The smoothies are always good. My favorite is the Melon Madness. I tried the Avocado Toast- do NOT buy it the ingredients are poor quality. It tasted bad. I don't blame them because avocado is hard to get right. But the banana peanut butter toast was good. Just stick to getting fruits or pretzels from them. read more

That glowing review changed quickly. Today I was first in line at 2:00 p.m., with five people working behind the counter. I ordered a small Strawberry Wave and a PB & Strawberry Toast. The greeting was non-existent, so I left no tip. Fifteen minutes later--still no order. Several customers who came in after me (including one who ordered a medium Strawberry Wave) received their food and left. I asked for a refund. They said they needed to call the manager, who wasn't in the store. I was told it would take five minutes. Five minutes later, they said I could leave and the refund would process--no receipt, no documentation. That wasn't acceptable. I asked for proof of the refund. I was told, "We can't do that." They called the manager again and handed me the phone. I declined--I didn't need a conversation, just my refund. Six minutes later, they needed my cell number to text me a receipt. I finally left at 2:26 p.m. No food. Just a texted refund receipt. This place is now permanently off my list. read more

Uba Tuba in Los Angeles WAS my favorite place until I found this place! Açaí is amazing. The app is constantly sending rewards for discounts which makes it a very easy decision to go back! The staff even made great suggestions if we wanted to try something new. Parking is free and easy to find. I've already been back about 3x since I've first tried it! read more

They are so rude here. The worker looked at me like I was dumb (literally made the biggest face ever I'm so embarrassed) when we asked about a drink my son had heard of. She embarrassed me in front of my family by being as rude as she was. Never coming here again. It was also empty, so no excuse for service like that. read more

I wish we had a place like this back in the Bay Area! It tastes a lot healthier than Jamba Juice. My husband & I ordered the lava flow and açaí protein smoothie. Both drinks were delicious. This is now my new favorite spot when I come back to Rancho Mirage. read more

I got recommended the Strawberry Crunch Toast from Miguel and Carlos and it was sooo yummyyy, I will for sure come here again!

Came into Juice It Up looking for something to help with my congestion and Jacqueline recommended the most delicious drink with some ginger in it. It definitely is helping me feel better! Thank you again for the recommendation. read more

The rating is purely upon their products. Fresh, healthy and made to order. When we visited it was moderately busy and the young lady workers were going a great job making the smoothies. If I was the owner of the store I would have to give the young man who supposedly "greets" the customers and takes the orders a major attitude adjustment. No greeting, no asking what products we would like, just silence and a cold, bored stare. He must be costing the business quite a lot of sales. Why not replace him with a self order screen or two? Very good drinks. My go-to is the chili-lime mango. The service is great, each employee is friendly and helpful workers. The ambiance is nice, clean and open. A small bench to sit on while you wait for your drink. All around great, I'd definitely recommend. Thank you. read more

I came in to pick up my order and I accidentally sent it to a different location. Carlos and Flor were a big help. They didn't question it, and offered to make what I ordered. thank you so much for your help. read more

I ordered a smoothie over the app after I got off work because it sounded good, it's hot and I have an hour drive home. It was ready before ten minutes and I was on my way! I was about my third sip in and I felt something like hair in my mouth. And let me tell you being a woman, we all know how it feels to get hair in our mouths just by accident. I pulled a short black hair out of my mouth that came out of my smoothie! I debated turning around but I'm already heading home so there's no point. Please do better! I'm not gonna be a Karen about it because things happen but maybe you should wear hairnets or something? read more

If I could leave a zero rating for this morning, I would. Terrible customer service. Requested my money back and left.

Came to get a refreshing açaí bowl and had to try a smoothie! The Strawberry Wave smoothie was so delicious I high recommend. The flavor of the açaí bowl was good but was disappointed about the consistency of it and was lacking the thickness of what makes an açaí bowl an açaí bowl. Instead it was more liquidy right from the start and that itself made it harder to enjoy. Other than that the staff was nice and the place was welcoming and clean! read more

The açaí bowl was so good! Uriel and Natasha were amazing! They were so friendly and provided good service!!

