This was a refreshing stop after traipsing along Palm Canyon during the bike rally. It was uncrowded with quick service, and we were able to grab a table in the air vonditioned interior. There are an amzing amount of options, including my favorite Dole Whip, but I wanted shaved ice, so I only had to decide which three flavors I wanted. My friend splurged on a cold canned Pepsi. The place filled up after we ordered, even the few tables out on the sidewalk. Another relief is they have a restroom available for customers, so a major win win on a thirsty day. read more

Used to be fun flavors of frozen yogurt, now it's the third spot with dole frozen yogurt. Went in as I do frequently. I was the only one in the store at 2:30 on a hot day. Since I'm not a dole fan and not happy with their flavors, I have traded to Cherry snow cones in a drink cup. After waiting around 3 minutes for the staff chatting it up behind a wall, one emerged and greeted me as ma'am...I explained what I wanted and had received a few times previously. He pulled out a yogurt cup and said "ma'am this is the only cup we use. I explained for an up charge I can get a cup with lid for summer. "No ma'am you have to have it in this" No thank you and never again... Not that the customer is always right but in the cup he was proposing, in 100degree weather, it would have been soup in 10 minutes and a sugary mess. No thank you and never read more

I don't know why I left a tip. Service was subpar. I visited yesterday night with two others. We were not greeted or assisted with anything other than being rung up at the register. It was almost as if the girl working didn't have a voice. I am not even sure if she said thank you after I left the tip. Aside from that, the frozen yogurt selection was decent and the frozen yogurt was yummy. The topping selections were good, but the toppings area could've been a little neater. I liked that they had indoor and outdoor seating and other items besides frozen yogurt. read more

The food is just ok. They try to do everything and end up doing nothing well. The space is shabby and not inspiring as to cleanliness or freshness. And the service is just abysmal. This place used to be really good obviously nobody cares anymore. Half the machines were just gushing unfrozen liquid. The other machines were half empty. The help really doesn't care about anything I guess I won't be coming back to this place because instead of having frozen yogurt they have liquid slop coming out of their machines. And the help says oh just don't eat that one. Very bad stay away. read more

In the hot weather, dessert was needed after a hefty meal. My boyfriend and I shared a Tart Yogurt with Cheesecake, Strawberries, Brownie Bites, and Chocolate/Vanilla Chips. Came to PS location at about 820pm, toppings were very limited. Fruits no longer looked fresh. Empty containers of toppings out such as the poppers, cheesecake bites, darkened strawberries. I asked the girl who was working if they can refill the toppings and she mentioned that toppings are refilled once a day!? Although their location says it closes at 9pm. Mind you about 10 more guests after me came in. Reminds me why our family goes Beach House Yogurt! Service wasn't great neither. The girl wasn't very friendly neither. read more

Great location. Service is quick and kind. Cute little juice and yoghurt bar on the main strip of downtown Palm Springs. We ordered two 20oz freshly squeezed lemonades at $5,50 each. The cup comes half full of ice and the lemonade is pretty much lemon flavoured water. Know what? When you're thirsty, you just drink the lemon water. But wouldn't recommend this menu item. read more

I've visited this place several times over the years, but unfortunately my last few experiences have been disappointing. This is the third time I've encountered what feels like a consistently negative attitude from the owner. What stood out most today was the way she looked at my kids while they were simply enjoying themselves and laughing and it felt as though their presence was an annoyance. As a parent, that's uncomfortable and discouraging. I genuinely felt bad for the employees as well, as the overall atmosphere seems tense. This place used to have a much more welcoming vibe years ago, which makes the change even more noticeable. I'm not sure if it's burnout or something else, but hospitality and customer service should always be a priority in a business like this. Today, as soon as I saw her, I decided to leave with my kids. I used to be a frequent customer, but experiences like this have made me reconsider. I told my kids that while not everyone is kind, it's important that we always choose to be respectful and we'll find another place where we feel more welcome. read more

Truly disappointed. The young employees could not answer and of my questions about the snow cone syrup flavors. Their answer to any question I had was "I don't know " if you are selling a product, and in a customer facing position, the employees need to have all the right answers to the customers questions. Proper training is the key to success. This is the error of owner/manager not properly training the employees for their own benefit. read more

Although I love the frozen yogurt the staff is horrible very rude not friendly at all !!! Due to this i refuse to spend my money here anymore .. its unfortunate however anytime I have gone there each encounter a worker was rude when asked to fill the stations to give the customers what they want as all the toppings were empty and give attitude if asked. First off the water misters were so good. We sat outside and they really helped keep us cool. I think this is the only frozen yogurt place in the area. The store is very clean which we appreciate. Flavors of fro yo delicious. read more

