SHORT ANSWER: Yes, a great small business offering excellent options…read more LOCATION: In a retail / business center with lots of parking. FACILITY: Minimal TI buildout but good enough not going over the top with expense. There are a few seats and tables inside and a few outside, but minimal. MENU: I don't know what to say, I was a bit overwhelmed with choices and then options, this was my first visit so maybe menu is normal... FOOD PREP: Very well done, with care, nice presentation. FOOD QUALITY: Matcha Creme Latte $6.67 with Sea Salt foam with boba. WAITSTAFF: very nice and did not rush me as I had really no idea what I was ordering. OVERALL VALUE: wow, I think a great value and I will return, because it was very good, people were nice, but it also seemed like a great value. TIP: If you're like me, I had never had boba and id not know what it was, well it was great. Look at the menu online and know what you want prior. I would have like to known calories and sugar content but guess its was high...

While standing in line, I realize there's no menu on the wall like they used to be. So I walked towards the front of the line to read the menu and everybody there. I thought I was trying to cut them which almost started an argument with the other people in line. I wasn't trying to cut. I was trying to read the damn menu. This is the stupidest setup that I've ever seen for an order menu. When that person was done, I picked up the menu so I could view it closer as I do not have my singing glasses with me and the menu was tiny little print out of a regular printer. So then the next guy started freaking out like I was trying to cut in line. The people here on this valley (many foreigners) are too stupid for you to have your menus like this. You need to put them back up on the wall. Or else have several of them so that people standing in line can see what they want to order before they get up to the order window. Why would you take down your menu off the wall and replace it with a tacky piece of paper with a three dollar menu stand? I don't know it just seems like it's an awful confusing mess right now. All these people in the photo are trying to take turns looking at that menu. Everybody's cutting in front of each other to try to see it. I can't believe your employees haven't said something. You seriously need to fix this.

I was midway driving to go shopping in Palm Springs when I craved a smoothie, so I went to Google…read moreMaps and found this store with 5 star reviews. I thought it was a safe bet. The shop itself has beautiful decor and much lovelier than the store I frequent near my house. There was one person ahead of me and I watched as the lady taking her order did so with a bothered attitude, annoyed mostly with the payment processor. OK, I get that. When it was my turn I was smiling at her and happily placed my order, and the response I got from her was annoyance and frankly, gave me dirty looks and never smiled. The other woman making the smoothies never looked at me but had the same sour face. I rarely encounter a vibe like this but it was very off-putting. There was the sound of children screaming behind a door in the back like they were in pain, it was so weird. I'm sure they were playing but still. Lastly, there was almost no air conditioning to speak of and this is on a day that is maybe 85 degrees but inside the store it felt swampy. I am giving it 3 stars for the decor and the fact that the smoothie was delicious (24 oz. for a bit more than $12). There is no way I'll ever go here again because those women gave me the big time ick. This store made me realize how very important it is to have a good customer service experience. No matter how good the product is, sour service will put me off ever doing business there again.
