I am tired of going into Starbucks and you can't find a seat. Right now we are over 1200 miles from home and I find it no different. There are too many snobs who think that they are way cool plopping open their pc's and hogging tables. You guys need more seating so people can sit and discuss things that are affecting them. People need to meet new people, like in the old "public square"! Too many people think that they have a right to "work at home" while at Starbuck. GO TO YOUR OFFICE!!! I am sick and tired of you snobs! Starbucks doesn't need tables like your serving meals. Your food is great but it is just a quick fix snack. Get more "lounge seating with little end tables to hold a cup. You snobs need to stop talking on your phones to nobody and work with your pc on your lap. Better yet just go to the office. Great Customer Service, made a to go order on my app ahead of time and when I went inside, it was not ready. An employee Ali quickly noticed me standing there and asked me if I had already ordered, which I replied yes and she quickly found my order got it made correctly. I come to this Starbucks pretty often and I don't ever have issues with their hot drinks, but when it comes to their iced drinks I always have issues with consistency and just following my order request. I get shaken espresso with cold foam and I always request for light ice even if it means adding a little bit of extra milk and they never follow it.. in fact I feel like out of spite they always add extra ice. I have kindly told them about my frustration and I get completely dismissed and get lectured on their protocol but when I am spending almost $9 on this drink, I would like there to be a little bit less ice. and mind you, it is literally only with this one location that I have an issue with. I'm not kidding - i just got one and it is filled 3/4 of the way with ice even though on my ticket it says light ice. I would come back here if I am craving a hot drink, but I am so over ordering any iced drinks from this place because they just don't follow instruction & it's frustrating when I spend so much money on a single drink and they can't follow one request. read more

I am a long time California Starbucks customer. I recently moved to Florida. I have over 3000 stars. I usually save for sharing with sister and friends. I have been to 3 different Starbucks in my home area. Most of the time customer service is good. BUT my VENTI HOT MATCHA LATTE with OAT or ALMOND MILK is horrible. I realize they recently changed the recipe. BUT I do not think CHUNKS of matcha in a latte is acceptable. Today's visit at 6425 N Wickham Rd Melbourne FL NOT only was my drink bad customer service was horrible. The cashier was pleasant on my asking for it to be fixed. Though her answer was that they recently changed the way they make it. Still not acceptable. She spoke to the barista who was not friendly or polite at all. She reluctantly remade my latte but it was still not as expected. Needless to say I think I need to locate another source for my matcha latte. I brought this one home to salvage and enjoy. read more

This location is ok. They tend to not handle special requests very well. They also do not enforce their mask policy. I understand the young people who make up the majority of their staff do not want to correct a customer but without enforcing the standard it sets the new standard. I have had several run In with a particular barista who has a thick accent and with a mask she is hard to understand. She does not like being asked to repeat what she says. Not everyone hears as well as others. How about a little consideration? Light ice is a foreign concept as is actually saying thank you. Not the best location not the worst. I do like their cold brew so I will endure I suppose. Lower you expectations and you will enjoy the experience. read more

I ordered a cappuccino and it tasted like sewer water, I can barely describe how it tastes because it was so bad.

I just went to the Starbucks on Wickham Road in Baymeadows in Melbourne, Florida. The young lady at the drive-through was the most rude customer service rep I've ever met at a Starbucks. Another time I was at this same Starbucks I purchased the egg and fruit snack, and the eggs had fingernail markings all over them so I had to throw them away. I never have negative experiences at the other Starbucks, but I am tempted to delete my app. read more

We came to this location on our way back to Orlando at 7:22pm. on Jan 26th. The hours posted on the door and the website said 9pm. As we walked in we noticed that the entire pastry case was completely empty and looked like they were closing up for the night. If that is the case then the hours are incorrect, and need to be updated. If the hours are indeed that the store closes at 9 then the staff needs to be made aware of that. The normal greetings given entering and leaving the store were not afforded to us or the other patrons that came in after. The staffwere however very busy whispering to each other over the headset about the other patrons who went before us while taking our order and while we were waiting. This is not Starbucks normal not up to their standards. If I could have rated the experience as less than 1 star I would have. read more

The slowest Starbucks drive thru EVER... don't come through the drive thru unless you have 20+ mins to spare. No exaggeration.

