Ordered a Venti Iced coffee and it was literally all ice! After a few sips it's all gone!! This is not easy ice.

This might be the worst Starbucks ever, not only did they not take my order in the drive-through because they didn't speak on the microphone, the drive-through line took at least 20 minutes. By the time I pulled up to the drive-through and wanted to give them my one drink order the gentleman at the window pulled the manager over talk to her for about two minutes and then decided they couldn't take my order in the drive-through and I had to go in the lobby. I frequent here 3x per week. The Egg & Bacon Bites are a favorite for low carb high protein. 60% time this site has NONE but does have the tortilla and chorizo and another. I'm a regular at this particular Starbucks in Mecca,ca. Almost daily. Sun. March 1 between 8:05 & 8:40 was not a good experience. When I walked in no one else was ordering. There were a few in the drivethru. There were 6 baristas on duty. It was as if most were not really there mentally. I asked twice if someone had forgotten me. The 2nd time the girl just held up the cup as if to say it's coming , no I'm sorry, nothing. I waited approximately 20 min. During that time others were arriving to order. One man had been there before me, left to go to am/pm come back & was still waiting after I got my order. I see the ratings are down on this location it's really to bad. Crazy long drive-thru line and inside were several people who had received wrong orders. I got on the road before discovering mine was wrong, too. Didn't know it was possible to screw up unsweetened black iced tea. Loaded with sugar so I was unable to drink it. I dumped the tea and ate the ice for hydration (it was 110 degrees out). It was a very inexperienced crew- the only person who seemed to know anything was running the drive-thru. Unfortunately, it's the only stop along the 86 for miles. read more

This is the ABSOLUTE FREAKING BEST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!!!! Let me tell you why. #1: The drinks are always made EXACTLY how they should be. The taste is perfect and the presentation of the drinks is always beautiful. (Presentation is important) #2: The staff/baristas are so damn kind, I can't even... I've NEVER had any employee there give me an attitude or a bad vibe. They're always welcoming and chirpy. Also, when I have questions or certain requests, they never fail to answer them with full detail and always go the extra mile to meet my requests and wishes. #3: The inside of the store is always clean and service is fast. I NEED THIS COFFEE PLACE when having to spend quality time at my aunts house. It tends to be a little dull when visiting so the need to stay awake is necessary. This place opened up a couple of years ago, and they have actually impressed me every time I've rolled by this place on my way to my aunts place. They are always very nice, making drinks perfectly. Have never had any issues with this place. Its so convenient since its off Hwy 86, you can easily drop by before heading out on a long trip, or just conveniently driving by to your fellow relatives house! read more

I used to work for Starbucks so I know some of their standards. This prolly is top three $4!+tiest Starbucks I have been to ever. First off, their customer service is not the best. As the cashier was taking change, my sister asked for ones and he still gave her a ten. He didn't ask for our names to put in our coffee either, which is a requirement (it wasn't even busy. Only one customer ahead of us AND we only ordered two drinks). Another thing, when we ordered our coffee, he didn't ask for room for cream. When we had to get cream for our coffee, the creamer was not in their usual spot, with the coffee stirrers and napkins. I noticed the timer, which is for the coffee brewers. It said 00:00-which meant that our coffee was over an hour expired. Starbucks is known for serving fresh coffee and that Starbucks had stale coffee. Service sucks Quality sucks I am just going to use their toilet and not support them with their money. read more

I have stopped by this particular Starbucks numerous times on my way to work and sometimes on my way home. I have always had the best service and everyone has always been friendly. I usually have a brief conversation with the server and they are always polite and wish me a great day every time. Every drink I have ordered has been great and the location is nice and convenient as well due to the fact they are in the same lot as the AM/PM Travel Center right off Highway 86. Im not from the area so i don't know about the accommodations for having this place on a certain spot in town. I just know that i ordered my Caramel Frappe and it was really good. I like how all Starbucks are very similar and you know that everywhere you go you expect the same great taste. The place looks clean, and with a clean place we all want to consume there. The only discrepancy i would say is the customer service, they need to really be very accommodating to the customer, the thing is that many workers from these places are probably tired of making the same coffees all day. It is there job thought, and they should use that to build experience and gain knowledge. Some workers thought, spend their entire day complaining about their job or take it out on their customers. That is why its a 4 star place, not a 5 star. read more
