I recently ordered a Chunky Strawberry bowl that was poorly prepared, having a watery consistency and an off-putting taste reminiscent of peanut butter. The service was equally disappointing, as my order was forgotten and staff seemed confused when I asked for an update. Despite being told my food was in progress, the team later asked if I had even ordered a bowl, showing a clear lack of communication. I came in at 8:45pm, approximately 15 minutes before they're supposed to close and the male worker with dark hair locked the doors on me as I was walking up. He didn't even say, "Sorry," or anything. Brand new location that just opened. Very clean and nice inside. Conveniently located on corner of 111 and San Pablo. Parking was easy, and the staff made my smoothie quickly. So glad there is finally a Jamba juice besides the one in the mall. I can grab my acai bowl at 6am! That's amazing. read more

Over the years, I've tried almost everything on the menu, and I've rarely been disappointed. My absolute favorite is the esquite with Hot Cheetos and cheese. What sets it apart for me is that they add the Hot Cheetos crumbs both at the bottom and on top, so you get that perfect flavor and crunch throughout. Their seasoning blend is just right and keeps me coming back every time. Another go-to for me is the Diablito. Despite the name, it's not very spicy (at least not to me). It's more of a refreshing raspado-style drink with small chunks of mango throughout, making it the perfect sweet and tangy treat on a warm day. They offer a great variety of antojitos, and another favorite of mine is their Hot Cheetos with cheese. I don't believe it's listed on the menu, but they've always been willing to make it. One thing I really appreciate is how flexible they are with substitutions and add-ons. They also offer three different types of mangonadas. While they're all delicious, I do wish they offered a more traditional frozen mangonada with chamoy. For frequent visitors like us, they have a rewards program where they punch a card with each purchase, and on your 10th visit, you get a free item of your choice. It's a nice bonus for loyal customers. The only downside is that the inside is fairly small, so seating is limited. There are only a couple of tables outside with a handful of chairs, so finding a spot can be difficult during busy times. We usually take our order to go, so it hasn't been an issue for us. Parking directly in front of the shop is very limited and almost always full, but there's plenty of additional parking available across the street within the same plaza. Overall, Mangos has been one of our favorite spots for years. The food is consistently delicious, the portions are great, and we always find ourselves coming back for more.
