I asked the guy at the register about a kale infused drink and he described it perfectly, with a smile on his face. The other staff greeted me with a hello and a smile. They were quick and efficient. The store is small but nice and clean! One small thing however, staff should be informed of what the point system is. It was a mystery to all of us when I asked about it. I put in my phone number and they couldn't retrieve any information on their end of the computer, just only on my screen did it finally say how many points I had. This place is in a large very busy plaza, but there seems to be plenty of good parking in front. The store inside is very clean, staffed by a cheerful group of helpful young people. The smoothies are very good. A relaxing place to get off your feet for a few minutes, or get it and go. We will be back when we are in the area. read more

Can not win at this location. A few weeks ago came in and placed an order then waited over 20 minutes while the staff fulfilled a mobile order. Today I tried the mobile order and waited 10 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready because the staff was fulfilling all the in store orders. We first ordered a very peanut buttery smoothie that was not to our liking, not realizing it wasn't going to be fruity. This location is situated perfectly off Hwy 111 and always has ample parking in front or right next to the store entrance. They're super friendly and always go out their way to make sure you get the exact drink or item you want, even if it's a custom smoothie not on menu. They even typically have your order ready in less than 7 minutes time from the moment you order it. I highly recommend this location, not because they're the only one locally but for being a chain store they blow the independent juice bars away by miles. read more

This place has really slow service because they don't appropriately staff it. This location also refuses to offer a military discount. I have always been a proud jamba customer because they promote a 10% military discount, but for whatever reason ("we're told not to honor it"), they are not patriotic at this location. Alright so for starters, I literally made this Yelp specifically for this review. You need to get it together or bring Denese back because this place has gone downhill since she's been gone. I used to frequently come to Jamba Juice for a specific drink customized to my taste. Denese always got it spot on. I never had a bad smoothie when she was there. Ever since then I've come in a few times only for disappointment. I keep coming to give it a try without success. Nobody gets the consistency of how a smoothie is supposed to be. Your juice has a bad taste. I don't get it. I've tried going to the mall and it's gross. It's just too much to be spending on something I'm just going to throw away. Was craving for some smoothie and this location definitely had fresh smoothies. You could see all the fresh fruits in the back. The menu had a whole lot of selections. I bit down on one of these suckers and could have easily chipped a tooth. Peach pits do NOT belong in smoothies. They are NOT for human consumption!!! Some websites even say they're harmful. Was in here yesterday with my wife and there were two girls in front and one in the back. Our favorite jamba juice maker denise was off for the day but was in the store buying a jamba juice. There had to have been only 5 people ahead of mine and we waited at least 25 minutes for ONE strawberry bowl!! The girls - one red headed and one brunette were the SLOWEST ive ever seen!!! Denise was even managing while she wasnt working telling the red headed girl to take orders (because thats not a given??) What's going on Jamba Juice!??! Your staff looks like a deer in headlights!! No sense of urgency for the entire staff, no matter how short or long the line. You could even be the only one present to have placed an order, and still find yourself waiting a good 5-7 minutes before any one even begins to create what you've ordered. This is an example of a minimum of 3 people staffed to work this location. Definitely not a good look for such a prime location. I went there during my lunch break. First of all it took them abt 10 minutes to get my order as there was 1 guy by the register and 1 guy making all the drinks. The guy that was going to take my order was on the phone probably taking phone orders. Then it took abt 20 minutes to prepare my bowl because he was preparing all the phone orders. He literally had to only put the toppings on my bowl. I had to finally tell the guy that im done with my lunch break and could not wait for my order anymore. He apologized and gave me my bowl. However, the bowl was half and not full and the base was not mixed well (big chucks of fruits in it) and all kinda of random toppings because he was in a rush.