The service here is terrible. Their idea of customer service is honestly laughable. While some people might not mind being greeted with sour expressions, if you work in the service industry, the least you can do is pretend to be friendly. Maybe add a little tutti frutti to your face and smile. The dessert is nothing special. read more

This was great! We passed by it while walking downtown and decided to get some drinks. I got their Thai tea with boba, easy on the ice. We also got one of their date shakes. It took about 10 minutes for our orders to be ready. I also noticed they have quite a few smoothies as well as a range of froyo flavors. A wonderful option in Palm Springs when the craving for a smoothie bowl, fresh pressed juice, or boba tea hits. Easy to locate, clean environment, you can eat outside (recommend bc hello it's Palm Springs) and healthy items. All ingredients are fresh but do be prepared to wait. I rate this 4 stars because one day it took almost 25 minutes for one item. Luckily, when I am in PS I am on vacation so I didn't mind waiting in the sun. If you're not in a hurry, come enjoy! Good food and good location. We wanted to see the star walk, and stopped for frozen yogurt. My kids were so glad they had Dole Whip or Snow Cones. The frozen yogurt was great, and there were a good variety of toppings. The staff were patient with my kids as they took a while to decide. They had a movie playing, so the kids were happy to eat and rest a bit before we continued on our walk. read more

If you like a variety of desserts then Tutti Frutti is for you. Nice yogurt shop that also has shakes and other types of desserts. They have limited yogurt flavors but a solid toppings bar both fresh fruit and sugary options. They have different shakes and acai bowls as well. Every time we have been in there, there has only been one person but the service was still pretty quick. There are a few tables for people who want to sit and eat there. read more

Stopped by on our way out of town to grab desert. We just drove out here from Simi Valley. There was a sign on the bathroom saying "bathroom closed" I assumed they must get a lot of off street requests however we were paying customers . So I asked the Manager since there was only the 4 of us in the restaurant if we could use it and he refused again and i asked him "where do your employees go?" And he snipped something back at me so I snipped back , not the way to win friends or influence yelpers . We went back to the restaurant where we had lunch and they gladly allowed us to use their restroom . GFY. Would never come back here again . This is how they treat seniors. read more

We were out in Palm Springs on Saturday along the main downtown area and found this yogurt and smoothie place. I was surprised at how comprehensive and large the menu actually is when taking into account all the juices, milks, and flavors you can get when making a smoothie. Customer service was great and friendly and patient with me since I don't like milk or any similar type of product. So they made me a large strawberry and banana smoothie with some orange juice, and my girlfriend got a small strawberry and banana smoothie as well. They are great tasting and actually took us over 1/2 hour to finish. Very refreshing especially being out walking in the heat. Frozen yogurt is obviously good, the toppings selection is great here, but man....on vacation when you want something on a Saturday night and drive out of the way to get it, you're expecting them to stay open until the listed closing time. I arrived 20 min before close, and they had the doors locked and waved me away. This is the second time this has happened. I hope a manager or owner sees this and corrects this issue. There were at least three groups shooed away because the lazy employees wanted to shut down the store early, especially on a Saturday. Was very disappointed. read more

This place reminds me of Pinkberry, which I can't believe is like 15 years old now. They have a bunch of different tart frozen yogurt flavors, skewing heavy on the fruit flavors. Then even more sauces and toppings. If what you get doesn't taste good, it's essentially your fault because you're in control of all the ingredient selection. My personal mix tends to be the fruit-flavored froyo. Then I'm light on the sauces, since I don't want to mask the flavor. Think I just used marshmallow sauce, which seemed kinda novel. As for toppings, I generally skip the fruit, nuts and candies since they're so common. Interesting toppings like mochi, fruity boba, cheesecake bits and cookie dough get in my froyo bucket. But I try not to go overboard since the price adds up fast. read more

Our number one goal is to provide the best tasting yogurt in Palm Springs. Being a huge fan of froyo, we embarked on establishing the first frozen yogurt shop on the main strip of downtown Palm Springs. Since then we've added Frutti Jucci, a full service juice bar that offers fresh juices and supplements along with acai and pataya bowls.

As in left the counter, the lobby, and disappeared out of sight... half my order keyed into the Clover device. I looked at the other worker, who shrugged and resumed trying to figure out how to get the caramel sauce out of a plastic bottle. After 5 minutes, and the order taker hadn't returned, caramel dude put down his work and came over, "Just a vanilla iced Americano for you?" "No. I wanted a smoothie as well, but the other dude walked off." "Oh... he went to see if we have banana. But we have strawberries." He gestured to a half empty bag of partially thawed frozen strawberries in the counter. Me: "No thank you. I'll just take the Americano." So... no banana for a smoothie. No caramel for the guy before me's caramel latte. No creamer in the setup area afterward to add to my $8 Americano. And worst of all.... zero communication.
