If you are one of those juicers who likes cool and healthy drinks then this is where you belong. Everything looks so healthy and the well informed staff are more than happy to help you make the right selection. Great place. read more

They were out of everything I requested. Not a lot of choices for those who do not want milk products. They were out of pineapple, carrots and ginger. read more

I think I would've given a better review if the service was faster. There was a single lady working as cashier and making the drinks. I waited 20+ mins for two small smoothies of the same kind.. I was patient because I understood she must've been under a lot of stress having to make the pickup order items as well. But when I finally got my smoothie it was half melted since it was left in the container until she finished preparing the other orders. I could see it was like basically a juice. And there were 5 other people waiting to be served/attended I felt bad for her but I feel there should be more staff involved. read more

It's not always about getting it perfect, the recovery is usually more important than anything else. Had an issue with my drink and I always feel bad about bringing it back, but was greeted by Linda who right away knew what the problem was and fixed it with a smile quickly and nicely. read more

Thank you Sarah for your awesome service. You were friendly and helpful. I'll be back for sure. I downloaded the App and it is easy to use.

Typical Jamba Juice. Very good. Staff is always nice and the wait is negligible. I love the Razamataz sub blueberries for banana Yummy Use the app and skip any line. On second thought don't use the app and I'll get mine quicker read more

This place is in a large very busy plaza, but there seems to be plenty of good parking in front. The store inside is very clean, staffed by a cheerful group of helpful young people. The smoothies are very good. A relaxing place to get off your feet for a few minutes, or get it and go. We will be back when we are in the area. read more

Jambalicous fam ! This location is the best in the desert area for several reasons. 1 smoothies taste better here. 2 staff here is amazing. 3. The ambiance and aesthetic makes enjoying an ice cold healthy treat feel like partying at the iw vue! read more

Can not win at this location. A few weeks ago came in and placed an order then waited over 20 minutes while the staff fulfilled a mobile order. Today I tried the mobile order and waited 10 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready because the staff was fulfilling all the in store orders. The smoothie themselves are good but no consistency in service. Should NOT have to wait that long for a smoothie. read more

Really nice staff. Smaller jamba than I'm used to but everything is standard. Recipes, prices, decor and seating are standard. Extremely cold like all locations I've ever been to. Staff were knowledgeable, patient and playful. read more

I really like the juices and smoothies at Jamba Juice. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Although I do think it is a bit pricey but it is worth it. read more

The published hours online and on their door say they open at 6 am. I have now visited at 630, 640 and 700 on three occasions and they are never open. Totally unacceptable read more

I was provided exceptional service by the staff at this Jamba Juice. Camren helped me by recommenced the perfect smoothie for my husband. We first ordered a very peanut buttery smoothie that was not to our liking, not realizing it wasn't going to be fruity. I went back in after driving away for a minute, I approached her and she made me another one no questions asked. I'm really appreciate for her calming efforts and the very fast service. Thank you so much. read more

I love that this location opened up! I've always loved Jamba Juice, but I really love this one especially. The employees are always happy and ready to help. They are really patient with my annoying special orders and are always smiling and seem happy to be at work. I also love that the smoothies and wheat grass shots are consistently delicious! read more

If you want great and timely service, visit this location! Linda does a great job running the joint! She is always friendly and is great at remembering your order if you are a regular. Also Rachel is ALWAYS on point with her customer service and her attitude. Great way to start your mornings with a healthy and tasty breakfast with a smile. Thanks team. read more

This place has really slow service because they don't appropriately staff it. This location also refuses to offer a military discount. I have always been a proud jamba customer because they promote a 10% military discount, but for whatever reason ("we're told not to honor it"), they are not patriotic at this location. I won't be back for that reason alone, there are plenty of options elsewhere. What a shame read more

This location is situated perfectly off Hwy 111 and always has ample parking in front or right next to the store entrance. They're super friendly and always go out their way to make sure you get the exact drink or item you want, even if it's a custom smoothie not on menu. They even typically have your order ready in less than 7 minutes time from the moment you order it. I highly recommend this location, not because they're the only one locally but for being a chain store they blow the independent juice bars away by miles. read more

I came here in the beginning of April 2022, bought Acai smoothies. I found a piece of BLOND hair in my smoothy. I am so disappoint. It's so disgusting, dirty. Staffs do not cover hair, do not wear gloves. They probably use restroom and do not wash their hands before making these drinks. Do not recommend! The worst place, dirty and so disgusting! read more

Great place for a quick cold juice on a hot summer day. Keep up the great friendly services.

I usually go here when I don't want to feel over filled by eating a big breakfast. I always get the PB Chocolate Love and Cookies and Creme drink. Yum! It is always made to perfection and the staff are very nice. read more

Horrible service. We had placed an order ahead of time and when we got there they claimed they didn't have it. Even though we had been charged for the items and continued to show them proof. AFTER they had told us they were going to make our drinks, they made us wait more than 30 mins. For two drinks????? Are you kidding me. We watched people come and go within minutes. While we over heard one of the boys with curly long hair tell one of the other boy "we'll just make it later.". How extremely immature can they be. and when they finally made them. the boy makes me confirm they were for me???? Obviously. You watched my sister wait for you guys for almost fourth mins for two small drinks and you still want to give me a hard time. While they're supervisor allowed them to do that?. read more

