I'm extra picky with 120° weather. Anyway, both drinks were so yummy. The horchata latte with oat milk was not too sweet and I loved the cinnamon stick garnish. The limon & pepino was so good too. Very natural. From a 0-100 sweet level, I'd say it was 75%. Once the ice melted, the leftover sweetness left a whole new drink for me to enjoy after. Jasmine really made these with so much care and attention. I live in LA, surrounded by coffee shops. These flavors are just "fads" and taste "manufactured" but the taste of the drinks at this shop, as a Mexican American, was on point. Lastly, it is VERY nice and cool inside so i recommend, ordering a drink and enjoying the rest. It's has a "diner" vibe in there, which I always appreciate. The restaurant staff also seemed nice when I first walked in and directed me to the coffee shop portion.

Hours here don't match the hours that the coffee shop is open, so it is very misleading. Both the restaurant and coffee shop need to be separated with their own names and own hours, saving people some time of having to walk in here.

My sisters-in-law got theirs with oat milk and loved them too, and my wife got the Lavender Haze matcha, which was somehow delicious even to me, and I normally hate matcha. But what really stood out was how they treated us. My sister-in-law accidentally forgot to order my MIL's black coffee, and when we went back up, Giovanni took care of us with a small Americano on the house. I also came back asking for a splash of half-and-half on the side and everyone was incredibly accommodating. Never once made us feel like we were being a nuisance, even with a steady line of customers. That's how you keep people coming back. Great drinks are important, but taking care of people is what builds loyal customers. Everbloom does both. Cannot recommend this place enough.

It's a commodity dairy product; costs almost nothing extra per serving and is typically free at self serve stations. My feedback that the up charge should be to a premium product was gently missed by the owner.
