn't know what he was doing. Could have been a new guy, but I think I got a grande that literally was half (if not more) ice! I went back later after a few sips to show the lady I barely had any drink in the cup. She was polite and gladly made me another one. I appreciated that. Sometimes, they mark down their merchandise. I don't see that too often at corporate locations. I check the merch here when I walk in, and only a handful of times I have found some treasures. I'm trying to cut down on my collection these days, so I'm not afraid to walk in and look at what they have, lol. 9 times out of 10, I don't want anything anymore. Yay me! read more

I have never come across such a rude Starbucks worker in years. She went out of her way to completely ignore me and my husband to the point I wasn't even sure if she even worked there until she went behind the counter to start "cleaning" a machine and continued to stare us down as we looked at merchandise without even a greeting or asking if we needed help or if we wanted to order anything. I live close by and love coming here to get a Latte with Oat milk, but sadly it's been tasting only like steamed milk. So frustrating when you pay over $6.00 for a latte to only receive literally steamed milk. Makes me not want to return. read more

Update: this is a more recent update! All the Baristas are more knowledgeable and got a handle with everything! I literally drive here 25 min out of my way to get my Black Matcha Tea here because Alex is one hell of a barista! He hasn't failed me once- except the times he's not there when I make a special trip haha but even then the other baristas do a good job with my crazy drink! Hands down though Alex is one of the few great baristas I know and I know to Starbucks ALOT! He very accommodating and is really a cool guy! Not that they have a place to sit for a break but they're all always working and doing the dishes or cleaning something when I come in. I also love the vast array of Starbucks stuff they have at this location! The location is AMAZING! If you're by the college or live on this side of town it's such a convenient location! You don't have to go over the freeway and get through the traffic to get to the other Starbucks- which is almost always busy but they're great too! The only downside to this Starbucks is the obvious- no drive through but can't complain because they're location is ideal! Service was not so bad. I think when I went in it was just too busy and the workers were either new or the Starbucks stand was new so they were still in the middle of trying to figure everything out so they seemed a little lost and running around. This location is always out of everything. (Well at least that's what they say) The drinks always taste like night & day compared to other locations. Finally!! If you live in Menifee on the East side of the 215, you may understand the excitement!! I have lived in this general area for almost 10 years and the closest Starbucks was across the freeway at the Newport shopping center. For those of us who didn't like to hassle with the traffic over the freeway it's easy to understand why having a Starbucks so close to home is fantastic! The location is inside the Ralph's grocery located across from the deli at the North entrance to the store. We've already been there a few times and boy oh boy were we happy. The service is great and they offer everything you get at a regular location! I recently tried the peppermint latte done vegan style and skinny version (low sugar). The flavor was scrumptious! This Starbucks in particular has the BEST staff! I go just about every day, and my white mocha always tastes the same. Any other Starbucks is a hit or miss. Stephanie, Diana, Marta and trey are always welcoming and they always remember my drink so it helps when someone else grabs my coffee for me. All they have to do is say my name and they know. My drink is very specific (yep, I'm that person). I literally enjoy seeing these people at the beginning of my day. They brighten it up with conversation and they are always happy. Honestly if I could give them a zero I would. I've gone to this location maybe three times and every time I've gone they are extremely rude. If you don't like working at Starbucks then find another job. They are just giving people attitude and just being rude. I went this morning and asked the girl if they sold drinks in a trenti size and she said what's that giving attitude from the get go. If you work at Starbucks how do you not know what a trenti is. Then they went on to say they don't sale the salted caramel cold brew in venti at any location which is a lie cause we get it always in a venti size. Then I tried purchasing the hot reusable cups and asked if they can put my drink in that and she said no they can't. And then she adjusted the cup like I didn't put it back where it went. She just was extremely rude we literally wasted thirty minutes waiting to order a drink and received the worse service where we had to walk out. I didn't get her name but she had glasses. For being Starbucks is as big as they are I'm surprised they don't hire friendlier staff. This location sucks and I plan on never going back. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks location to go to. I am here everyday, the staff is very helpful since I have started the keto diet with helping still be able to have my coffee! The manager Stephanie is so gracious with her help and her and the staff is super polite. Yes, it's inside the Ralph's supermarket so don't get this particular location confused with the other Starbucks (which are not that great, just saying). The baristas know how to make their drinks. Always friendly customer service even when other customers are rude. The manager, Stephanie is always attentive to her customers and displays a worth of knowledge in her craft. They will take three or four orders and then start making the drinks; if you're that 4th or 5th person in-line you will have to wait extra long. They only ever have 1 person working there and they're always extremely rude. I know it's not the barista's fault that they're the only one working, but they need to speak up to management about bringing on more staff if they're going to be rude and look completely overwhelmed in front of their customers. In my opinion, they need at least 2 people working at all times so that one person can be making drinks while the other is taking orders.
