The drink was great; however, the pretzel was the worst I ever had. It was stale and had cold and lukewarm spots. I did not and could not eat it. I told the server, Abigail, that I didn't need a refund but wanted her to be aware it was the worst pretzel ever. She just smiled and said OK. As I walked away looking at the receipt, it said "not warmed". Maybe some people do, but why on earth would you ever eat a breaded pretzel cold?! It was terrible! read more

They are my favorite juice places out in the valley. I come so often, and everyone, no matter how busy they are, always treats me with decency, respect, compassion and much more. 3 words: Orange Dream Machine. I don't come here often, but when I do, it's my go-to drink. Refreshing and creamy; it's basically an orange creamsicle in a cup! I'm such a sucker for these! Objectively speaking, most of their other beverages and items are tasty and fairly priced. Beyond that, I can't say it's a life-altering experience. This particular Jamba Juice is located at the Westfield Shopping Center in the food court, so it's not a "complete establishment" per se. Inside the Palm Desert Mall food court is this Jamba Juice. They pride themselves in fresh fruit and the ability to add protein powder to give your smoothie a boost. My go to smoothie is the peach mango. It is smooth and had the hint of both the fruits, not one stronger than the other. Hubs favorite drink is the orange juice smoothie with mango and peach and pineapple. That one tasted kind of powdery to me so -1. Jamba Juice is a chain so they must be doing something right. Also if you check in Jamba Juice here you get a free baked good with a purchase of a smoothie (haven't used it yet) so I wouldn't comment on the baked goods. Best place at the mall to get a snack! Their smoothies are always made to perfection and their bowls are super yummy. Even when we went during a busy time with only one worker behind the counter, we still received exceptional service. My peach perfection smoothie was a smooth consistency and well blended while my husbands acai bowl was well blended with plenty of fresh fruit on top. My husband has tried various acai bowls in the desert and this is by far the best place to get it! The workers pay close attention to the details in the bowl and he is never disappointed. I usually get my sweet fix from Jamba Juice when I crave a sugary sweet smoothie, so I blame myself for straying and trying a product from their new line of pitaya bowls. I paid almost $7 for a couple scoops (LEGIT SCOOPS) of what had the consistency of grainy dirt and the taste of expired raspberries. The only thing I liked from the bowl was the fresh fruit, honey, and rain-less granola they added on top. Extremely disappointed with that product. I ordered my mom the peach perfection and that was definitely 120% better than what I ordered. I would come back for a smoothie, but was saddened and surprised at the failure in their expansion in smoothie bowls. read more

Horrible experience. I took my daughters for a treat on Fri @ 4pm and a young girl with brunette hair 'helped' us. If you are standing too far away from her register she walks away. If you have a coupon, she will judge you and walk around the corner to say something to a coworker. It had to do with her not knowing how to ring a coupon correctly, but it was coupled with a snide remark. The Manager was helpful, but kept telling me that she's sorry it's taking so long. The line kept growing and our smoothies just sat there behind the counter. We didn't know they were ours. I asked after several minutes and she shrugged 'yeah' Instead of throwing my smoothie at her, I smiled and told my kids to go to college. We left feeling like it was a complete waste. We never go to the mall. I feel abused every time I leave. I feel like I'm being watched and hunted down. First off, this Jamba Juice is located in the mall at the food court! I've been here a few times and always leave satisfied. There always seems to be a line when I show up though. They have great customer service and always try to help you choose an item. I have tried the wheat shot, which tasted like wet grass haha I'm glad they give you an orange slice to help you with the after taste though. I usually try to stick with smoothies when I come in here, but every now and then get ballsy and choose something weird. The smoothies can be way too sweet at times, so I recommend getting a small or regular drink size. Overall 4 stars for the service and cleanliness, but had to take a star for the smoothies being way too sweet. I'd recommend coming here though. read more
