Been here a few times now. So far lackluster, or just ok. However, last time I was here ordered regular coffee and was served dark roast. No problem with that. I just asked to have replaced with regular, in doing so, I notice the brew time on both coffees was 6am, and it was 9:50am when I was served that coffee. Being a lifelong coffee drinker, as well as owning a coffee shop cafe, that is totally unacceptable. So, here now at Foxtail writing this review I noticed they did not put the times on their coffee. I can taste that it's not fresh, but not almost 4 hours old, like last time. Anyway, owner / manager, please address this, and don't serve old, stale coffee just to save money. Not good. I'll be watching and will continue adding more or updated reviews. On another note, your staff needs to be more lively, attentive, upbeat. They're just kind of "eh". Had obligations in the area, so I stopped by every morning. Every morning I asked for a regular coffee, a croissant, and an apple juice. There was a different person each day working the window- only one of them friendly. No, friendly isn't the word. Only one of them spoke really. The others hung the card reader out the window saying nothing. The last day I was told they don't have food? I mentioned that I could actually see the croissants behind her. She shrugged and said "ovens broken". Now maybe that's true, but the food is for my 2 year old who doesn't eat it hot anyway? Idk. Well I've been here a couple times before writing this and deciding not to return. Entered around 9:15 AM on Saturday, and I was the only one in line with 3 barista's behind the counter. 2 of them were busy, 1 didn't appear to be doing anything. Stood as the only one in line with only 3 other customers in the building for 6 minutes before my order being taken. I ordered off the menu of a Hot Banana Gingerbread Latte at a regular size. That seemed to cause some confusion as they debated if I could order it hot. Finally they put it in the iPad and I paid. 15 minutes goes by and I'm still waiting for a singular coffee. Maybe one or two other people have ordered inside since then. Drive through was unknown. Then I heard one of the Barista's say to the other: "Oh, was the Drew one supposed to be hot?" And proceeded to pour out an iced version the had made. Despite 15 minutes earlier everyone being involved on if it even could be hot. Another 5 minutes later I get the coffee and it feels, light. Like very light. A notice an extremely thick layer of foam on top and I decide to scrape it off. The picture does it half justice here but the cup was unironically half full (or empty depending on your school of thought haha). I also heard them mess up another person order in the time I was waiting resulting in it having to be remade. At this point I took my coffee and left. Very bad service. We went in to get some delicious Kelly's ice cream and it was as if me and my 3 kids were not standing in front of the ice cream counter for 10 minutes- and to be clear the person working there was in front of us preparing ice cream for drive through customers and said nothing to us. We were willing to be patient but the lack of acknowledgment was surprising. I asked how long before she would be done and she shushed me! I found this location by accident. I was dropping off a client at the Sage Dental next door and needed a quick pick me up. I ordered a simple hot brewed coffee through the drive thru. Although the cashier was friendly, it did NOT make up for the horribly old and bitter coffee I received. I would have gladly waited for a fresh pot if she would have offered. Instead, I'm left with a physical and figurative bad taste in my mouth. I won't be back, and that's unfortunate because this place had potential and it's a cute little place. read more

The person at the counter really wasn't helpful. That should have given me a clue. I had wanted to get a coffee but I had never been here before bi saw the vanilla chai shaker to try something new. I asked her how it was and she said she had never tried it. Don't get it. It's horrible. It's just cinnamon and water. I've never had anything like this. Im only giving this place a poor rating bc of management there. I never worked there but i have been there on multiple occasions and never seems to be enough staff working and always confusion. Hence why my orders get wrong on multiple occasions. However, I love the coffee shop atmosphere there, great coffee, and friendly staff for most part. read more

Decided to stop in for the 3rd time to this location. First time my order was served up incorrectly, but I figured it's the first day let's give them some grace. Come in now for the 3rd time several weeks later. New team. One part of my order is wrong again. Go up to the cashier to explain and she looks at my order like what is wrong with it, like it's fine. ( really if you order chocolate and it's pink. It's not fine) Luckily one from the back had my receipt and realized the mistake and corrected it. The cashier was oblivious. I like the flavor of the coffee but for a place that was empty they need to pay a little more attention to detail. It's a nice a quiet place to enjoy a morning brew. Stopped in for National Ice Cream day 50% off. Place had two employees a family of 3 ordering coffee and 3 cars in drive in. No one greeted us, no one acknowledged us or said "we will be with you in a minute" -we just stood there until they were done with other orders. They have flavors of the month. June was Guava and Cheese (which I missed) and was so excited to see it posted on their "current flavors" board. NOPE out of it! "Ok, let me try Parent Trap (also on list)" NOPE-out of that one too!!! Need to keep "current list" CURRENT -3rd time is a charm -tried "Blondie" and it was delicious. read more

I think this is a nice Foxtail. It's pretty much like all the others. They had a rough opening, I think, and got a lot of orders wrong, but it's quiet and a large space with lots of tables and barstools to work from. Plenty of outlets. Also purse and coat hooks along the bars. Gender-neutral bathrooms. Pretty much what you expect from a Foxtail! read more