I have been to the store several times as it is convenient when dropping kids off to camp and near food shopping.. Usually service is fine. However this morning I went in to the store to get a coffee and no other customers where there so I figured " Great" should get my coffee quick no hassle." I stood at the register waiting for someone to recognize me for 5 minutes. 5 minutes standing while 5 Starbucks employees are working only servicing the drive through is a long time. Also I must have seen 10-12 cars get serviced while I stood there, again the only customer in the store, and no one said hi to me. They also looked my way but kept servicing the drive through. Now they were busy but also I am physically there waiting so I would hope I took a little priority over the people in their cars. So I left. And funny no one said anything to me as I walked away to try and keep me there. Okay- probably enough complaining but just never felt ignored like that ever ina. Starbucks. Hopefully this comments helps improve the service but I will go to other Starbucks over this place for the foreseeable future. read more

Why is this Starbucks priced higher than other stores? When you ask the baristas, they claim it's sales tax, but Brevard Cty tax is 7%. Surtax only changes with transactions over $5k. I paid 32 cents more for a tea and have no idea why. I added it to a mobile order and the price comes up less. At least educate the baristas as to why the prices are higher. read more

Inconsistant. Remade and still off. Could just be one worker but either not pumping syrup correctly or not adding correct amount of ice and/or espresso. I get same drink all the time so know when its off. Also customer service needs to improve as the lady made excuses and suggested that since the drink had 6 pumps and I get 2 that is why it doesnt taste right. Too expensive to have to get remade and still not correct. Will need to go back to location across from Eastern until Suntree location trains the workers correctly. read more

This location is fairly new and they seem to always be out of ingredients for their coffee's. We are not even into fall season yet and the most popular drink in the universe they keep running out of ingredients. Staff is not all bad but this girl, Anna, was very rude while taking my order. All I ordered was a trenta size tea. When I went to the window, she ignored me, walked away, and just didn't give off the usual energy that I usually receive when going to this Starbucks. Very disappointed. I noticed that when this girl walked away, she was laughing and talking to other employees while my drink was just sitting on the counter. Horrible night service and definitely won't come back during night hours. read more

Poor customer service, drive-thru was not clearly laid out, and Staff was not helpful with bad attitudes. We waited 10 minutes with only one car in front of us and then tried to place an order after waiting for 3 minutes once that car had left. After making us wait unnecessarily, the Staff then told us that we had to place our order at another window. Because we waited so long, we asked if we could just place an order at that window, and the Staff did not allow us to, despite the fact that no other customer was behind us. I've never seen a Starbucks Staff go out of their way to displease a customer like this Staff did. I will never go back to this store again, and now I'm wondering if Starbucks in general provides any training around proper customer service. - A very disappointed and frustrated customer read more

We are big Starbucks fans but this was way below par. Cold coffee , no taste, tasted like pour over. When we complained and asked for a hot fresh replacement, they brought us back another cup of the same, just as cold and tasteless , and that was with a managers involvement . This was my first time going to this location, and i heard that it was pretty new, so i decided to give it a go. I ordered some drinks for me and my friends and a few sandwiches for everyone. Kate was a really nice employee, and this was my first time trying a sandwich at starbucks, and to be honest, they were absolutely delicious. I definitely plan on visiting this location again, and the only thing i would change is maybe improve bathroom cleanliness, but other than that, the place was amazing. read more

I went in to Starbucks this morning with a friend and realized why I don't go to Starbucks. Starbucks doesn't like those of us who are not Starbucks aficionado. I was shocked that nowhere in sight with a list of the fancy Starbucks names of their drink sizes. It wasn't even a list in order of the prices of the different sizes. I had to guess about what size I wanted. My friend ordered a decaf because he can't handle caffeine. It was 7:30 AM and they didn't have anything available in decaf and she would have to brew some which would. The lady working didn't appear to want to make any decaf though he said he would if he really wanted some. This experience with just another reminder that Starbucks isn't for the common person. read more

I have been here a few times both inside & the drive thru. Service is prompt, store is clean and its a convenient location.

This Starbucks has only been open for a few months and they are still trying to get their staff trained. They are trying but definitely need work. Slower than normal and many times they have to remake because order is wrong. Also, the physical design is terrible. Many hard concrete and tile surfaces cause sound to bounce everywhere. Almost impossible to have a conversation without yelling. My decibel meter was reading an average of 85 decibels. That's like sitting next to a vacuum cleaner. Three or four sound panels hanging from the ceiling would help tremendously. Wouldn't be that expensive either. read more