Came here for smoothie that I drink twice a week. I got the small zone strawberry. It was pretty good. Added immunity booster. The service was fast and the cashier was patient since I have never been to this chain before. Overall happy with the drink. read more

Great suggestions from Jacqueline today. Very friendly and helpful. Found my new go to.

Who's the Owner(s) at this location?. This place is probably loosing $$. I placed an order for 2 Acai bowls and when I went to pick up my order I received 2 bowls with the consistency of a slushy. When I told the Smoothie Artist about the issue I was given an attitude with a few eye rolls. I called the LA Quinta store where I spoke to an unapologetic Manager or at least that's what I was told. I feel so sorry for this Owner(s) to have such employees like this, hopefully they're not loosing money but if they are this is where the problem lies. read more

Stopped in after leaving work early not feeling well and was told by staff they are not currently serving any juices due to a large order. I have never heard of walk in orders being turned away before. Myself and one other customer were the only people in there so it wasn't like they were super busy. Guess there's a first time for everything. I hope management finds a better way to operate this location. read more

What a delicious and refreshing smoothie! I was melting from the dessert heat, and thankfully stumbled upon this smoothie shop. I ordered a strawberry mango smoothie, simple, not very complexed. There was not a long wait, and it was made fairly quickly. The smoothie tasted great! I wish I got a bigger size. It was very sweet and a good ratio between strawberries and mangos. I have no complaints. It quenched by thirst and saved me from melting lol. read more

The smoothies themselves were fine. The problem was the staff and the shop itself. The shop is a bit dark, and there is clutter everywhere behind the counter. The two young male employees were leaning on the back counter gabbing away when we walked in. They both dragged themselves up as if our walking in was an imposition. Answers to our questions were mumbled and we definitely got the impression we were not welcome. read more

I've been coming here for years. Never had any issue until Today(03/11/2024). There's been a few new employees that work the evening shift and honestly only two could do better. The young female that took my order of a large açaí bowl , instead of making it fresh and the correct size. I was handed an already premade small one that was sitting for god knows how long. The taste was discouraging and I didn't want to stay any longer. To the two girls working the night shift. Please do better and don't take short cuts because it's not looking good for the business. i'll be coming back but i'm keeping a closer eye to how they really make my orders. Thank you. read more

Loveeeeee it. I'm an avid Juice It Up goer. This was my first time at this location though. So I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. But everything was great! Service was fast and friendly. Our smoothies were great! My friend ordered two different drinks; a smoothie and a beet juice. And I ordered a juice- I believe it was the energizer or revitalized. I absolutely love their juices. So healthy and tasty! I'm also a big fan of the bowls with all the nuts and protein in there. This was my first visit and it was a great success. I know it won't be my last time coming to this location. I could really go for a juice right now! Reminiscing about my visit from last week has got me craving it again! Lol read more

After a 30 minute wait, you'd expect a somewhat decent smoothie. However, you're greeted with what appears to be a colored water. That's right; you're peanut butter 'The Zone' lacks all texture and consistency. The smoothie, if one would even consider it that, could be poured through the worlds finest strainer, and leave no substance behind. A complete lack of smoothie making knowledge; nothing less than a waste of money. This negative experience can be credited to one individual: Juice It Up's star employee, Gaby. In an optimistic world, hopefully a lesson was learned and future smoothie might be made with actual competence. read more

Simple, quick, solid operation. I sometimes stop here when I'm on my way to work and need something to help get me through the hot desert summer days. Service is friendly, quick and all the staff appear to execute their duties appropriately. I never have to wait an unreasonable time or receive the incorrect item so I appreciate that. I haven't had any negative experiences here yet, but the reason this isn't a 5 star review is because honestly im not crazy about the taste of most of the drinks I get. I've tried something different on all of my visits I haven't gotten the same thing twice and still can't find the one that stands out for me. No big complaints, just not my favorite for flavor. Keep up the good work though read more

There was like 7 people working just standing around talking. There was one girl making our drinks and the floor was disguised and dirty. These people just do not care and there was a manager there.