This is the highest rated Jamba Juice on Yelp for great reason... The employees at this store are FABULOUS!!! There was a mishap where I thought I was ordering a healthy smoothie that turned out to be filled with lemonade, but it sure did taste good, hahaha. Make sure you read the ingredients more carefully than me. This was the best experience I have ever had at a Jamba Juice. Service makes all the difference!! The manager here should be so so proud =). read more

Alright so for starters, I literally made this Yelp specifically for this review. You need to get it together or bring Denese back because this place has gone downhill since she's been gone. I used to frequently come to Jamba Juice for a specific drink customized to my taste. Denese always got it spot on. I never had a bad smoothie when she was there. Ever since then I've come in a few times only for disappointment. I keep coming to give it a try without success. Nobody gets the consistency of how a smoothie is supposed to be. Your juice has a bad taste. I don't get it. I've tried going to the mall and it's gross. It's just too much to be spending on something I'm just going to throw away. I guess I'm just going to have to learn to do it on my own because I'm not going to deal with this anymore. Update: Still not very good. Stopped in yesterday. read more

I'm sorry but $8 for a pre-made, still frozen açaí bowl with strawberries still frozen doesn't do it for me. I also have never had a smoothie that I really liked from here. Their wheatgrass is bitter too. read more

If I lived closer i would go back and demand answers. I posted a picture of tiny pieces of peach pit from my peach mango smoothie I got today. I bit down on one of these suckers and could have easily chipped a tooth. Peach pits do NOT belong in smoothies. They are NOT for human consumption!!! Some websites even say they're harmful. This should be eye opening for this company and I really do hope they read this. This photo will also be sent to corporate because it is a health hazard. Update: The owner contacted me immediately and shared my concern. She has agreed to check their inventory and contact their corporate supplier. The owner was very respectful and even offered a replacement/gift card to make things right. read more

Jamba - Peach pits that I had to spit out from my large peach mango smoothie. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Palm Desert, California

This location is awesome! From the cleanliness, caring staff and amazing drinks. I've been going to Jamba juice since I was 9 years old, Back when they had a downtown Palm springs location! Within the last 12 years I've been to many different locations and noticed there's always a difference in which store you go to, I personally think it has alot to do with the leadership of that store. I personally think that this team is one of the best and deserves recognition. Thank you guys for keeping my childhood taste buds alive!! read more

Was craving for some smoothie and this location definitely had fresh smoothies. You could see all the fresh fruits in the back. The menu had a whole lot of selections. I decided to stay safe and go with the strawberry and banana smoothie minus the apples on the menu. I had it with soy milk. Definitely had good customer service and I enjoyed my smoothie! read more

Always love a great tasting iced drink during summer, and Jamba Juice has been my favorite spot first this since always. Love the friendly service and attention everytime I'm in the location. read more

Good location, and they keep this one very clean. The drinks I get are always made well too. Love that I can get my Jamba Juice and take a stroll on El Paseo. I do wish that they'd open a Jamba in Palm Springs though! It sucks having to drive all the way to PD if all I want is a quick smoothie. read more

Can't go wrong with a nice ice cold smoothie. The employees here seemed friendly and focused on getting the smoothies made quickly for the customers. I'm from OC California and often visit this area, I will definitely be back to this location. read more

Always a great experience here. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Especially Denese! Highly recommend!!

Was in here yesterday with my wife and there were two girls in front and one in the back. Our favorite jamba juice maker denise was off for the day but was in the store buying a jamba juice. There had to have been only 5 people ahead of mine and we waited at least 25 minutes for ONE strawberry bowl!! The girls - one red headed and one brunette were the SLOWEST ive ever seen!!! Denise was even managing while she wasnt working telling the red headed girl to take orders (because thats not a given??) What's going on Jamba Juice!??! Your staff looks like a deer in headlights!! I wish Denise was there all the time thats the only time we get juices that actually taste good and in good time. Shes the only reason to give you 4 stars. You need better staff!! read more

Stopped by to enjoy a smoothie they have a deal on yelp and this girl had a gift card . Win win. Gladys was super friendly and recommended the Caribbean Passion Smoothie super yummy. I met Linda on this visit as well it looks like she is the manager and she was extremely friendly as well. Do not be discouraged by the negative review try this place out. You won't regret it. Linda mentioned staff was new so give them a chance. read more

Every time I place my mobile order, it's ready minutes before it's due time. The workers are very polite and considerate. This morning, I had a girl upgrade my size because she hadn't started on my drink by the time I was there (which she didn't really have to have it done) but anyways, that was an example of great customer service read more

Not impressed. The cashier is not at all knowledgeable about what the options are and the music is too loud to hear what the workers are asking me. On top of this they are out of milk. read more

GREAT smoothies, AND smoothie fruit bowls. Unfortunately, you would literally need to have plenty of time on your hands for either of these at this particular location. No sense of urgency for the entire staff, no matter how short or long the line. You could even be the only one present to have placed an order, and still find yourself waiting a good 5-7 minutes before any one even begins to create what you've ordered. This is an example of a minimum of 3 people staffed to work this location. Definitely not a good look for such a prime location. It's unfortunate this would be the reason to avoid this exact Jamba Juice. read more

I love Jamba Juice! I've been going here for years. Good healthy place to get a snack or meal replacement smoothie. I've been to many locations and had great experiences. However they could use more consistency in training. I've gotten the same drink for many years and every location it taste different. But I still love to go! read more
