This place has a clean, one-page (front&back) menu with croissants, sandwiches, toasts, & waffles. To drink, there are lattes, teas, & refreshers. ATMOSPHERE This cafe is clean & quaint, and I felt relaxed seated at one of their few tables. The lady behind the counter was pleasant & readily offered details about their menu. The long counter displayed teas and glass-domes that elegantly covered their cakes & muffins. There are two outdoor bistro tables, & I watched one couple sit outside with their small dog, so this is a dog-friendly location when seated outdoors. OTHER *We earned "roses" with each purchase, which goes towards rewards. *This was such a diverse cafe. During my brunch visit, I saw: A group of 6 men gathered at a table, a grandmother with two little girls, multiple people ordering to-go, & a couple with their small dog there. I also asked for a cup of water (which I've been given before) and I was told they're supposed to be selling the bottles of water. But I didn't want to buy a bottle of Costco Kirkland purified water... also, I needed a cup with a lid because it was for my toddler. Weird experience today. I love this place though. The baked goods were still warm and the fruit was bright and fresh. The coffee was amazing as well. I was a little bummed they didn't have decaf espresso but my husband's cold brew was great. We got to meet the owner and he was very friendly and chatty. He gave us lots of great suggestions of places to visit while we are in town. The place was clean and all the staff were very welcoming. Seats about 10 at two bars. I had the dragon fruit bowl and it was very good. Not a big açaí bowl guy but it was a delicious almost guilty pleasure. It was tasty and crunchy and I liked the fresh fruit. The staff and owner were very understanding of my questions and the tv cycles photos of their offerings. Their portions are large and match the photos based on what the other folks ordered.

I truly wish the management team would fix this, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the time the order is placed to when the drink or food is made and handed to the customer or guest. Now the last two times have been the same person. This last time we got three different drinks. Mine was one of their energy drinks. Blended. It was supposed to be orange cream but it tastes like a pixie stick. Too sweet and gritty. And no creamsicle flavoring. I ended up just throwing it out. My son got a chocolate boba. And it was essentially powered chocolate milk with boba balls. Gritty also and he threw his out too. Third one was a Tiger sugar boba. It was edible. But the damage has been done. All this was 27 bucks plus tip. Interior is clean but their stools and chairs are very uncomfortable. This has been a sad disappointment since we crave success for all of the beachside businesses. But this has been such a disappointment. We hope they figure it out but we won't be back for a while as we see if the market lets them survive.
